Recommend booking on busy days to avoid disappointment- As an experienced traveller and cocktail maker I was really looking forward to trying Cloud 9 and booked a hotel nearby for that reason, when we arrived we were immediately apprehended and asked if we had a reservation, when I said no but a table for two please we were told there was no availability, so I asked how could I make a reservation and was ignored as they welcomed the next customer with a kiss on each cheek - I have since contacted Cloud 9 via Facebook messenger and made a reservation for a couple of nights later, and was not disappointed at all. Excellent cocktails, lovely food, an amazing hookah pipe and lovely service. Definitely book in advance though.

I have never been in such a beautiful bar before. The drink's were delicious and looked amazing. The bartender's spoke fluent english with a great accent. I had a fantastic time talking with them. I highly recommend this bar. Tldr: 10/10

I made a booking for work for 9 people on Friday night and I was really excited because I really wanted to try the place plus with all the good reviews I thought I was going to look great in front of my team and my bosses, once we arrived there we were turned away because they didn't really take the booking even though they had confirmed it to me via chat "Sorry we messed up, we didn't take your booking you can try going to X instead" was all I got from them which obviously with 9 people on a Friday night doesn't really cut it. I looked so m bad infront of my bosses and I couldn't even do a big drama because obviously I didn't want to make the night worse... I truly hate leaving bad reviews but it was so embarrassing that I had to. Do not go if you have any important event/meeting etc., they are not reliable!!!
