In Russian language there is a word to describe a low quality sub-product of alcohol brewing process that is usually consumed by alcoholics and causes massive withdrawal syndrome. The word is "braga" and believe me Trimpus ir essentially a fancy type of "braga" with a beer label on it. Try it at your own risk. But I can assure you - drink 3 or more pints of this stuff and you will bee dead inside for at least 2 days. Its a hell of a drink fellas.

If you like craft beers or even stronger drinks, this bar is a must. Janis (owner) will tell you everything about the beers or chat with you about anything. Great place and great beer. It would be a huge mistake not to visit this place if you happen to come to Cēsis.

Delicious beer and amazing coctails you can’t get elsewhere, plus friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere, my one suggestion to the owners would be having some lights at the end tables, because late at night it would get preeeety dark :D

Multiple interesting craft prepared absinthe drinks and wide option of craft beers, cozy atmosphere. Friendly and professional host. If you're an above-average beer lover, I definitely recommend a visit if you happen to be in Cesis.
