Excellent food and good wine selection. Came here for tapas and dessert. Tried the artichokes….amazing! The bread is heavy, chewy and crusty…don’t skip it. Tiramisu was nice and creamy with good flavor of espresso. Super nice staff too.

Don’t go unless Autumn is bartending and Shon are working. Autumn makes incredible drinks and Shon is the most attentive and kind restaurant staff member I’ve ever met. This place is great, between the food and people make time to eat here.

Delicious food and a great fun atmosphere! We visit on a Tuesday night and enjoyed half off on a bottle of wine plus live music! I thought that was great! The pasta is homemade and cook to perfection. I had the broccoli rabe and sausage pasta and was great. Try the lemon tiramisu! The kids really liked the gelato. Said was the best ice-cream they had.

If you want to have a fantastic fresh and home made pasta THIS IS THE PLACE! We had lasagna and gnocchi and it was Very good, we are definitely coming again. The service was awesome, To night our server was Emanuele who was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, would love to sit at his table again.

Ate in the breezeway outside... loved it. Food was well seasoned and nice size portions. Our waiter, Tom, was attentive and friendly. I recommend the pasta fagioli soup and the spinach and ricotta ravioli. I would return.

4/3/23-wow great food and sevice . Had the Veal Ossoccbucca fall off the bone w/ lemon saffron rice . G had the delious lamp chops .took home the cannoli 2/14/23-Wow, had a cute table for two. There was a Valentine menu. We order the Spinach Flan appy . Which was a soufflé. It came out ( sorry we ate half ) square like spinach with a large dollop of ricotta cheese w/ mint leave and a small smear like tomato sauce . It was so so good. I had the lasagne and G had the lamp chops (4) . Seasoned server from Italy. The servers and the food was excellent, even felt a little rushed. But it was a busy nite. Excellent dinner. Wow it’s been here for a while. We went and on Sunday they have HH on food and drinks. Cute small place . Lots of food on HH menu, we went with the meatballs ( 2 ) , plus we had the pear pasta & Gorgonzola was like a little purses they describe it as was very delicate. Very good . Plus The escarole and beans . All good plus dessert pistachio ice cream and a very decadent chocolate cake .

This place is simply one of the best Italian restaurants that I went here in Florida. The gnocchi is amazing and the prices are really fair. Don't forget to ask for the specials of the day. My favorite dish is the Fiochette di Pera. This is heaven!! Try that and let me know.

Felicia is the best bartender! Made me a special espresso martini just the right way! All the food was exceptional and server was great! Will be coming back to sit at the bar! Also , great regulars! Artichokes and Gnocchi like no other !

Best food around. You will not be disappointed. Need to try short rib and four cheese gnocchi. The ricotta cheesecake was amazing too.

We went with a party of 5 and we got there maybe 30 minutes before they closed and the waiter was so nice and accommodating. He was cracking jokes and he was very attentive. The food was AMAZING! I had the Lobster Ravioli and you could tell everything was made fresh. We probably stayed until almost midnight and no one rushed us or tried to kick us out. The manager stopped by the table and told us his story. It was an amazing experience! Definitely will be back. Thank you all.

I brought family and friends to Dal Contadina on Friday night and we had an amazing experience all around. The restaurant is super cute inside, and there was great live music. Napoleone (the manager I think?) was incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered the clams in white wine and the Contadina salad for appetizers - both were amazing. I got the traditional Sicilian pasta and it was fantastic - I can’t believe I ate the entire thing (I mean, I can, but it was a lot of food 😂). Can’t wait to go back!!

Enjoyed dinner with great food and service. Loved the way they serve the pasta dishes. Went on meatball Monday and it was a great flavor. Will definitely go back!

This restaurant was phenomenal. The environment was very warm and felt very comforting. The service was top notch, drinks were always filled, water topped off, accommodations made, lots of knowledge about the menu. Finally, the food was excellent. I enjoyed the short rib special which is a whole beef rib, slow braised with gnocchi. The beef was fall off the bone tender and the gnocchi was delicious in its cream sauce. Another person at the table for the lasagna and also said it was amazing! I'd highly recommend you check this place out!

This was our first time dining in this impressive gem of a restaurant. We were joined by friends visiting from Italy. We had a wonderful time enjoying the incredible food and service. The atmosphere was charming with an Italian flair. Homemade pasta is a must!!! We will definitely be coming back with family and friends.

Vivid and authentic Italian restaurant, great choice of seafood, meat and pasta dishes, good service, live music on Fridays and Saturdays! There is definitely a problem with table reservations, during high hours the restaurant can not withstand the amount of visitors, the hostess ladies are not friendly and never said they were sorry🤷🏻‍♀️ But food in this restaurant is worth it!

Hands down best authentic Italian food we have ever had. We live in PA and were in town for a wedding. Thanks to Yelp, we discovered this absolute GEM! I highly recommend visiting!

Homemade pasta with pesto, truffle gnocchi and various other dishes. Top notch!

Truly authentic Italian restaurant. The atmosphere feels like old world Italy. The waiters even speak Italian. The restaurant patrons had a comfortability about them; like they had been loyal there for years. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly. There is a happy hour but it’s only served at the bar. On Tuesdays, they have 50% off bottles of wine under $100 and 50% off martinis. There is limited street parking. A bit pricey but worth it.

Tried this place and we were so glad we made a reservation earlier that day as they were almost booked on a Wednesday night. We had calamari app and they were excellent and a good portion. The steamed clams were very good as well. I tried gnocchi entree and we also tried 2 specials (Short rib and the fettuccine). They were excellent and we all enjoyed them! They make their own breads, pastas and desserts on Premises. Unfortunately we had no room for dessert so must come back soon. I'm adding this to my favorite list for locsls and visitors to try. The server was not very well informed and was very slow to bring a second drink so that was the only frustrating part. The seating inside is a bit tight too but we didn't mind. Looking forward to returning.

Finding decent Italian food in S FL is a challenge. This is Southern Italy food. Very good but much like the USA the food is different North to South in Italy. Our waiter was very pleasant the food very delicious and the food not over Americanized. I really recommend this place.

Tanya was amazing and the gentleman who brought out our food was hilarious. Everyone was friendly. We came in for my sister's 18th birthday and they treated us all so well. We will be back for sure.

Food is excellent, service was average. We went on a cool evening and dined outside. We ordered 2 glasses of the house red which were good and the meat, olive, and cheese charcuterie board was a great shareable appetizer. Their Pasta Fagioli soup had plenty of beans. The Flounder with a cream puree of artichokes was fantastic and the Pasta Bolognese with whole wheat was served in a large fry pan. It was very good with plenty of sauce. I liked the tableside balsamic and olive oil for the fresh baked bread. They have a happy hour but are very strict on the hour time limit. Very good meal and I would definitely make a return visit.

the food was amazing, great service from Tanya & beautiful ambiance especially on Valentine's Day...chared octopus & calamari was spectacular...the osso buco was absolutely delicious w/polenta great flavor....will definitely come back to try other things on the menu...boyfriend got brownie points

We met with friends at this restaurant for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

I’d like to start off by saying that I NEVER write reviews (I’m just way too lazy) and dine out in Fort Lauderdale at least 3 nights a week; however, I believe this absolutely needs to be addressed. My boyfriend and I dined here for the first time last night and had a fantastic experience up until the end of our dinner. The food and wine were amazing, and our server was very attentive and pleasant. The only issue we had with our experience was at the end of our night when an irate customer was belligerent and screaming at the poor bartender who, in our opinion, was only trying to help on a busy night. Based on what we heard, he clearly has been here many times before and should be embarrassed to return again based on the way he treats service workers, specifically women. It was appalling the way he aggressively berated the bartender and the staff. Again, I’m not one to complain, but as a former worker in the service/restaurant industry (and above all a compassionate human), I do believe the owners/managers should be aware of unruly customers who have no respect or patience for the people who are serving them. Otherwise, our experience was fantastic, from ambience to service to food. While we aren’t deterred from coming here again at all (we will be back, we loved it!!!), it’s a shame that one ignorant lunatic might prevent someone else from returning.

The tripe was incredible - been a long time since I've had it so good. Veal was even better, cooked to perfection and not overdone on the breading at all... Chef's pick for wine should also not be missed; all in all, a perfect evening!
