Poor management. They need to train their employees better. Poor customer service and very rude. There is one black employee with the ponytail.. She is very rude and nasty. She needs to learn how to speak to customer. If you don't like the job just quit. Customers are standing waiting for orders for more than 15 minutes. She just stands by the cashier talking. I approached her to let her know, the first thing she said to me " don't get closer". I was like .. i am just letting you know there is no employee at the Milkshake area and people are waiting. Lorena the manager of Wawa is very disrespectful and has a very nasty attitude. The experience I had at this store was horrendous and was definitely not happy with any of my service. I have been multiple times to Wawa and let me just stating facts that this woman is no happy smile or willing to help customers. I would recommend Wawa definitely looking into new management because that is not a face to see every day. As well as on September 1 at 8:55 AM the woman that was doing smoothies had a nasty attitude and was very sarcastic and disrespectful. I will no longer be coming to this Wawa ever again the experience I had today I will definitely be letting others know this Wawa is nowhere near great.

Wawa is a great gas station but this one in North Lauderdale...Everyone there has a attitude no customer service skill at all the food and drink department should have an age requirement and some kind of food preparation knowledge "kids" playing laughing cooking and making subs I will pass on getting anything to eat from there again

Worst experience ever with Wawa! I just ordered a cheese burger and fries... everything was cold! I live like 4 minutes away. The fries are hard like they have been there all day. The burger was cold and the tomato, lettuce, cheese was hot but the cheese was not melted! The whole experience was horrible and a waste of my money. I would give negative 200 but I can't. Customer service was bad too with some of the workers. Stick to ever other Wawa...😢😢😢! I was so excited for this one to open.... so sad!

Came in today at 5am before heading to work and not one employee in sight.All the registers had “closed” signs on them so i began to loudly ask “hello is there anybody that can assist me” after about a good 5 minutes of walking around the store trying to look for an employee someone finally responded very rudely “she coming right out” which caught me by surprise because this was my first time experiencing such bad service at a WAWA. The cashier finally came out and didnt even bother to apologize for the wait. I am very disappointed with the service i received today. Very Rude and bad customer service!

Same issue as everyone else about being rude. Wawa corp needs to investigate this location. Don't think you want this place to represent your name. What a way to bring a new year. I won't be coming back and spending my money here.

Very clean, nicely stocked, it's Friday night (Saturday Morning to be precise) 3:20am. 10 costumers waiting at the food section for our orders to be made not including online or delivery services orders maybe an extra staff member would make the service more efficient or my panini crispy instead of rubbery and don't forget the cheese next time pls 🙏 Nope I didn't come back to complain they are working hard doing their best. Granted I know it's early. I orded my food at 4:40am. It was just me standing in the pick up section and 1 employee brewing coffee for the containers to set up for the am shift. At 5:10 more customers came in and ordered their food. It's the simple fact I watched 3 employees look at me standing there and no one even asked if i was helped or anything. While placing my order as always I did hear the beep so I know my order went through. Simple fact I was the only customer in the store for about 10mins before others walked in. I literally went back to the front cashier at 5:13 to ask for a refund because at this point I was disgusted with the customer service from all who worked behind the counter. I am a manager myself at Bahama breeze and the fact I stood there patiently and the same guy brewing coffee seen me because I made multiple eye contact is beyond ridiculous. No matter what time you come to this location it's something. Just beyond disgusted with customer service 😒 smh.

Today is Ayg 5th 2022. I placed an order and patiently waited for my order. 20 mins after I placed my order, I attempted to pick up from the Deli area. I had to go thru FOUR (4) employees to inquire about my order after paying. (#837) Rude staff and AWFUL Customer Service!

The Grand Opening was awesome! It was really fantastic with the ribbon cutting ceremony, with free coffee all weekend, $.59 fountain drinks, $1.99 milkshakes and the $5 & $6 Hoagierest going on ALL MONTH! Also there was a stop at Wawa on Saturday afternoon by Santa for the Christmas in July by BCSO. It’s a beautiful store with a friendly, helpful staff led by their General Manager Herman & Assistant GM Lordonna! I suggest that you go into your neighborhood Wawa and check it out!!

For a store that is less than 6 months old, it is very dirty. The mens bathroom is disgusting. Walls and fixtures are stained. They look like they are 50 years old. Many times at 7am the coffee station is filthy. No coffee In the dispenser. The creamers are empty. The trash pails are overflowing with trash. Poor management.

Perfect made Tuna melt sandwich. Neatly wrapped no spills .All the condiments i needed.

Best gas station in South Florida. There's seldom any wait time. Complete with snack bar, coffee bar and a variety of shopping articles. If you are hungry, or in a hurry, Wawa never disappoints!

Was not impressed with how things were made, took too long when there was barely anyone there. The employtook their time, did not get the aspect of customer service. I'm a server, and bartender. I k ow plenty of customer service. Just not impressed at all

I love wawa but this particular one really sucks.beisedes buying expired products better check your food b4 u leave to make sure they made it right. Happend to me more then once l. I guess they must have been mad I asked them to make the correct one because my new sandwich was dripping soggy. Horrible location

What an absolute train wreck this store is, I don't have time to list all of the things that went wrong. All I can say is the only Wawa worth going to is the one on W Commercial between pine island and nob hill, whoever is running that store should be running all of them !

Clean store. But don’t buy a sub after 8. They have a whole list of what to put on your sandwich and still manage to miss a bunch of things. Previously o ordered a turkey sandwich with a bunch of veggies and pepperoni. I got 2 slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of lettuce on dry bread. Today I ordered my same order. This time I got 1 piece of onion, 3 pieces of spinach. No oil, no vinegar. A pound of mayo. If you must, please check your food before you leave

This Wawa is a very nice gas station and convenience store. Nice food and drink selection. Pumps, store and restrooms are always clean and well kept. Gas is cheap and air is free. :)

The store was clean. There was a line to order any food. Yes this store has 4 kiosks but there was a line waiting for orders. I put in my order and processed to pay at the register. Once I reached the register I put down my 4 bags of Doritos and I showed the cashier the ticket order #071. She tried to scan the ticket. She asked if I scanned the ticket someone where else which I didn’t. She hand typed my order in and even scanned my phone for $2 off my subs. I didn’t pay attention to her actions or why she said what she said). Once I paid she handed me my receipt 🧾 and said this is your proof that you paid. So I went to stand in line again waiting for my order to be called for pickup. I saw my order being made so I was just waiting to be called next. The associate said, “ #71 your order is ready once you have paid at the cashier.” I proceeded to the pick up location and the associate said you have to pay for it at the cashier. I told her I paid and here is my receipt 🧾. She looked kind of confused while she looked at her computer but kind of slowly slide my food to me. Mean while there was a line and I felt kind of embarrassed as if I was trying to steal food. Needles to say I may or may not go back to this location if so I will make sure I continue using the app.

My sister raved about Wawa having good sandwiches and panini’s so I decided to try the chipotle chicken panini. The WORST 8 bucks I’ve ever spend. When I opened my box, there was chopped up chicken all over, not even pressed and melted with the cheese. Bread was soggy and even had slight mold on the crust. If I wasn’t so hungry, I would have brought it back. Such a disgrace. Never again.

Some people over there cannot make people day,I was really disappointed today,I m a Uber eats driver,I went over there to get a order,i show a man my phone to see the name of the customer,a black dread man,he said to me,you don't need to put it on my face,he's really rude,I was really mad and embarrassed, anyway hmm 🤔,I don't feel me to go over there anymore.
