I'm really disappointed Bought a Laptop from Croma on EMI, At first they did not mentioned anything about the insurance charges, they told us that the 3 years warranty will be given without charges but when I saw the loan details they charged 5747 rs extra for insurance. I'm not happy with this double standards. Will never buy anything from Croma.

Very good place and Trusted brand from Tata. Purchased mixer and vaccum cleaner from this place.. They explain everything with patience and provide the options. If stock is not available they will bring the stock from the nearby stores or from other cities as well. Had very good experience.

Staff not knowledgeable. The guy at the tab section does have basic knowledge of the tabs. No one was helpful other than the staff in the refrigerator section. A big no to this store

I most recently bought a Croma 5star 1 ton AC and a 360 ltr Whirlpool refrigerator from Croma A S Rao Nagar branch after lots of comparison from its competitor stores around this area. I chose Croma as I found them to be genuine in terms of pricing and their executives knowledge over their product line, unlike others. Both the items are good so far and the delivery experience was simple. Lessened 1 star because the AC installation guys were barely 16yo kids who took 3.5 hrs of time for a 30mins job and tried to fool sell some extra copper wire worth 3k which was unnecessary. Which, I later realised, comes free as per their own installation terms. And the fridge installation guy tried to fool sell a stabilizer.

Impressive customer support even on a crowded Sunday. Shout out to Murali who helped us not only completing the purchase smoothly but got us a good offer resulting in price reduction

Staff are not much cooperative in locating the article intended to purchase. They are not with updated information whether such articles available with them or not. Makes the customer to wait much considerable time to inform them the article wanted by customer is not available. They needs to pull-up with good responsive behavior with the customers.

I have been returning customer of Croma at A S Raonagar. On 02 Oct 2023, I have purchased an AC with special offer ( Croma product). It was delivered to me next day. It has not been installed till date, almost a week. It has been dumped on my varendah, thinking that it would be installed soon but it’s only causing obstruction and discomfort. Earlier the Croma service were best, but recently the performance and attitude has been changed. I am very disappointed and will not recommend to purchase from this store. If the AC is not installed by tomorrow, I will return it and claim my mother net back.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at this store while trying to purchase a Lenovo Yoga laptop. Here's the rundown: 1. Visited the store weeks ago, and they claimed the laptop was out of stock but could be sourced from another store. 2. Promised a 5-minute wait, but the staff got engrossed in chitchatting, leaving me unattended for 40 minutes. 3. Repeated nudges led to the same 5-minute wait excuse without any actual progress. 4. Frustrated, I called the manager for assistance, but he offered no help and revealed they have it but need 5 days to procure it from a different state. 5. Despite my clear instructions that I need the laptop in 2 days and my willingness to explore other stores, they insisted I wait. 6. After 45 minutes of waiting, they provided a useless response, leaving me annoyed and dissatisfied. 7. Called Croma Nagar store and they assured me the laptop could be arranged the next day. 8. Made the payment and true to their word, Croma Nagaram store delivered the laptop promptly. 9. This store's management and staff displayed poor communication and customer service skills. In summary, Croma as a brand isn't the issue, but this particular store needs significant improvement in customer service and efficiency.

purchased one samsung mobile worth 89000 and within 3 months started getting small line between screen fold, and store people told you are not taken insurance so we can't help. croma selling damaged or wrong manufacturing dated product. Kindly do not visit this AS RAO showroom for any product. you will waste your hard earned money here..Devadas

Pathetic service provided by chroma for service delivery and installation there is a huge lag and communication error gap between the departments, on top of they will talk rudely, the CSD department needs proper training and information on how to perform CSM. Item purchased on 2 and delivered on 3rd nothing as of now. If we will not reach up to them then you will be lost for sure. Next time reliance will be a better place for better operations. Names are CSD- Miss Mahalaxmi (unethical) and Mr. Harsha (Not able to provide resolution).

The demo given by Mr. K Srinivas was very good. He showed all models of gas stoves and patiently explained all the features. He is good at his job.

Executives they did not have any idea or knowledge on product whether it is available at warehouse or may be due to lack of experience they are not have clarity, and product executives they always force & insist us to taking unwanted services and wanted to add it on purchase invoice as they get incentives on it. Very less product showcases of any particular brand which is a draw back to choose products or comparing with other brands in same category. Unwanted staff when compare to the actual customers visited when looking at overall showroom crowd and most of the employees they just do nothing instead of surfing here and there to looks like they are very busy, but five product executives they have good explanation talent about describing product features & usage which it really helps to the customer.

They say they will send the installation team promptly by 48 hrs of product delivery. But one needs to follow up to send. Blame game between croma guys and product company guys continues and it irritated me. They have no respect for returning customer too who had record of several purchases from the same showroom over the last few years. They treat the customer nicely till product is bought and billing is done. After that, customer needs to go around to get things done. This is not expected from a TATA brand .. hope they change their style of working

Would recommend never to buy products from Croma. Their aim is only to do sale for the store not looking for the quality of the product. After you purchase the product and if any service is required, we need to call customer care regularly and multiple times for repair. Even in warranty period if we ask for replacement after multiple repair. They say it is not possible as it is repairable. So for repair also they take their own time and does not provide and adhere for the TAT ( turn around time)
