ATTENTION!!! DON'T GO HERE! The food is not good and too expensive. I've never had worse service, the lady at the counter was very rude and tried to scam us. Please don't go here, it's better to have a mediocre hotdog from stands nearby.

Better remain hungry than eat at this place! Dry food for sky rocketing prices. And you can never know what will the total sum be, as the prices the waiter counts are completey different than written. Waited 30min in 5 people queue, got room temperature food for high prices and sat at a dirty sticky table. This place was excellent in the history. The magnificent view is the only thing for the only star given on thos review.

Expensive and very bad food. Take a ski trip

The food is so bad that i dont think i have ever ate anything as bad in ANY restaurant before. The prices are insane for what they offer. Around 20 percent of rice were dry (or uncooked). The chicken goulash had skins floating inside. A french fries plus single chicken thigh and some salad would cost you around 8 euros. But considering this is a zoo i believe the idea from the owners of the restaurant is for the people to feel as close to pigs/wild boars as they could. I think the top of the cake would be if they get rid of the tables and just let people eat straight from the ground.

The cafe is located in a historical building. We sat on the veranda overlooking the lake. There was no queue. I was surprised that I could eat homemade food and not fast food. The food is delicious, not very expensive. Friendly and talkative seller. We liked everything.

The price doesn’t match the food, 4x time’s expensive than it is suppose to be, basically money making machine, Zoo park should reconsider this part of the Zoo. Would never come back!

A rip-off in a day light! Sky high prices! Stay away from terrible dry food place! Zoo management should consider removing these scammers from trade in zoo, as it ruined our day!

The worst service ever. A cafe's worker dropped a few deserts on me. My skirt, shoes were dirty and wet. I spoken with a manager but she smiled and suggested to dry shoes and skirt with a hair dryer. It's really irresponsible, not professional behaviour from manager. Food is cold, not taste good and really expensive. Not worth to go there.
