Was looking to purchase a jersey as a gift. The numerous staff upstairs only acknowledged us after we asked for a size we didn't see. A woman walked to the wall and didn't see the size, which we had already looked. Then told us the larger size is supposed to be big. As we needed the jersey for a gift we purchased it and paid to have a number and name put on. The prices are higher than most every club around Europe. When my wife tried to video the jersey number and name being put on the jersey she was told it wasn't allowed. Not allowed why? They couldn't say. Obviously they don't do anything that every other shop does. After it was done they said we could do a photo. Why? We can do that at home. I would prefer to spend my money somewhere I'm treated better. For the prices charge they can treat customers like customers. Will never return and don't recommend this store.

Selling all original Real Madrid team products. No free parking in the area, you have to park your car in a private parking more safe. The prices are expensive. The quality (original team products). Official Real madrid team store. The store always full and you have to wait a little bit in the cashiers. No free bags, you have to pay for the bags.

Two floors of Real Madrid official merchandise. There a Championship League cup replica to pose with for that selfie. Things are cheap but hey, you're getting the real stuff (pun intended) and not those knockoffs selling outside at Placa del Sol.

Gotta love this place, even if you are not a "madridista" or even a foot-ball (soccer), fan. Right off Plaza del Sol at the heart of Madrid downtown.

Incredible selection for Real Madrid fans for jerseys, hats, scarves, shoes, for boys, girls, babies, toddlers, you name it. Even if you're not a Real Madrid fan and you just have football or soccer gifts to get somebody, this is an incredible store. They can silk screen your name or a player's name on a jersey at the point of purchase. Goods are a little expensive but maybe that's to be expected

Prefers other official shop next this one (Calle del arenal) if you want to print your shirt. In fact in the other one you can print your madrid teeshirt in this official shop. Very expensive but not all days we come in madrid and it was my boy birthday. 69 eur the shirt, final price 119 eur with printing

Went in to get official merchandise which was cool but the entire store totally unfriendly and unhelpful. Guess they have tourist fatigue and forgot that’s who pays their salaries.

Expensive, but you are able to get licensed product. Bought a shirt for my son and was able to get his name on the back....

Incredibly disappointed, non-existent customer service I ordered 2 t-shirt (worth 380€) and got 1 wrong, I wanted to refound the wrong t shirt and it's been almost 45 days and got no response. As of today I'm Still waiting SHAME ON YOU!

Real Madrid is a well known brand across the UK and the world. Think Roberto Carlos and zidane, the golden years. This particular shop has a good location in a busy time. Not for from food shops and shisha places. There is a male and female location in the shop and it is clearly marked to identify the requires location. There is a good selection on offer in the shop and there is season by sesson selection to match. There is Always a staff member available to help out when you require them
