Don't mess with Unipark. There is no customer service; if there are problems with payment through the mobile application, dispatchers cannot help. But the fine is issued very quickly. They don’t consider it necessary to respond to e-mails at all, they don’t communicate directly with the client, and then the collectors do all the work.

Incorrectly recognised car number, did not let me out, had to call support. Don't use this parking.

Last saturday I had got terrible experience by parking near Riga station. I arrived there at night. I used staircase because the elevator didn’t work. The smells in staircase was very bad.

Wnt in, realized there was no free parking spaces, came out and was charged 2EUR for "using the parking lot"

Difficult to recognize trucks..problems..!!!

Complete horrifing experience. Parking is very old, smell of urine all over the place. Lots of junks and homeless people. Parking is very low and narrow. License platenumber scanner doesn't function properly so wenn you are in you wouldn't come out.
