The experience was not good. The staff from the front desk to the managers, the treatment from the staff was all the time unprofessional, without solving problems and situations. The scams, booking has some prices with the fare night and the deposit, then when you get to the hotel, they want to charge you a totally different price, for example $1000 of deposit on hold in your credit card when it supposed to be $145 according to what they say on booking, or $140 according to the paper that they makes you sign. Same with the room fare. And when I did the check out, I wasn't the only one who was complaining about it. They gave us a different room with people in it, which lead us to a really dangerous and uncomfortable situation. They don't respond your emails or offered anything minimal required for all the things that we had to pass through, they said that they will return your deposit on hold the moment that you do the check in, but they last on doing it almost 2 weeks. And they don't only charged the $1000 on hold, also $780 who knows from what! When we paid the room (less than $200 the night), when we did the check out. Awful customer experience. I won't recommended to anyone.

This is a Condotel not a Hotel! There is a huge difference! Each room is owned individually and poorly managed by a third party. I was overcharged $150+ from my quote when I reserved the room VS when I checked out, now have to report to my credit card company to dispute. Beware of the excessive hold they put on your card! They charge $45 per night for parking, and do not disclose that up front, outrageous. No ice machines. Not a full service hotel, no room service, bellmen, etc. Rooms are great and the staff does the best they can with limited resources. The restaurant was overpriced and limited menu. Breakfast was terrible, $50 for a salty omelet and coffee. Fridges need to be replaced, not in working order in both of our rooms. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is great, but they cheat people with the amounts charged. I stayed from 7/5 to 11/5 and paid the amount according to the website, on the day of Check in they informed that there was a charge of $450 deposit and that they would return the amount to the card after 3 days. after 2 days they deducted from my card an amount of $574 without my authorization and until today I try to call to find out what this charged amount is about and they do not know how to inform and do not return the deducted amount. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL, THEY CHEAT PEOPLE WITH ABSURD VALUES.

As was mentioned by another reviewer, this is not a full-service hotel, but a condotel, each room individually owned. That would be fine, but it is poorly managed...terrible Front Desk service, no bell service, no room service, and, worst of all, NO HOUSEKEEPING. The location is okay and the view is beautiful. That's the best I can say about this place. I doubt that I'd ever return.

We did a 5-night stay at the Atlantic Hotel and I will be coming back. We had the ocean view suite which contained a kitchen, sitting area, dining area, a king size bed, two bathrooms, and an amazing deck. We had no problems with the room. They have complimentary beach chairs and umbrella's for the beach. The entire staff was excellent. If I was going to call out a very minor compliant it would be the Sky Bar... it was staffed by a single employee, and although she was great, the kitchen was slow in getting food out to the patrons. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was my second time staying at this hotel the first time was over 10 years ago and 10 years later this hotel is still great! Our room was very clean and there were no issues! Service throughout the hotel was great and friendly. The pool is great and the servers by the pool are great. The room came with a kitchenette which was very convenient! Additionally, this hotel is in a great location of Fort Lauderdale (thing are easily walkable near by like the state park and everything on A1A. Water taxi stops are near too). Finally, the view from this hotel is great. Our room allowed us to see the ocean on one side and the city on the other. Thank you Atlantic Hotel and Spa for a wonderful trip and even better service 👍

We stayed 8/31/22-9/2/22. I really want to give this hotel more stars but I can’t. The suite was very nice & clean, it had almost everything that it was supposed to have but nothing extra. I expected more for the price of the room and the location. The water never got warm, we had lukewarm showers & baths. The faucets were mislabeled in the kitchen. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. It costs about &40 every time you took the car out. The most frustrating thing about our stay was there was never anyone at the Concierge desk. None of the employees knew anything about the area or the amenities at the Hotel. Normally we get recommendations from the Hotel employees as to where to eat, which restaurant serves what kinds of food, where to go for different activities etc.. The employees were too young and much too inexperienced to offer any meaningful information. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge, rather like Mom & Dad left and the kids were in charge. The Fort Lauderdale beach is gorgeous, worth returning to but we will spend our money elsewhere next time. Also, I didn’t see a single Lifeguard station anywhere, what’s that all about, did I miss something?

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Very good staff. The Front Desk was welcoming and professional. Very kind. They were always there when you needed anything. Good management. The restaurant, Wild Thyme is very pleasing also. Delicious food, with awesome & friendly workers. I love this hotel. Great rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Some of the greatest rooms I think. With an unbeatable location, on the ocean. Gorgeous views. Excellent rooftop style pool. Overlooking A1A and The Atlantic Ocean. Very beautiful marble built all throughout the hotel. The PEOPLE / EMPLOYEES are who make this place so wonderful. Thank you Atlantic Hotel & Spa.

We stayed at the Conrad last year and decided to check out the Atlantic right next door. We were disappointed. The rooms were spacious but didn't feel as luxurious as the Conrad and the tub looked bigger in the photos online. It was nice but for the price we paid which was the same as the Conrad, wr had expected more. The room had some wear and tear. The balcony wasn't as big, and they didn't have beach chairs and umbrellas set up. You have to ask for them and set them up yourselves and return them. I wanted a lounge chair to tan in like the other hotels provided. The room was nice. The ac worked great. The valet was very nice but the girl at the front desk wasn't very friendly until the day we left. She had maroonish hair. She was nice to my husband but wasn't very friendly to me. The other ladies were nice and friendly. All in all... we decided we won't go there again. Our flights had changed on us and our departure time was much later. We were hoping for a late check out but they said it wasn't available that day. The Conrad allowed it and it was very convenient. We didn't see any housekeeping on our floor at the time we checked out and we felt that they could've allowed one more hour at least. Disappointed.

I reserved a room directly through the hotel’s website. Received an email confirmation shortly after. I didn’t book with a 3rd party website. I arrived to the hotel to check in and they would not honor the reservation, first they lied saying they couldn’t find the reservation so I showed them the email, then they wouldn’t honor the reservation because they said the rate was too low but it was directly through their website. Never experienced something like that in my life and I was actually traveling in town. Never experienced something like that in my life and I was actually traveling in town would not recommend at all.

Excellent location. We’ve stayed here twice and love it. The suites are a great size and truly give you privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. They are dated and could use a refresh but remember some are privately owned and not the responsibility of the establishment outside of what the HOA covers. Being pet friendly is a must for us so the minor issue of out of date furniture isn’t a big deal. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better but they’re not disgusting. Overall it’s a solid 4, pet friendly, awesome staff, great on site amenities and location are the strong points. You can always find better, so if you need absolutely updated every season accommodations stay elsewhere.

Great beach front hotel right on A1A in Fort Lauderdale. Staff was friendly, and tons of bars within walking distance. Rooms are large, with a very nice bathroom and tub. Very accommodating for motorcycle parking, a big deal in an urban area. Was able to keep it in the valet garage so it was covered and safe.

I booked directly through the hotel website and never received any confirmation. Prior to departing for the hotel I called to verify my reservations and was told that they were for the next day but they had availability that night for an additional $90. Upon arrival following a 5 hour drive from key west and while checking in with a not so friendly associate, my wife inquired about whether the pillows were feather or not as my wife is highly allergic to feather pillows, we were assured they were not but are available. First thing noticed after the 5 hour drive was that the soap dispenser at the sinks didn’t work and. On at soap was available. Called the desk to ask for service and again not so friendly “so you want soap”? We left the room for dinner and a few stops, arriving back to the room to no soap, did use the body wash in the shower to wash our hands. Climbed into bed and my wife felt the pillows and they were feather. Called the front desk and a little while later someone came with two pillows and admitted that they didn’t know the difference and asked my wife to pick. During the night I had to use the bathroom and wash my hands and using the water causes a loud rattling noise enough to wake my wife. The second sink had a valve/handle that was backwards from normal. The price we paid for this room should have ensured near perfection especially after asking for just the basics.

My husband and I came here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful experience all the way around. We were first greeted by very friendly staff who showed that they would go above and beyond for guests! We booked the spa package and both had amazing massages and wonderful amenities to go along with the massages at the spa. It was so relaxing. Chantel, in particular, at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helped to make our experience one we will never forget! Good food at the restaurant as well! Beautiful view and right across from the beach.

First impressions are everything.... Kennedy at the front desk needs to stop blatantly lying to people about when rooms will be available and check her attitude when reiterating policies that are against her own words. We requested early check in and have never had an issue getting a room at a 4 or 5 star hotel by 1pm.... we arrived at 11am and didn't get a room until 403pm (policy is checkin at 4pm) and then it was the wrong room! Not what we booked.... front desk tried to say they had no other room until we asked for a refund. Then magically the room we booked was available. Overall the hotel is nice but it's dated and has old carpet, broken fixtures, stained areas, thin walls, etc. Kennedy tried to redeem herself by offering free drinks to my husband. IMO witnessing the way she spoke to several guests....I would terminate her and any other employee with this attitude immediately.... it's going to cost the hotel a lot of business. I'll never stay here again simply because of how nasty the attitudes are.... not welcoming especially when you pay over $300 for one night in a room and you don't even get 20 hours in it! Location is the only reason to stay here but trust me you can find much better places with friendly service in Fort Lauderdale.

Do not stay here. What a rip off. We had a horrible room. Was July and when we got to the room the air conditioning was not on so we sweltered for 2 or 3 hours waiting for the room to cool down. The room was a disaster with huge black marks on the doors, carpet pulling up from the floor, scratched wood furniture with water ring stains and sand between the glass and the wood of the coffee table. We were even missing furniture in our room! Should have had a big lounge chair in the living room & bedroom but we did not. Had to call Reception to get the two chairs which showed up hours later. The balcony was also a mess with chipped paint on the railing and the table. When we called for ice for a drinks, rather than coming in an ice bucket, it was a plastic bag. All this for $340 a night! The gym was a disaster. Sand on the floor, no air conditioning, no towels, no plastic cups for the water and run down equipment. Does anyone here pay attention to any details? I wrote to the manager to complain and sent him photos. He said he’d refund the room but he never did. That was a year ago. I’ve tried contacting him since. He ignores me. Steer clear. This place is a rip off.

Wonderful location. Rooms are spacious, it has a small kitchenette, beds are really comfortable. The hotel lobby and rooms could use a makeover. They're dark and look tired. Brown is not my favorite color for decor. Plenty of towels for pool and beach. The hot water did go out a couple of times. Genial and accommodating staff. The food at the Sky Bar was really good, but the service was slow. I'd stayed here once before and at the time the hotel gave free beach chairs. Now you have to rent from a third party on the beach so I wasn't anticipating that extra expense. The lobby has an overpowering sweet smell, which I remember from my previous visit. Long pool, good for doing laps when no one is around. I didn't make use of the exercise room or spa, so I can't comment on that. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and accommodations and I'd stay here again. The good definitely outweighs and deficits.

We booked a king suite for a birthday celebration. Full Kitchen (not kitchenette), living room and large balcony facing east. Huge HUGE Steam Shower. Could fit a twin mattress. Having stayed at several suites on Fort Lauderdale Beach, I was surprised by the space. Love the hotel bar and location is convenient. Deducted 1 Star for attention to detail. The cabinets were banged up, needs paint, and TLC.

Was so pleased with our stay!! I was a little nervous after seeing such a mix in reviews but it was all so worth it! We had a partial view corner suite and it was HUGE! The view was more than enough on the side back and it was so nice and quiet. Easily enjoyed every night on the balcony with wine. Location was amazing and we could walk everywhere with ease. Beach wasn’t full of people either nor was the hotel pool. Amazing! The staff deserves praise here— had a minor price mishap with the late checkout but the manager graciously acknowledged the original price we were quoted. This hotel is in need of a mini update but it was a perfect stay. At first, I was looking at the Conrad and other hotels but this was so worth the money as opposed to those other luxe hotels. We wanted to relax and that’s what we got! Loved our stay so much!

Very unprofessional and dishonest hotel staff I've ever deal with. A very expensive pair of Sunglasses disappear from my room. I know exactly where I left them. I didn't want to take them to the beach, so I left on the desk. I came back to a clean room and Sunglasses were gone. Opened a report with lost and found, called several times, left 2 voice message to Mr. Franklin and no one has returned my phone calls. This Hotel has a big problem and no one is doing anything about it. They are claiming to be a 4-star hotel, this is false advertisement. Stay away!

Very nice and reasonably priced. Short and inexpensive ride from airport, about 20 mins total. Walking distance to everything you need. Ocean View suite is amazing and also reasonably priced. Family friendly. We had a suite on the 9th floor. The room was very nice and recently remodeled. Top notch - we will definitely be going back.

Great hotel. Resort is very clean and comfortable. Bed, pillows, TV and bathroom perfect. Location was great. Beach across the street included the towels and chairs and free bottle water. Valet guys are very nice. Great experience. Thank you

This is at least my 2nd stay here...and my how it has fallen. The hotel has a great view. That's it. The bed is horrible, of the 3 rooms that I stayed in each one had a different thing broken..or break. Two of them had toilet issues, one a stove issue and on the last night the faucet in the kitchen..came off. I called to.alert the front desk... after I was put on hold no one answered the phone. There seems to be a culture of apathy and indifference among the staff. EVERYONE (except the valet and 1 or 2 at the front desk) seem to be doing the bare minimum for guests that are paying a premium to stay here. I won't be back..even after the renovation. I'll pay the premium at a place that appreciates my hard earned vacation money. Outdated and spacious.

Great location and huge rooms/ suites. Perfect for a family of 5. Kitchen was great to have to eat breakfast in room and to have leftovers if need be. The hotel pool has cones around it in several places and the outdoor hot tub was green. On our last day they put a cone by it and said it needed to be fixed. The deck area needed updating and a good cleaning. The Atlantic Hotel is right on the strip and is a fabulous location. It is not as fancy as surrounding hotels but then again, most of the surrounding hotels are much more expensive to stay at . The beach was beautiful although my children did find quite a bit of debris in the water and sand that we brought to the garbage. Little ones may need water shoes. All in, it was a great trip!

My wife and I stayed at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa and we loved our Suite 501. The lobby is clean and looks upscale. Our room was clean and we loved the sf. My wife enjoyed getting ready in the huge bathroom. Our room was the only suite on the floor. The floor had a bar, a pool and a hot tub. Our balcony door opened up to the beach. It was incredible waking up in the morning and opening the balcony door of the suite to the beach. The suite provided an upscale ambience. The location of the hotel is nice. It is nicely lit up and is a safe neighborhood. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The customer service by all the staff members that we came across was exceptional. They genuinely made an effort to keep our stay comfortable. I highly recommend the Atlantic Hotel & Spa for exceptional stay & service. My wife and I will surely be back for another stay!

Stayed for July 3-5. One of 2 elevators were broken. They had no stairs to use so I'm believing which I think is a fire hazard if we can't escape without the elevator. I requested Late check out, they said no but we waiting in the halls for 40 minutes because the one elevator working was always full going up and down and there was no room for anyone with luggage. Valet was an additional 40 minutes... All could have been alleviated if they allowed some people late checkout. I personally liked my room, didn't go to the pool as it looked dirty. And liked the restaurant downstairs. Huge breakfast portions. Overall, I would stay in the same room but the place is overpriced to be so mediocre in accomodations and service.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights for a birthday celebration. The location is perfect just across the street from Ft. lauderdale Beach and right on the strip with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, it's one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Staff were friendly, and the view was amazing! Highly recommend a balcony room.

Absolute best in class!! We evacuated here due to Ian with 2 kids and a dog. The suite was huge and super clean with beautiful views and no “emergency markup” like many of the surrounding properties. Adrienne was at the front desk with the friendliest attitude. He was so helpful and instantly calmed our nerves. He explained that the restaurant was equipped and ready to go so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything. The gym was clean and so well equipped. The safety was best in class, allocating only a few doors to come in and out to avoid the dangerous winds. It was obvious that this team truly cares about its guests and the property. What could have been a horrific few nights turned into an unintended wonderful stay. Thank so much to Aaron, Adrienne and the entire staff for treating us like family! Can’t wait to come back.

My recent 3 night stay was amazing! The hotel staff is stellar with teamwork, information, & communication. Housekeeping is outstanding, the true test is- yes I felt very comfortable wearing no shoes in the room. And also comfortable sitting on the floor. A clean room from corner to corner ( great Housekeeping inspections). The pool is completely updated with a "state of the art" multiple speaker sound system, beautifully landscaped including the healthy "Birds of Paradise". I want to mention that it was great seeing an onsite gardener who maintained the exquisite orchids and other flowers throughout the hotel. This location offers a full service spa and great excerise equipment ( for "away from home" workouts). The restaurant food that I ordered exceeded my expectations. This hotel has a million dollar view of the Atlantic facing east, sunrise with coffee from the Cafe & sitting on the balcony is priceless. The Bellmen and Valets also work seamlessly with teamwork. Overall an amazing vacation experience, coming from a traveler that likes to enjoy the hotel amenities and relax~~~.

I booked a Staycation for two nights to celebrate my anniversary. I am going to be honest, for the money I paid I was definitely expecting a greater experience. I will describe the cons first; the pillows are horrible, I was extremely disappointed that they have such cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap pillows for such a beautiful hotel and rooms. If you are planning a staycation BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS! And still if coming from abroad try to fit a pillow in your luggage. Second, there is no room Service!!!! That is just inconceivable for the nightly rate, like wow. Third, the sky bar located next to the pool closes super early, at 5 PM. So forget about enjoying a sunset by the pool with the amazing ocean view having a nice drink and/or bite. Fourth, the TV's in their rooms are not smart, forget about casting from your favorite streaming app if you want to stay in and just be lazy with your loved one, I advice to bring an HDMI cable to connect to your laptop or device to watch on the big screen. And last the front desk personnel need a training session on how to smile and being more energetic, friendly, and welcoming. They weren't rude, don't get me wrong but they could definitely do better. In the words of my wife, "I could have booked a cruise for same or less money for that weekend, and got a better experience. The pros; amazing rooms! The ocean view is just breathtaking. Location is prime, awesome restaurants all around, the beach is just across the street. Definitely an excellent choice to stay if you want to be near everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer. So hopefully they worked on my feedback because the rooms and location are very nice.

We have stayed at this resort many times over the past 5 years. This was the first time we had so many issues. We originally scheduled to check in on Thursday but decided to check in a day early. When calling the hotel, they had stated we reserved a studio when I had reserved a 1 bedroom oceanfront w/full kitchen. It was a stressful and frustrating experience. We finally got it straightened out and knew, since it was going to a separate reservation, we would have to check in the next morning for our original reservation. We did go down, they had to reset our room keys. When getting to the front desk, they man there did not know what to do so he asked for help. Once he was done taking care of the the check-in (I didn't know he was done because he didn't say anything) he did not hand me the keys so I stood there waiting and his supervisor even noticed I had been standing there for some time waiting and asked the employee if there was an issue and he said no. I waited a little longer and finally asked if there was a problem and he realized I was waiting on my keys. The other issue we had was housekeeping. We spent most of the day in the room so when leaving for dinner, we asked for housekeeping. When we got back, they had made the bed and that was it. The trash cans were all full, the towels had not been changed out, and they did not leave the daily water. The following day I called the front desk explaining what did not get done and when we got back from dinner again, the bed had not been made, they only emptied the trash in the kitchen, both bathrooms still had full trash cans, towels were left on the floor, no cleaning was done, they only left towels on the dining table with 3 bottles of water. This was a very special trip for my husband and me so it was disappointing how poor the service and housekeeping was for us. We have always looked forward to our trips to the beach at this location although, this trip made us question the place we stay and whether or not we will return to The Atlantic.

It could be 5 star all the way, but things lack. The bathtub would not fill with water, no hot water. However the shower made up with the high pressure. Views are stunning. Rooms are huge. Carpet had nasty stains. No bath robes. No room service. Valet seems lazy. No help with luggage. Ladies at front desk were bothered, and not very friendly. Restaurant was a disappointment. Key card access needed for elevator, so getting something delivered or having a guest stop by was trouble. I would not stay again with multiple 4 & 5 star properties around with all amenities, and good food.

Only popped in for a drink, we stayed here 13 years ago with my daughter on her honeymoon, unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's been touched since. Windows didn't look too clean and, to be honest, gave us the impression that it was closed, paintwork on the veranda looked tired. Didn't really go inside as we only had a drink but hope it's been better maintained, wished we'd never gone now, it hurt to see it like that after a fabulous stay before.

The hotel will charge you twice for your stay, then make it very difficult to remove the double charge. We spoke with the front desk regarding the billing issue, and they said to call later when the manager is there. Very sketch, very frustrating.

We had a rough flight coming into Florida (for the 1st time) and when we finally made it to the hotel at 2/3am the welcoming from the lady (I feel bad I forgot her name) at the front desk was so sweet, she made it feel like it we were at home!! definitely will be coming back to this place. Everything was fantastic!!! any questions we had were immediately answered and also the restaurant was great!! So much more to say. But can't wait to come back!!

Very happy we stayed here! Our suite was gigantic! Loved the huge bathroom! Client service was top notch! Easy to use valet parking system as well! Great restaurant and pool bar! The pool is on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean. They have a small jacuzzi that is hard to see next to it but still good. You have to cross the street to get to the beach but crossing is easy and the beach is only a few steps away!

The view was nice from room but there were many issues: No hot water in sink or shower. Shower handle fell off. TV would not turn on. No one from maintenance will show up. No window drape (full drape panel missing) to block out sun. I don’t like full sun blaring in at sunrise when I’m on vacation. Room was old and used/abused scratches and dents on all old furniture and walls. Torn carpet. Old lumpy bed. Loud thumping music from pool area bar below made it hard to relax daytime in room. Staff was totally unresponsive to my problems and issues. Multiple extra fees upon check out including $45 daily “resort fee” not sure what this is for ??(they offer nothing but a pool which I didn’t use..I was told no beach chairs or beach set up is offered) and $42 daily car parking plus they add “tax” to both these charges which seems ridiculous. I stayed at other hotels in Fort Lauderdale and they all had 3 PM check in and 12 Noon check out policies. The Atlantic has a 4 PM check in an 11 AM check out strict policy. At 11:01 AM on the day we were checking out the maid was pounding on the door asking why we haven’t left yet. For Several hundred dollars a night 12 noon is the appropriate time to demand your guests to check out. Not 11 AM. Overall I will not stay at the Atlantic again.

We had a last minute change of plans on a cruise and ended up staying in Fort Lauderdale for 5 nights. The hotel was nice. Huge suite style rooms but amenities maybe a little bit dated and in need of a tuning up (especially the gym). The staff was great though, especially Adrian at the front desk and Rico and his team as valets. Would be 5 stars for them!

    1. Green water in tub, staff didn’t know what to do about it. 2. The room is poorly designed. Not convenient at all. Not a single outlet in the bathroom. 3. The bed rocks if you sit on the edge of it. 4. The iron has yellow stains on it and the ironing board is disgustingly dirty. 5. Old furniture in the room. They told me that I have an ocean view room, but my view is of the Conrad hotel. 6. Room was clean, no bugs, it was decent. But I booked this over the Westin Fort Lauderdale beach and I made a huge mistake. The amenities here are subpar they offer nothing. 7. The valet was really great, respectful and quick. That was the best part of this stay. Overall, poorly designed hotel. It seems really old. Not a lot of convenience here. If you’re just looking for a place to crash and the price is right, this will do. But it will not enhance ur Florida experience.

Loved the spacious room. The style of furnishings, perfect, desk size for work was perfect. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was superb and elegant and had everything you needed. The hot water took a long time to heat up but finally did. There was a luxurious bath as well as a separate shower area. The small kitchen area was stocked with handy items; a fridge, coffee maker, utensils, etc. The TV worked well and had decent selections. The room over all felt very spacious. I didn't take advantage of the spa or pool but it looked lovely. While working I had my balcony door open to listen to the breeze and hear the music playing by the pool. I loved the ocean view and the balcony. The restaurant was very accommodating and the service was friendly and food was good with a nice varied selection. Loved the coconut shrimp. The front staff was amiable and the valet super fast. The only negative thing I have to say is the walls are paper thin...:/ I was awakened at 5:45 am by the couple next to me having an argument and continuing for hours! I could hear everything they were saying and hear the tv shows they were watching at night etc...and I'm sure they could hear the same of mine. I just hope they don't wake up so early to continue their fight tomorrow! Overall a very nice hotel. If they could just put some more padding/insulation in the walls somehow.

The location of the hotel is great. From the look of it, the hotel looks great but the minor things such as sink, trash can, bath tub, etc. are broken. The staff is not responsive to your requests and even after 2-3 days of us asking them to fix few things in our room, nothing happened. They charge for everything, such as clean towels and even if they brought the clean towels, we asked them to take dirty towels and it’s been 2 days and no one has come even after asking twice. Overall I won’t recommend this hotel. Definitely will never stay here again.

Great location but the rest of the hotel didn't match up to the cost. No lightning in pool area, hard to get beach chairs yet there was stacks of them on the beach chained up. Sofa bed, but no bedding in the room

People are very accommodating. Totally satisfied. Would come here again! Everyone is very pleasant. Great location. Can’t say enough. Good food, good gym, clean facilities, attentive staff. Overall great experience for myself and my family.

I came with family for a birthday celebration we had a good time. The hotel was nice, I loved the lobby mirror and the in room tub feature it reminds of of the neighboring hotel. I like the quaint boutique hotel feel pool facing the option and direct beach access. The spa was amazing and I will definitely be back and will bring my family. The pool bar was fun the drinks were good and the food great. They even gave me the double lettuce for my salad❤️. The only reason I gave four stars bc our room was on the side and the balcony was tiny. I’ll definitely return for a longer stay and hot stone message

I'm staying at this hotel right now and everything has been a complete disaster. The room we were given was not at all what was advertised thats we booked and paid for. We booked a suite with multiple bedrooms that was supposed to sleep 6 in 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The room we were given has one bedroom and a pull out couch. When we questioned this to get clarification and figure out what happened we were basically told this is the only room you're getting so deal with it. We went to the pool restaurant to get some food where we waited 50 minutes for cold food to come out. When some of it was sent back to be heated up we waited an additional 20 minutes for it to still come out lukewarm and not very good. Not one employee we have dealt with has had any level of customer service where they try to fix things or get us a manager or do any kind of make good for the massive issues here. I travel 12 to 15 times a year to multiple states and this is not a 4 star hotel by any means.

Went a few years ago. Stayed in penthouse. Private elevator to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom full balcony overlooking the water. Such a great view and went to beach at night was very lucky was the night the sea turtles hatched and where heading to the ocean with the help from a group of people. They advised not to use a light on a camera so did not take photo. Everything was perfect at hotel including the pool halfway up the hotel outside. Wonderful bar there and great restraunt downstairs. Loved my stay and when things get better is on my list to stay in same room again and enjoy.

What really makes this place quite nice is the service at the hotel. The staff during our visit was truly magnificent. The Valets go out of their way to make you stay more comfortable, taking your car, helping with check out of beach umbrellas and chairs, and bikes, all with a smile. The reception hosts were all extremely nice and well trained. Thank you Valets and Hosts for being so nice and friendly. As far as the rooms are concerned, the king size bed in room 801 was hard and uncomfortable, the pullout sofa is worn out and uncomfortable, the dining chairs were heavy and difficult to maneuver, the kitchen was dirty in general, as well as the carpets, tables, and all cabinets. A lot of space in the rooms is wasted. The en suite bath is unnecessarily huge. Only 2 closets for the size of the suite. I would not rate the rooms as DIAMOND quality. You pay premium price here to stay oceanfront. The location is magnificent and so is the view. Some equipment (cable machine) in the gym was not in working order but the gym in general was well equipped. Spa, pool with bar, meeting rooms, and gym located on 5th floor. Aside from all the hospitality taxes charged in FL, you will be charged a Resort Fee, and a and Valet Fee daily (not cheap). Aside from lack of room cleanliness, if you don't mind the high rate to stay there, the place offers amazing views of the beach, convenience of equipment for the beach, pool, bikes, and pets welcome. Overall it's a nice place to stay. The restaurant on site, Wild Thyme, welcomes pets on the patio, offers a nice selection of food, brunch, and bar. A bit pricey. The manager JZ was very nice and welcoming. He offered a great deal of info about the hotel and the area. Server Anna was great.

No hot water in the shower. The toilet continued to run for hours after flushing. They over charged me $60! This was a really poor experience for a good looking hotel and great views. It’s a shame the staff failed so miserably. Upgrade your staff and you have a solid hotel. Maintenance came to look at the shower and acted as if they fixed the hot water issue. They did not. Room 1010.

I would give zero stars if possible. Arrived after travels to check into our presidential suite. We were told is what not available at the moment. They offered us a much much smaller room that would not accommodate our party. Especially with an elderly person on a roll out bed. If our suite was not available they should have called us and communicated that before we got there. We left and drove over to the Hilton hotel and spa ! luckily they have a presidential suite available for us and it was an amazing stay.

This place is amazing, we stayed for a week recently and this being our first trip to Fort Lauderdale couldn't of been better. All the staff was great and so kind and helpful. They have alot of amenities that we were able to take advantage of. Amazing location!! They were very accommodating when we arrived early, they held our luggage while we walked around and called within an hour with our room ready. My only con, which maybe they can't help it, but the cold water wasn't cold. After coming from a bike ride and wanting a cold shower but just wasn't cold. All in all this is a nice place with good rates and great service and we will gladly stay again on our next trip there.

Location was nice but be aware of their hidden cost and fees! I booked and paid for trip fully on booking.com back in June - so I thought (excluding resort fees). When I went to check in, they added an additional $120 cleaning fee on top of a $35 registration fee, along with additional taxes. I brought my “official receipt” from Priceline stating I already paid taxes and fees and that It shows I simply need to pay resort fees. The lady at the desk was new and was confused herself and called a manager to help me try and figure out. The conclusion was, the room I was staying in was privately owned and they charge this registration and cleaning fee. Would of been nice to know this upfront as I would of booked somewhere else. Apparently the hotel owns some rooms and others are privately owned. They did nothing to accommodate me. Very misleading and wrong. I will be posting many reviews on this practice with this particular hotel so others don’t fall victim as I did.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom ocean front suite. It was huge. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, full living room, table area and very long balcony. The view was amazing! We loved the amount of space and split between 3 people, we considered it a great deal! However the rooms do need updating and some stains/wear and tear on furniture. I slept on the sofa bed and I could feel every single spring. Regardless of this, I really liked staying here and the location is great!
