Training for adults, teens and kids. And there is an opportunity for the whole family to do sports together at the same time! Awesome Box!

Piecas zvaigznes ir par maz, lai novērtētu šo vietu! Fantastiski, ieinteresēti un motivējoši treneneri, lielisks zāles aprīkojums, un atmosfēra, kur jūties vienmēr gaidīts. Grūti būtu noticēt, ka Rīgā ir vēl labāks sporta klubs. Domās jūtu to par savām otrajām mājām nu jau vairākus gadus. Arī gimenēm un bērniem ljoti draudzīga vieta- arī bērni ar lielu prieku dodas uz “sportinu pie Daces”.

Great place to visit both if you are staying in Riga for a short moment or if you are looking for your own "home base". Super friendly tribe, excellent trainers, safety always first, challenging the hell out of anyone at their own level. Worth a visit, definitely a keeper.

Ļoti profesionāli, zinoši, pieredzējuši un vienreizēji treneri. Ja kaut kas nesanāk, izstāstīs, paskaidros un parādīs. Labi ar inventāru aprīkota zāle. Ļoti laba atsmosfēra. Labākā Crossfit zāle Latvijā. Viesiem iesaku. 💪💪💪💪

Children participated in both Kids and Teens classes. I really liked the lessons and the trainers.

I must say this is longest I have joined (and even attended not only paid monthly subscriptions) and participated in group clases… Covid made some pause in 2020, sure, but overall, this is the nicest gym crowd I ever had the pleasure to sweat together with. So friendly and welcoming and it doesn’t matter whether you are total noob or gym expert. Crossfit is FUN. Especially with our trainers Karlis and Dace. Positive attitude and atmosphere all the way.. Have never experienced single training here without laughter and jokes.. 🥳🤩🤣 Happy to be part of this amazing tribe! ❤️ Highly recomended and we are always happy to take in new (and nice) tribe members.. But be aware, there are just few spots left.. 😉

Best CrossFit box in town (and in whole Latvia)

The best CrossFit gym in Latvia. Professional, excellent and excellent trainers who show, explain and motivate everything. A place to come and call your own. Addictive place. :) Fantastic tribemates. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

Getting strong with fun can only be done in the Crossfit Urban Tribe. Excellent trainers and new friendships :)
