I have had the experience of personally dealing with KITES in Bangalore for myself and they are a very competent and professional team of people and doctors. Recently they have opened their center in Hyderabad and it is a blessing to know that they have expanded. I needed some assistance for my father who lives by himself and is 82 years in Hyderabad. KITES is the place for elderly care, they responded immediately and the staff was kind, efficient and professional and provided the required care and help within a few hours. If you are looking for Senior / Elderly Care in Hyderabad and Bangalore I strongly suggest that you reach out to KITES. In an age where we have more and more senior citizens living on their own, this is exactly the kind of facility and care-giving for Seniors we need to have available.

Exceptional experience! My mother was bedridden after her leg fracture. Kites came to our timely rescue. Having spent 6 weeks at their spanking new facility, my mother has been able to come back home and it was possible only due to the good nutrition, daily physiotherapy and round the clock care. Overall my family highly recommends Kites Senior Care.

A well known facility in Bangalore has now opened its centre in Hyderabad,this turned out to be a real boon for our family when our Aunt fell and had a hip fracture, at 79 she needed a lot more care and attention which was getting difficult at home. Kudos! to team Kites for taking care of her so well and helping her recover. Strongly recommend this facility. Hopefully will not need it anytime soon but it is indeed a relief to know care is available just a call away.

Group of scammers, only motive for them is to make money. They don't care about anything else. Charged close to 1.8lakhs for 18 days for my dad. 1200 rs for gloves every 5 days. He ended up being dehydrated and low on sodium and had to admit him in the ICU again. If you care for your family and friends kindly avoid this place.

My mother is suffering from Lewy Body Dementia. We were planning on moving her from Hyderabad to my place at Bangalore. But then she progressed to advanced dementia and even lost her ability to walk. The neuro specialist said she wasn't in a condition to fly and asked us to put her in some dementia institution where she would have 24 hour care and physiotherapy. We admitted her to Kites where she was taken care of so well. With their utmost care and attention and continual physiotherapy sessions, she was able to walk with support at the end of the first month and I was able to fly back to Bangalore with her at the end of 2 months. Really thank and appreciate all the nurses and staff for their personal care and dedication.

My Mother-in-law was diagnosed with advanced dementia and the Neuro-Physician suggested 24-hr medical care for her, which we could not provide at home. We were looking for a good geriatric care centre specialized in Dementia care and we came across Kites Senior Care in Banjara Hills. We visited the centre twice before finalizing and found it out to be a safe & secure (limiting access to only staff and having 24 hrs. video surveillance), clean, systematic and well maintained and equipped centre. We admitted her in the centre for 2 months and were impressed with her recovery due to the personal care and attention given by the nursing staff (headed by Nansi G David) and the excellent job done by the in-house Physiotherapist (Mohammed Omer). She was able to walk and eat once again on her own, with limited assistance. The staff gave her a lot of love and respect and addressed her as Teresa Aunty. She was very happy over there. They were very kind and enthusiastic about celebrating my Mother-in-law's birthday and everyone in the centre including the Centre head, Admin staff and all involved with her care were present to celebrate the occasion. Just a feedback - the monthly expenditure for consumable goods was towards the higher side even though we provided for medicines and diapers (mostly). The bill generated for us did not include 5 days of the current month and was later revised to include the amount (which caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience), which was a big setback for such an esteemed organization. I am sure this will not be repeated in the future. We thank the Nursing staff and Physiotherapist for taking good care of her throughout her stay over there. Overall, a very good Centre for Geriatric and Dementia Care and will highly recommend it.

My sister was admitted to KITES in July 2023. We visited the centre a couple of times and were impressed by the facilities and staff and the fact that this organization was started by professionals with good credentials. After admission, we noticed that the Physio head and staff was very professional and caring and we saw some improvement in my sister's condition. The nursing staff was not up to standards - not well trained and didn't show much care for my sister. During the six months, my sister was there, we noticed a lot of staff transitions. The Physician on staff was negligent and didn't diagnose my sister's Pneumonia for 8 days - causing significant lung infection. Upon moving her to the ICU at PACE Hospital we were informed of the same. This negligence eventually resulted in her passing away. We raised these issues to the Bangalore head office - which resulted in them firing the doctor. The CMO was admonished as well, since she had a very poor attitude toward us. This center has potential, provided they hire better staff and focus on quality of care - rather than paying lip service and using clients as ATMs.

I was very impressed with kites senior care..well maintained , friendly and efficient nursing and supportive staffs.,they clarify all our doubts always.I visited their Bangalore office - Ms shareen was very warm and receptive .

I had bad experience with Kites. I choose care taker service at home for my mother. My mother is suffering with neurology related issue. At the time of initial induction I clearly mentioned I require Telugu speaking. In the span of the month they changed three attendents. Fourth time they placed Hindi speaking attendent it's been 13 days now. No response from management i have to keep on chase on this. At the time of replacement they said within two days we will replace with Telugu person but no action has been taken. Before replacement of previous attendent, she informed to management two weeks prior so they have time of two weeks before replacement. It is really hampering my work and I have to manage all things even after paid amount for the service.

A new facility still to be fully functional. Appeared bright and we'll laid out. Located in an easily accessible community. Caters to a growing need of the community.

After looking at several care centers, we decided to go for KITES senior care for our mom, who needed post surgery care/ physiotherapy. The hesitation regarding a new center was immediately put to ease after visiting the center and talking to the center head and the staff. We have had an excellent experience and i cannot thank the Doctors and staff enough for their patience and meticulous care. They took such good care of our mom allowing us to be at ease even after leaving her at the end of the day. i highly recommend the center for their service par excellence!

I knew this centre from one of my friends in Banglore,here in Hyderabad we visited the centre for admission of our grand father,who was suffering from some neurological issue and forgetting the things. We felt like this will be the perfect place for him to be kept,as it is specially focused on Dementia care and the team never broke our trust, they are reachable 24/7, especially Ms.Harika, Ms.Nazz were very helpful and a special regards to Dr.Neiloufer for helping us in every aspect.
