Wonderful, large multi-age park. My 22M old loved it! Most of the park is covered to protect the children from the sun. It has swings, climbing features, slides, etc. The center tables were often used for birthday parties.

Big and truly spacious playgroud in the park. Two huge complexes for children with lots of hills and trails, and swings too They also have a gazibo for events and birthdays. The playground has tough cover protecting from either rain or sun. And it has a looot of children of all ages. Great place to be!

We are visiting Ft. Lauderdale and this park was located close to the Embassy Suites. I love, love, loved this park. There were shaded structures covering both playgrounds which allows the kids to play under the shade even on the hottest Florida days. Both playgrounds had fun obstacles and slides and were toddler friendly. There were also swings to include an ADA swing, baby and regular swings. Other amenities included an open field with soccer goals, tennis courts, benches, beautiful landscape, a booksharing library, bike rack, recycle bin, workout station, information station and a clean restroom facility. I would highly recommend this playground.

I had a great time today at Florence C Hardy Southside Park with friends and family. There were a plenty families there today. I believe the City of Fort Lauderdale host and event at this location, with music provided by the City. The park is very nice, picnic tables, nice playground area for the kids. The Park also has ample lighting, conveniently located restrooms. We purchased seafood from a local restaurant but also wanted a place where the kids could run around a bit.

Very nice place. It has soccer field, tennis court, special road for running, playground area for small kids, playground area for bigger kids, place for making childrens birthday parties (for additional charge), swings and etc. It has restrooms, drinking fountains. I really like it.

I looooove this park. The play area is shades except the swings but that's ok. It has only 1 pavilion so you have your own space and the bathroom is right there. Don't have to walk far.

I haven't been in the park in a while. Why it's on my time line is a mystery. Guess the AI thinks living across the street from it somehow makes my opinion relevant? I drive by it from time to time. I sit next to it when I'm waiting for the train to pass. It's clean, not crowded. Playground area and sports field. How's that Google!!!!

This is a nice park with 2 nice size playgrounds, a field and tennis area. There is a pavilion and restrooms with water fountain on site. You will also find a small exercise area

There are two fun playgrounds worth visiting if you have kids. The play area is fenced off from Andrews Avenue with a double fence. The grounds are well maintained as is the soccer field. The shade on the playground is great, they have a pavilion with tables for functions, and there is an exercise area for adults as well as a short sidewalk circling half of the park for walkers. The flowering trees are nice and the trains run right on the edge of the park.

Very nice park, just be mindful when there are kids at night with their soccer practice and wait until they are done to avoid any conflict with the ranger, since they (the kids academy) pay to have the lights on. After they leave feel free to play always being respectful of others.

My son and I like this park. His favorite thing is the red swing. Especially love that it has a covering to protect the little ones from the sun on hot days. I haven’t seen any other park in the area have that. It’s big enough to where kids don’t have to be on top of one another. My only wish is to have stop signs or a traffic lights at the intersections going into the park. Trying to get out of there can be scary.

Great little playground park for kids and those who have Littles. Safe and most of the playground was clean except for the little kids playground wreaked of urine.

Love the park it’s shaded with soft floors, it’s great for kids of all ages especially babies and toddlers. Some parts are under construction but overall a very nice park.

The playground is dirty and old, but we love all the good times we had here and all the great friends we’ve made! Good for different ages! Some swings need repairing, the playground is fenced from the road, but not from the railroad

Nice park! The Brightline Trains and Cargo Trains pass on the west side of the park... and my grandkids love them! ❤️ It's a cute small park with many fields full of kids practicing soccer 🥰 It has two large playgrounds but is better not to go during rush hours... It is crowded and big kids run over the little ones...☹️😠 Beside that... it's windy and fresh. Love it

The park overall is nice, only concern is there are couple homeless people always on the benches sleeping and makes me feel uneasy being there. Definitely keep a close eye on your kiddos but we love the covered playground and the good amount of fun things the kids can slide, jump, crawl, and swing from.

Nice park with a kids play area. Good for small as well as big kids. Has a parking lot. Playgrounds are covered with shades & in good quality.

Homeless sleeping on the toys, canned food and cigarrette buds everywere and the pee smell was crazy. Really dissapointing more isnt being done to keep it in good standing for the neighborhood kids to enjoy

Lovely playground. Most of them is gated. Too bad when you come there after sunset the park looks disgusting: all the trash is everywhere, plastic bottles, etc. Kids still pick up if interested… please, keep this park clean all the time.

This is a very nice park, with a double well organized playground area. There's an area for smaller children and one for older children. The two areas are joined by an extensive swing set that includes swings for special needs children, as well as for babies etc. I wish the playgrounds in Hollywood were like this one.

This park is so nice. It's open and has a huge playground, restrooms & an open field for kids to play and enjoy the outdoors. We decided to enjoy a quick lunch at the picnic table under the tree near by before playing and it was the perfect distance for toddlers not to get distracted by the awesome playground and actually eat their food. There is ample parking and it has a nice pavilion in-between both playgrounds. This park is worth the stop for all day play under the sun or just a small break to wait out the rush hour traffic.

My son made lots of friends at this park. Lots of kids running around. Two large playground areas, shade, tables and restrooms. Great for parties and events. FTL residents $80 for pavilion for the day. I did my baby shower here and plan to do my kids’ bday parties here too. No BBQs at the park. I’m not sure if you can bring your own BBQ grill. There’s a power outlet on the concrete pillar at the pavilion.

This is a large park with soccer and baseball fields but also a gym type stuff for the younger kids. Bathrooms also. If you have kids that like trains this is an easy way to view them. Hardy Park Bistro to the North is a casual restaurant. The last Sunday of the month there is a small show and shine type car get together early in the morning. A cars and coffee type thing with free coffee from the Hardy Park Bistro.

Beautiful spot for tennis in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Nice lights. 10 foot high fencing on a first come first serve basis with parking next to the tennis courts. The courts could use some power washing as there is a black layer of scum on top of the courts. It's a great spot for player looking to hit around with friends. It's a mix of novice players and seasoned players. I haven't seen too many lessons go on there as the city limits instruction. If you are looking for Beginner tennis lessons try Backhand City. Or try Jimmy Evert Tennis Center if you are intermediate or advanced tennis player.

This park is great so much fun and space for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves. They also have the field, bathrooms and if your kids move trains you get to see, hear and feel them pass by!

The children really enjoyed themselves. Playground equipment for smaller children as well as the bigger ones. Soccer field. A pavilion with picnic tables. Extremely nice
