Danielle is not only a master of her craft, knowledgeable (like a book), and completely passionate about what she does, her attitude toward making me feel like family and really being genuine and honest to me goes beyond my expectations. That is so important and I have been to quite a few places where this is not the case. I met Adriana my first night trying out the special for the turkey neck and I can see why Danielle and Brooklyn are the way they are. Adriana spent time getting to know me and genuinely cared about my feelings and how I was emotionally, physically and worked with me to map out a plan. I really feel blessed to have found these girls. The fairness in pricing goes beyond what I expected. But, their kindness and compassion for me is something that money cannot buy. Priceless. Go there! You will not be disappointed! ♥️

I don’t normally leave reviews; but when I do, it’s because I’m very impressed! From the moment I walked in to this med spa I already knew that I was gonna love it. Brooklyn (I think that was her name) at the front greeted me with such a friendly smile, and then my esthetician was Danielle. She was so sweet and personable and really took the time to pay attention to what my face needed and what my concerns were. I did a he Venus legacy for tightening my face and neck and I feel that I saw results instantly. I was skeptical but it really works. I can’t wait for my treatments to start next week!! These girls are amazing!! Will definitely be sending my friends here !! Thank you guys for making me feel so special!

Danielle is one of the most genuine persons I have met. She truly was invested in what my needs and want are. She explained the process of the Venus Legacy entirely and delivered. Danielle is amazing. I received the best and the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had. Her set up was very clean and welcoming. She was able to offer more insight on skin care and suggested a routine for me. She is now the only person I allow to touch my face and I contact her for all my facial care questions and concerns. Absolutely love the atmosphere. . Lumière MedSpa is a must try. The place itself is stunning and very well kept. Very clean beautiful modern & classy. The location wasnt too bad but I had an early morning appointment which made it perfect. I would prefer something a little more East not too close to the beach. Shayla is such a great asset she was personal, professional, knowledgeable and amazing. Makes you feel at ease as soon you meet her. She listens to your expectations/needs and recommends what treatment would achieve the best results.Danielle greeted me with such a big smile so pleasant. My girl had the place smelling so amazing. They make their own products. They have available to purchase if you choose . I loved everything about Lumière MedSpa. I also meet Ruth who was also very nice & knowledgeable highly recommend.

I decided to cancel the treatment since with with try out session, my buttocks was completely bruised and sore. It was summer and wasn’t going to be able to hide the bruises. I called to cancel my next appointment ( next day) on Sunday since I was still sore and in pain. I called the next day again to cancel the treatment and request a refund, which I was told to do so since the owner was not in. I called on/off for months thereafter, with no luck on getting a call back. Finally someone took my info and told me to email them. Just to find out, after providing proof of my calls within the timeframe to cancel a treatment( based on their policy and FL contract law statues), that they will give me only 50% of the refund. Mind you I didn’t use ANY of the sessions NONE!!! They are liars, unprofessional and in my opinion thieves. My next step is court because I am not going to let this people take advantage. Also i give one star otherwise it will not let me post it.
