I live nearby and stop here around 4am almost every morning for the past 7 months. During that time, upon entering the store I have been greeted perhaps 2 times. Most employees are either Haitian or Hispanic and perhaps English is not their primary language and they feel uncomfortable saying a simple "Hello" or "Good Morning." I usually have to say hi first only to get a cold reply. I even tested them several mornings and did not initially say anything, waiting for any employee to acknowledged me. And NOTHING. You can stand inches away from them and absolutely no greeting. Even when I Preorder food and it's sitting out of reach behind the food counter, I have stood there waiting for the employee to say hi and ask if I need help and NOTHING. Just a bad negative vibe and I won't be going back. There's a 7-11 not far from there. Wawa, take heed.

The really large female wearing the break green shirt right now is extremely rude. Didn’t even acknowledge me or make eye contact when I initially greeted her. I literally had to go to the other cashier because of how she was ignoring me well joking with her coworker. Then I go to pick up the order is not ready she put it together really slowly. And after I still say thank you and have a nice day and get no response. Some people are just ridiculously rude for no reason.

Fast and easy transaction, especially now during the CoVid time..growing up in south florida, we never had Wawa's down here until the past 2-3 years...I remember a friend from Philly would SWEAR by Wawa's Philly Cheesesteak so I had to check out the hype and it is REAL! Glad that I was able to check out myself. Went with toasted hoagie, steak, pepper jack cheese. Some hot peppers, added caramelized onion (+ $1), and chipotle mayo...it was bomb! Excited to go back and try out the other menu items like a meatball sub, etc. Gas prices are pretty fair compared to the competition in the area, so grab some gas and try out their grub, and enjoy 2 birds-1 stone!

Years ago I was on a road trip through Kentucky and I stopped at a rural rest stop. The rest stop did not have sewer, instead the toilets were open to a large out house trench below the building, so you had an open view through the toilet into the pit where all of the solid waste was floating. There was also no air conditioning, making this public restroom more like a hut depending on outside ventilation. It was August, an oppressive 100 degree temperature with no breeze. The flies were as big as your head. And yet, I nostalgically pine for the experience of the Kentucky rest stop when I use this ridiculously filthy and intensely stench filled bathroom at this Wawa.

What is the point of using gloves to catch everything in the kitchen ? If they take everything with the same gloves, people end up eating contaminated food because the employees take everything with the same gloves. What is the purpose of wearing gloves? That employees do not contaminate their hands by touching everything? How stupid what they are protecting are the hands of the employees NOT the food.

Stopped for some gas and a bite. Gas was a decent price for the area. All the food was made fresh and very good. Station and convenience store were clean and well kept. All the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience. :)

update. I ordered food again. The order was wrong. I thought I would give them benefit of the doubt They need to have somebody check out the delivery orders to make sure it's correct unless if they just don't give a s*** My suggestion go to the store and pickup Sandwiches and burgers are good Whomever does the order packing does not chk the orders 4th order sent with wrong items I dont know why They don’t check

I ordered a chicken sandwich there, which I always get and love. But this was my first time at this location. It took forever to get, but more importantly it tasted funny. I had to throw up about an later because it made me feel sick. Won't be back to this one

Love Wawa Jalapeños pretzels. They're Open 24 hours , this is your spot for late night cravings !!! Today customer service was pretty good.

Love this place. They have the best breakfast sandwiches. Fast service and clean store. Lots of well lighted parking. Fast gas pumps with good prices.

Relatively new station. Very disappointed that the windshield washer liquid was bone dry and there was no paper to get a receipt after purchase at the pump. You can hear the machine turning but there just wasn't any paper inside. Please note it is 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday. Neither too early nor too late.

I usually always go to Wawas for some late night shake at different locations. This one in particular was super dissatisfying. Ordered an Chips Ahoy Creamcheese milk shake and it tasted disgusting. It literally tastes like I’m slurping on cream cheese. They must’ve put an excess amount of it. Was not gonna waste time of my life to have something re-done that should’ve been done right from the beginning.

Saw the most disgusting thing this morning and will never return as a result. This Sunday 11/26/23 at around 6:52 am, some guy comes in with his own coffee mug from home, and puts it under the machine to get the coffee of his choice, a worker witnesses it and says nothing. This is how diseases are spread. I will never go back here. Whether that cup was dirty or not I have no clue and it touched the opening of the coffee dispenser that everyone else gets their coffee from including myself. I tried my best to see exactly which coffee machine it was yo not use it but I might have guessed wrong, I've been so nauseous since.

Nelba has been the most pleasant worker in my shopping experience with Wawa. She always smiles.

It's a good thing they're open 24 hrs because they need all that time to make your order, drink or food, they're SLOOOOOOOW.

If you’re a business owner, stay away from here. Every morning when I fill up my tank I go to get a receipt and NO MATTER WHAT pump I use, there is never any paper. I’m not sure if the people in charge of it are just lazy or what, but its definitely a pain and not worth the extra 5¢ I saved.

I ordered a coffee drink but it was too strong for me so the young man gave me a milkshake instead and it was so good. Very friendly staff

Me. Elsa is always on point cleaning the hot coffee station. Everyone is very attentive. Food and beverages are always tasting good.

I'm at the wawa rite now 7/3/23 at 12:52pm. All I asked for is Garlic aioli on it and cut in 4 pcs. Simple request. I do it in EVERY wawa I go to. Never a problem. Today at this wawa I spoke to a young man(I think he's fairly new) and asked him if he could do what I mentioned with the garlic aioli and cut in 4 pcs.. He replied "we can't do that". "We can't cut it in 4 pcs". I said that all the other wawas do it with no problem. Then i said , if you can, "thank you" if not that's fine. Well, the garlic aioli wasn't put on the quesadilla, it was forgotten and passed to me at the end separately. I think they need a little more training. As far as everything else it was good. That's why I gave them 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. Thank you for reading my review. This is mostly put for corporate to read and possibly say something to the manager and have better training. Also wanted to add, utensils are behind the counter were they make the sandwiches. You have to ask for them. Employees don't great you or smile at you at all. I think this is because of the managers on duty.

Decided to use the wawa app to order. Very smooth process but pick up was a little confusing(may have been my fault). The store is very clean and the staff is ever so friendly. My sandwich was fresh. Wawa was always my go to when I lived in Jersey and I'm so glad they have them here in South Florida. I've tried a few of hoagies and I'll try a few more in the upcoming weeks just to see which is my favorite.

I go out of my way to get to WaWa but I was very disappointed to find that this store does not offer free air ~ Or any air at all! I really hate paying for air, and when I saw Wawas have it for free and it’s easy to use I was thrilled ! Well, not this store. I hope they are just being repaired, because free air makes WaWa special and my tire is still low. Bummer!

WAWA get your coffee here Meals breakfast , lunch, & Dinner. Doughnuts each wrapped individually. Soda,Power drinks, Gator aid. Only thing missing is Berks Hot Dogs miss them.

No place like Wawa - if you don't know go for the Classic Italian Hoagie no mistakes there. +they got the coolest toilet door handles ( that can use a little clean )

I ordered the everything veggie panini fries and a hoagie. I ordered on the app so it could be ready before i arrived. It was put out of reach and there was no one within earshot to ask hey is this my order? Everything was cold. When i tried the everything veggie it had zero everything seasoning and was filled with mostly onion, the bottom bread not even cut. The fries tasted like the checkers fries...the ones you buy at the store that come out soggy and not crisp. The cold hoagie had a sliced pickle slice hanging out on the stop of the sandwich. This is by far the worst wawa experience i have had.

Who in the.... heck closes half the pumps and the restrooms at 8:40pm all for cleaning!? My daughter had to pee so bad. Avoiding this gas station like the plague. Whom ever runs this doesn't know how to run a business effectively. Time to start going out of my way to avoid wawas if this is how they conduct business.

The employees are not friendly 😒 and are very unprofessional. The food doesn't taste the same anymore. In fact, they are charging customers $.50 for extra cookies. Other locations doesn't charge and was told by a manager they are not allowed to charge for extra cookies because it is not in the book and doesn't have a code. This Wawa rather loose $20 because the wouldn't give extra cookies for free. The donuts 🍩 are dry and doesn't taste fresh.

Just want to give a shout out to SARAH who works in the daytime. She is one of the most friendly, amazing, wonderful people I have ever met. She has honestly given me the best customer service I have ever had. I now usually take my lunch breaks and go to wawa just because she always puts a smile on my face.

I really like this gas station. Mainly because their fountain drink machine has a lot of sugar free/low sugar options. Everyone has diet Coke, but then that's it! You can make your own flavor of almost any soda. You can mix Sprite zero and Seagram's sugar free ginger ale with many different low sugar flavors. Always a quick and easy trip.

I'm a Wawa fanatic. I refuse to go to another gas station if there is a Wawa within 10 miles of my location and since they are always 24 hours you don't have to worry about what time it is. However, I do want to note this Wawa is my local store and I'm here 2-3 times per day. Coffee, cigarettes, gas, alcohol, subs, breakfast, free ATM, etc. You name it its here. Now what I love most about this location is the staff. They are always so helpful and always with a smile. There is two (2) things missing from this store that the other locations stock. (1) Caffeine/Energy booster individual coffee creamers & (2) Mini marshmallows. Both of these are usually by the coffee bar but your location doesn't have them. I have asked a few times but the result is always the same. PLEASE WAWA bring these back. Most other Wawa's carry them and I'd hate to have to switch back to sheets (my only option before these Wawa stores opened in Broward) but they have both the coffee boosters and mini-marshmallows. DON'T LOSE SUCH A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER SOMETHING SO SMALL!!!

Stopped here while over at the dealership for a quick lunch. Always quick and what I love is they carry the Herrs brand snacks. The cashier at this location was very friendly and I know had a smile under her mask.
