    Хотела отменить визит к врачу в поликлинику при 2-й больнице. Сначала позвонила сама в регистратуру, но прождав на линии 5 минут автоответчик меня просто отключил, проинформировав, чтоб я дождалась сигнала и положила трубку, и что в ближайшее время со мной свяжутся работники регистратуры. Прошло три дня - никто со мной не связался. Если вы думаете, что это единичный случай, то это не так. В прошлом году была такая же ситуация. А потом, мы читаем интервью чиновников или администрации больниц, где они обвиняют пациентов в безответственности, что пациенты зная, что они не придут на приём, не информируют лечебное заведение об этом и запись на приём пропадает, а соответственно ей не может воспользоваться другой человек. Хотелось бы, чтобы руководство больницы обратило внимание на плохую работу регистратуры, и что именно благодаря плохой коммуникации работников больницы с пациентами и происходит такая ситуация.

    Pretīga attieksme no māsiņas Irinas Cvirko. Biju uz pārsiešanu grieztai brūcei. Iepriekšējā dienā ārsts uzlika šuvi, lai mazinātu asiņošanu. I. Cvirko to uzzinot, paziņoja, ka nekādas šuves tur neesot nepieciešamas, un sākumā, pat neapskatot brūci, gribēja ņemt laukā. Tāpat arī komentēja, vai tad es agrāk neesmu neko sagriezusi, ar tādu domu - kāpēc man vispār prātā ir ienācis atvilkties un traucēt ar tik nenozīmīgām lietām. Tāpat arī nekādi tālāki paskaidrojumi par brūces kopšanu nesekoja. Lai būtu arī kaut kas labs, paldies par cilvēcīgo attieksmi ārstam R. Mihailovskim un smaidīgajām māsiņām.

A quickly diagnosed gout allowed my dad to heal this disease in a timely manner and with lightning speed. The hospital itself is in good condition, not far from the center, after recent renovation, everything is clean and sterile, helpful staff, there is a buffet in the basement, there is parking (2.5 euros per day). One minus is the prices. I had to pay 58 euros for the x-ray and consultation.

    Tonight, a very responsive and communicative head nurse greeted me at the reception. She quickly drew up the documents, sent them to the x-ray and to the doctor. There were no queues. We got the diagnosis within an hour. The staff was very kind and responsive! Even though we were in the hospital, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Thank you for that! 👏 I wish the hospital staff to remain as positive and less work in the future!👍

    I express my deep gratitude to the staff of the second Riga Hospital, who took part in the hospital’s new project “Patient School”. The examinations necessary for the operation were carried out in one day, which is very convenient, and the specialists also explained in a very accessible and understandable way how to behave before and after the operation, for which I express my gratitude. This project is very convenient and necessary for patients.

    Dressing today at a terrible level, without opening the wound, tore off the bandage, despite the bandaged wound... Such a doctor has nothing to do there!
