We’ve had a lot of pizza in our life, also in Italy. But this is by far the best pizza we’ve ever had! You should definitely visit this place if you’re in Madrid!

Amazing and delicious authentic Italian food!! The location is super central but the bistro is in a nice inner courtyard where you won’t notice the hectic rush on the streets. The owner is super friendly and welcoming! He is Italian and definitely knows how to do his job because the food is fantastic! You’ll find pizza, piadinas, parmigiana and many more original Italian dishes and sweets on the menu.

Some of the best food we had in Madrid. Fresh ingredients served by the charming owner. The burrata pizza is absolutely delicious and the tiramisu is light and tasty. It's slightly off the busy streets so a nice break from noise. It's a real oasis!

Among the world's best made pizzas with some of the best ingredients. An experience we will remember for a long time. Service was amazing too, we felt right at home.

definitely a keeper in madrid. the pinsa romana is both sophisticated and easy, with extraordinary ingredients that davide imports and combines to perfection. he’ll tell you about your dishes like no other, why he uses those ingredients and where they come from. above the quality of the food, he is what makes bricco a place you’ll go back to: friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful (everybody walking by yells Ciao Davide!) also, and maybe as important: lavazza coffe, one of the best i’ve had in madrid. it’s a small place, if you can’t get a table, try again. i’ve forgotten to mention: his stellar 5 stars should tell you how hard he’s working at this. well deserved.

We are enjoying Madrids' beautiful architecture and culture. Imagine how surprised we were to come across this little restaurant and have our favorite meal be Italian food. When I met the owner, I could tell he had passion for his food. We had a great conversation, and I told him we would come back for dinner. Best decision I made. We have eaten many different foods in Spain but this was by far the best meal. He knows that proper ingredients and a passion for cooking make his food amazing. It is great to make a new friend and a pleasure to eat at his restaurant. Do not pass up the chance to eat here!

All the foods are made with authentic ingredients from Italy. I especially like the pizza. The dough is made with rice flour which made it healthier and easier to digest, it also gave it a nice crunch. The risotto is also so flavourful and light. Would highly recommend this place !

This is truly a hidden gem tucked between the busy streets of Madrid. The owner David was very kind, offering to make us pizza to go right before they closed as well as loaning us wine glasses for the bottle we bought. The pizza was amazing, the sauce is a family recipe from Italy and the crust was easily one of the best we've ever tried. 100/10 will be back if we ever come back to Madrid.

i've lived in madrid for four years as an international student and Bricco Gourmet Madrid remains my favorite place to dine. Bricco Gourmet Madrid is located in the city center of madrid, providing easy access. however, it's positioned on a small tucked-away street that hides you from the mayhem that sol can be at times. It's location and position is the exact definition of "the best-of-both-worlds". david and anna are the owners, together they make up a dynamic duo. they are incredibly passionate about their craft, impressively knowledgeable about it too, and true experts when it comes to making pizza. david and anna are also great friends of mine and many others. their customer service inside the job, and compassion outside of the job makes them easy people to befriend. like very few restaurants, they've built a community with their craft and kindness. they host festive activities during holidays, many birthday parties (including mine) and special celebrations that pertain to the restaurant that the community is invited to. it's a joy to be apart of and i highly recommend you to be apart of it as well by making your first visit today. p.s — i highly recommend taking a date to Bricco Gourmet Madrid for dinner — it's very romantic.

Exceptional pinsa Romana with a light dough and quality Italian ingredients, including tomatoes and burrata of highest quality. Attentive service and quiet location perfect for when the weather is good to eat outside.

Really a delightful experience, being in a tourist location the owner seems to note locals don't notice it and lack any knowledge of its existence but big hopes for them as the attention with detailed explanations about the food , drinks and origin sumed to the quality of the meals sure let a lasting impression . Big recomendation for anyone wanting to enjoy a little piece of Italy in a calm and pleasant fashion.

Been travelling around Europe quite a bit over the last few years and this one is an absolute gem. Davide was the loveliest and took the time to explain to us the ingredients and where they came from. The pizza was amazing, and you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. Great spritz too. We loved the food here so much that we came here twice in a span of 4 days.

Truly one of the best pizzas i’ve had in my life. Davide is extremely passionate about the food- he takes the time to explain to every customer the excellence and quality of each and every ingredient that goes into making of this wonderful pizza. The pizzas are extremely high quality and full of flavor yet do not feel too heavy. You can tell Davide is truly passionate about his craft and he takes pride in the Italian heritage of his food, down to the very families that produce each ingredient. The food is fantastic, the service is unmatched and the location is very convenient and central. I Cannot recommend it enough to anyone in Madrid. You MUST visit this restaurant that is truly a gem in the city.

This one's a stunner. We've travelled a lot (and eaten a lot), and we were totally blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and quality of the food. Melt-in-your-mouth kind of good, from the pizza to the fresh fruit smoothies to the desserts. The owner, Davide, is also such a lovely person, and welcomed us like old friends. Grazie mille 💖

The pizza here is honestly mind blowing 🤯. All the ingredients were incredible fresh and delicious: the tomato base had a lovely sweetness, the base was soft and fluffy, the mozzarella was full of flavour and we got lucky enough to get extra buffalo mozzarella on top all the way from Naples which I can safely say is the best I’ve ever had! The shop is tucked away in a quiet road off a Main Street and has a wonderful atmosphere. Service was speedy and efficient but maybe the best part of all was the owner David who was extraordinarily friendly, explaining all the sources of the ingredients. I can honestly say this was one of the nicest pizzas I’ve had thank you so much! (p.s. Hi David! - you asked us to pop in the next day and tell you what we thought of the pizza but we had to leave early so here’s a review instead 🤗)

Our favorite pizza place in Madrid! We've visited here on multiple occasions now and recommend it to everyone. The food is just so amazing and you can tell that the owner is so passionate about his restaurant and the quality of his ingredients. Definitely a must try

Wonderful experience! We found this place on our last night in Madrid and I am so sad we didn’t find it sooner to we would of come back every night! I’m also sad I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who runs the business but he was just the best! We loved that he took the time to talk to us and explain all the ingredients and where they came from. We let him choose the pizza for us and he came out with 2 “surprise” pizzas which were the best pizzas we have had! Even after 9 weeks of travelling around Europe (including Italy). Thank you so much for a great experience and great food!

Amazing pizza and great drinks, plus they have the best cannoli I have ever tried. Fantastic service as well. We can't recommend this place enough. It is located in a lovely quiet side street so its a little hidden but it is a great gem.

Having just flown into Madrid, my wife and I were tired and very hungry. We ventured to a few food spots, but found most of the restaurant staff a little annoyed with our poor Spanish speaking. Then we found Briccos, a cozy Italian gourmet restaurant that was the antithesis of our prior food hunting experiences. Though I can't quite remember his name, the owner was extremely kind, and very helpful in assisting us with our selections. The mini pizzas were the best we've ever had, and the blended smoothies helped cap off the meal. We even met one of the locals and his awesome dog, Fabio. Highly, recommend this little slice of food paradise. You won't regret it.

Best pizza I had in Spain. We went here twice and had a great time. The pizzas were amazing. Just talking to David, the chef, is worth the trip. Make a reservation in advance since the place is small which just adds to the charm

Wonderful experience! Authentic Italian pizza with a very nice owner! I felt full, happy, and not heavy at all. We enjoyed many information about the food, which meant a lot knowing what we are having. Definitely coming again.

Very passionate owners, authentic ingredients and delicious flavour. The risotto was very well made, creamy and flavourful, and the lasagna and the pizzas were soft, rich and tasty. The owner was very kind to explain and introduce the origins of the ingredients too. Definitely worth a try, 100% recommend 😊😋
