Very nice cosy apartment. It was clean and sober. They provided with cutlery utensils as well. Had coffee Machine for coffee lovers. Provided charger with the switch that too in 2 different switch points, which was really thoughtful as I haven’t found something like this before. Staff was very polite. Lady at the main desk was always smiling and helped you with your queries. She did suggest all the areas to visit and good to see. Only point which needs some betterment is the Breakfast. As breakfast had limited options to chose from. May be that could be improvised. Other than that location is superb. Almost all mail places are at walking distance if somebody wants to explore Madrid by walking. Nearest metro station is Sol. It had connectivity to metro and buses just for 10-15 minutes walking. Would love to stay again when visiting Madrid. Thanks for making our stay comfortable guys😊

I stayed there just recently. Everything including cleanliness, location, breakfast, room are great about this hotel but customer service is super excellent. Their reception staff are nice and friendly who helped me a lot especially the Moroccan girl Ferial. Thanks Ferial for wonderful hospitality and help. I highly recommend this place.

It was 6 out of 5 ! Location is right in the center of Madrid. Walking distance to many attractions. Most importantly, staff were amazing from the reservation to the last day. Breakfast was simple, well chosen and delicious. There is no single negative point i can say.

The service here is fantastic. All the workers were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. They were very welcoming and gave us recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and shows. The room we stayed in was colorful, beautifully decorated, and modern, with everything we could need during our stay. My only complaints were that the windows were difficult to open and the walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking in the hall (neither of these were big issues). Even the location of the hotel is excellent, with so many restaurants, shops, and sites nearby. The hotel is right across from a flamenco theater and is very close to grocery stores where you can buy anything you need during your stay in Madrid. Overall, Blume Cruz Suites was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

Room with all the comforts you need. Breakfast with (and not only) fruit, coffee, bread, yogurt and home made orange juice. Extra request made to the hotel: cake for a birthday. Excellent service , professional personnel , super clean. Very warm people , make you feel like home. Also they speak fluently a lot of languages . Ideal location . We were fully satisfied with our choice. 10/10.

While hotel staff were very kind and the rooms are okay, the temperature in my room was so warm and they refused to turn on the air condition. This was very dangerous for my baby and they refused to even offer us a fan. If you want to be comfortable, I would advise booking anywhere else than here.

Great hotel in a super location with excellent, attentive staff. Breakfast is good with adequate variety. Our 4th floor room faced inward and was very quiet. The bedroom was smallish with twin beds and OK storage for clothes. Cooking facilities were minimal but not really needed with all the tapas restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this apartahotel for the last 2 nights and were very pleased. The room was clean and spacious. It is very well located near major attractions and bars/restaurants. What impressed me the most was the lovely and extremely kind staff that work here. I would like to mention that Cristina (at reception) was so friendly and made me feel like family. She was very helpful with how to operate the laundry and other questions we had. The girl working in the morning during breakfast was also kind and lovely. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and we will stay with you again when we return to Madrid!!

Wonderful central location, room was very clean. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to check in and get codes, etc.

Clean, quiet, spacious place in the center of the city. Provided all appliances:fridge, dish washer, stove top… with breakfast accommodations and a great coffee machine. Easy to get to from the airport through the metro system. Walking distance to all main attractions. The thoughtful and helpful staff made our trip to Madrid amazing! They provided suggestions and helped us plan our days. Left a little surprise in our room as it was my mom’s birthday :) The only downside is that the washroom got a light musty smell. Will definitely return to the hotel the next time we visit!

The staff is superb. The woman at reception went out of her way to help us obtain Real Madrid tickets and delivered breakfast when we missed it. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. And the breakfast cook kindly held our bags when we arrived near sunrise, before reception opened. The location was great too.

The management team are so friendly and helpful. The location was super but note that it is noisy at night due to being so close to restaurants etc. Very clean and well kept.

Poor rating because the check-in is hard. If you arrive late they will not come back to open the door. They leave you in the street. The pictures of the rooms are set up very beautifully. You will not get the quality for the high price you paid. It’s now one year ago that we rented that place and we still cannot forget the bad experience we had. So best is not to get involved with these people. I don’t think this is a serious business.

I had to wait for hours in the rain at night in order to check in at Blume. The place is totally unprepared to deal with contactless check in, the staff was not helpful at all.

The apartment was very clean and cute. Even though it’s located in the city center, ( BEST position!!) the windows/ balcony had double glazed windows, so the flat is very silent. It’s fully equipped (cleaning set for dishes, slippers, clean towels every day, coffe/tea, biscuits etc), the girl at the reception was very kind and always helpful. There is a 24h call center in case of any need. I would definitely recommend it !!

Very nice place to stay at - truly situated in the very center of Madrid, every important location is accessible by walking. The rooms are more like small apartments, complete with a fridge, a sink and a dishwasher (or at least room #402 was that way). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe, and is very tasty, if a little small - there is no all-you-can eat buffet. This is no problem, though, as the surrounding region is absolutely filled with all kinds of places to have a meal. A very good stay!

Great aparthotel with great front desk customer service, they were super nice and professional. The room was very clean Rooms are big which is great when you compare it to other hotels. the rain shower was a nice touch. Less than 2 min talk to Sol. I highly recommend this hotel. and it will be my hotel when I stay in Madrid.
