I have never seen such worse service 😬My appointment is at 18:00, and at that time the master still had a client sitting at the car wash. The roots were painted at an accelerated pace, it took a maximum of 10 minutes, then I sat with the paint for about 30 minutes, the master did not have time to finish the client, whom she served at the same time and sat me down at the sink, but did not wash off the paint completely, but simply poured water on it and ran on to work with another client. And only 15 minutes later I came to wash off the paint (I timed it). And that’s 45 minutes with paint! But that is not all. After tinting and drying the hair, it turned out that the hair was dyed in pieces 🤮 the paint did not come from the back at all (and the tinting was washed off after the first wash and some rusty color appeared). The master was in a hurry, since the working day was over and the administrator was urging her on. Although, when I signed up, I asked if the master would have enough time to color me and trim my ends? They assured me that it would be enough. I don’t think it’s worth writing about the speed at which the ends of the hair were cut. After straightening my hair, it turned out that I had a lot of “antennas” on the top of my head. I think you understand what this means. I don’t recommend this hairdresser at all if you don’t want to restore your hair later.

I signed up by phone. I came to the appointment - they refused to give me a haircut, there was no hairdresser and the others were busy. Terrible service - disgusting, if you just want to waste time, go to this unreliable hairdresser. There is no attitude towards customers and no reputation in this unenterprising, backward hair salon. I think it’s very good that I didn’t get my hair cut there, I have a good hairstyle, I thought I’d just trim it to make it better, they probably would have only made it worse with such an attitude towards clients.

I didn’t like the word at all, cutting my hair was worse than it was, the girl said it was terrible. For 10€, the hair sticks out, the hairstyle is not fashionable. Visited the place many times, plus one, speed of acceptance and haircut, otherwise a dull place. Absolutely not, it’s better to go to an event with the hairstyle you have now than to get a haircut from them. My opinion and I will not choose this establishment again.
