😠 All these employees are miserable. They have zero customer service skills. They act like they're doing you a favor performing their job or answering any questions. Virginia is the nastiest government worker I have ever seen. . I feel sorry for her family because I'm sure she treats everyone the same . Mumbled thru her 'mask' and handed me a useless mask with her pinky finger like I had aids with a side if covid . Never go to her no matter how long the line is. She's miserable

5 STARS for the young lady who waited on me at 5:15 pm. She was the kindest, most helpful and professional employee I could’ve asked for. I wanted to track the envelope but I didn’t need to send it priority so she gave me the certified mail receipt. I filled it out and in a matter of minutes I was done and she had me on my way. There were a few people being waited on, these girls were quick and efficient and got the customers on their way. They were all pleasant, smiling and they interacted well with each other. I had a great experience at this post office. So ignore the whiners with their one star reviews - All of those ladies behind the counter deserved 5 stars - the people they waited on left the post office happy. Thats what makes it all worth while ;) Full Service avail M-F 8:30-5:30 & Sat 8:30 - 2pm. Self Service 6am -7pm.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. The service I received left much to be desired. Carrier, Cadet, dropped the ball big time. She claimed she was told by someone in my condominium that I no longer lived there. She then took it upon herself to forward all of my mail to an unknown address without question. Unsettled, I arrived at the post office 8/29/2023 hoping for a smooth and efficient resolution. However, my experience was anything but that. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Not only did I have to wait an unreasonably long time, but when it was finally my turn, the supervisor Sherman, appeared uninformed and unable to assist me with my specific needs. He was unresponsive to my questions and seemed annoyed by my requests. I filed a complaint via the USPS website and received a call from Nicole who advised she was the supervisor at this location. She was the epitome of rude. A business is as strong as its weakest link and she definitely holds the title, which is why the rest of the staff is incompetent and discourteous. She blamed me for everything and pretty much told me to handle it myself, then disconnected. Here it is, October 13th, and my issue has yet to be resolved. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the post office was unwelcoming. There was a lack of clear signage, making it confusing to navigate, and the wait time was intolerable. I hope my feedback can contribute to the improvement of customer service at this post office. I recommended that the staff receive additional training in customer service. I am truly disappointed with my experience and I hope others can have a better experience in the future.

I had such a terrible experience with the Postal Clerk. I wanted to mail the Renewal form for my passport. I had questions and needed some guidance to make sure I had it filled correctly and all the fees required. She said she didn't have anything to do with Passports, she only did the mailing. Instead she pulled out the forms with lists of fees, and instructions for filling out the form. It wasn't even busy in there. There wasn't anyone in line behind me. She just didn't want to be helpful at all.

I am business account holder and shipper. I ship out of this post office every single day. I ship normally anywhere from 20-90 books or media mail in bubble mailers daily. Over the past couple months customer service has been horrible to say the least. I drop off my packages on the dock at the back of the post office everyday. They have lost over 25 packages in their system after I drop them off on the dock over the past 3 months and have had to issue refunds to my customers because of it. When I ask what we can do about they say nothing. I have also had to pay for shipping more then once on multiple packages because their machines scrape off my thermal shipping labels. Which, by the way, that process on finding a lost or undeliverable package is a nightmare. Just take the loss. I waited over an hour to get no help in a hot room that had dog urine on the floor. I will be switching to another post office as of today.

The USPS is embarrassingly terrible. I refuse to do business with any company that requires me to use them and today I remembered why. They can't spare a piece of tape to fix the shipping label to the package nor have a sleeve for purchase to use. Rediculous. UPS all the way.

Worse post office. I've issues here twice already. Their saving grace is Harris. Shes very empathetic and genuine. Michelle is super shady. She clearly does not value her job with that awful attitude. For their peace of mind and mine I will be using a different post office. So rude.

It’s Saturday at 12:45 PM and they’re not open so obviously they don’t close at 2 PM. I went there to complain about a “MISSING” Poshmark package my wife HANDED TO THE SUBSTITUTE LETTER CARRIER AND HE SAID HE SCANNED THE PACKAGE and, mysteriously, the package was never scanned, didn’t make it into the system and still has not made it into the USPS tacking system three days later! On Monday we will be naming the letter carrier to the Broward Sheriffs office and filing a report for the item to them. Here’s a hint: ALWAYS take your package to the counter, make them scan it in front of you and HET A RECEIPT WITH A LABEL THAT MATCHES YOUR PRE-PRINTED LANEL or your valuable items may “mysterious go missing” as well.

Line was really long as they were under staffed, but it moved quickly! Only one worker (Stacy) was on at that time. And while I was feeling all pissy because of the line when I walked in, I could hear her singing along with the music, and see her smiling, and just being as pleasant as could be with every customer, and my mood just changed instantly around. Once I got to the counter (which was really fast), I told her how she changed my bad mood to a good one. It's people like this that make such a difference in the world, not just a workplace. Her name is Stacy, and I've got to give her props on her proficiency, her personality, and just being a wonderful human being. Thank you, Stacy!

Went there this Saturday morning, about 8 people in front of me. Line moved at a decent pace and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Clerks were very nice and in a good mood, my clerk at least was. No complaints, going back to this office if I have to.

Usually a pretty decent post office but this morning I went in at 8:15am just to get an envelope weighed to make sure I used enough postage. Ended up standing there for 10 minutes watching the only guy behind the counter coming in and out of the back, then printing and buying postage, filling out forms with carbon paper for what I can only imagine was something for him personally. Finally gave up and left because I had to get to work and just put them in the box. I guess I'll know in a few days if my 80 wedding invitations get returned to me for insufficient postage.

In/out- the most you can ask for when going to the post office. Virginia was very efficient and courteous. All of the staff there seemed upbeat and pleased to assist customers.

You can leave packages with prepaid postage at the end of the counter. No need to wait on line.

This postal service branch is a small one but everybody seems to know everybody and the workers are cordial and pleasant and always helpful. Love coming here.

Not your typical/stereotypical post office. You can expect to find friendly staff, short lines, convenient location and hours, and easy access. In other words, everything, and more, that anyone would want (and need!) from their local post office.

The postal delivery people are lazy, rude incompetent people. They constantly mark packages as delivered when they aren’t, mark packages scheduled for pickup as picked up when it’s been sitting outside my apartment door all day and WAS NEVER PICKED UP. The people who work at the post office counter are actually helpful.

Apparently don't answer phone calls during posted business hours and have been unable to diagnose why our Mail is being auto-forwarded. This has been going on for a week now and it's getting super old as we are considering only using USPS out of absolute necessity even if it means paying more to bypass it.

They’re the most professional USPS in the US I swear, lol! I’ve been there twice and I will continue to go them moving forward. The location is quaint but well used. The staff all seem relaxed and emotionally available. I can’t emphasize how important that is in general but especially within a USPS office smh. Thank you for hiring those kind and pleasant people.

Our mail person left the mailboxes open at Cassia Esates on 1/19. I tried to call and post office didn't answer after 10 attempts. Update: again, the mailboxes were left open. This mail person needs to be fired.

Been waiting on an important package and received a notification in my mail box that said delivery was attempted when it was not. I was home all day and as usual our mail carrier didn’t do their job. I’ve never had such issues with mail until this became my post office. According to the notice I could pick up this important package at the post office. I went and waited in the non air conditioned building for 45 minutes until I reached the rude clerk Jessie who proceeded to tell me my item wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there for days. When asked why, she acted as though I was the problem for not being able to read the illegible notice left in my mailbox as the “25”. I’ve attached a pic below to show the scribbles left for me. Never dealt with such unorganized and lazy mail workers in my life. I’ve complained before about mail not arriving as well as instances where mail and packages were literally thrown over the gate to my community onto the ground. This is why they want to abolish the USPS.

Like many, I now only go to the post office when I absolutely have to -- which is probably once every four years or so. This was one of the strangest experiences I've ever had at the post office. The woman looked at me as if I had just landed from Mars. She didn't want to help me AT ALL. Gave me no options and could not answer simple questions. After a cup of coffee I remembered I can use the automated machine in the lobby, which printed my label and I was done. Days later I'm still puzzled as to why this woman was so confused or unhelpful. STRANGE!

Thankful the kiosk here was in the outter lobby and functional and my box barely fit down the dropbox but it did. Saved me a wasted trip at the other Oakland location.
