It's an amazing little jewellery studio with very nice service. They were very helpful throughout the whole process when I was ordering and engagement ring. Once the ring was ready and I had already paid for it, they really showed the level of their exceptional customer service by going into the trouble of resizing it twice at no extra cost even though it was my fault that I had ordered the ring in the wrong size in the first place. 100% would recommend.

Can do nothing but recommend this place for anyone wanting custom wedding rings. There was some small struggles like my ring being a bit tight. However, they were super proffesional and adjusted it immediately when we picked it up. Manager also made sure the plating matched my husband's ring after the adjustments. Customer service was outstanding 10/10.

Called to confirm that they provide the service and when I could come, answer was anytime in our working hours. Guy only did forget to mention that their working hours are as they wish. Waited 15min after opening time and doors still close. The guy on the phone did not sound very interested in the business as well. Better look for other shop.
