This review will be for delivery orders. Since when you go to the restaurant is super good. BUT, DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVER!!! Or through Uber Eats. I got the WORSE French fries ever. Nasty, wet. They did not read my instructions: CURLY FRIES WELL DONE!!! To be honest the cooker has no respect for the customer by sending the fries this way. They ended in the trash and ruined my meal!! Also be aware that the picture they show on Uber that shows the wings with fries, you will get only the wings. No fries. And the only reason I give 1 star is because who ever cooked this fries has no respect for the customer!

I placed an order for the califlower wings with the buffalo sauce on the side and did not receive the sauce and was willing to eat it without but i receive a fried shrimp in my food and didn’t realize til i bit down on it .I do not eat seafood. This made me feel ill and unable to eat any of my food. I see the owner Gary just responded to my review and call me a liar so i just wanted to add pictures to let there other loyal customers know they do in fact mix vegan options with non vegan options. I do believe you train your staff to do it in the way you mention however mistakes happen an apology would’ve been better then calling me a liar my husband and i order frequently from you. Okay Gary the last picture clearly shows a piece of the cauliflower and a piece of shrimp and the taste of the two are completely different but clearly you will never be wrong and can not admit a wrong doing. I hope you find peace and learn to be more humble. I will not be shopping with you any more. And if you don’t take customer concern seriously you will clearly lose more business. Good luck.

Since they switched over from Gastrotheque to Wilton Wings Bar & Kitchen I decided to get some to go food. I ordered the buffalo shrimp salad, curly fries, and brownies. The buffalo shrimp salad was just okay. I ordered ranch dressing and it didn't look like or taste like ranch. The curly fries were cold, old, and stale. The brownies were not brownies and were actually pieces of chocolate cake. When my order was handed to me the guy proceeded to tell me that he wasn't even on the clock. It's definitely not worth the visit so I would advise not to make the trip or to getting any to go food. The place will not stay in business if this is how they run things.

About the third time I visit with my family and every time has been just the perfect place to go to hace wings. Our preferred ones are the garlic ones but they have a dozen more different flavors to try. The best part is that the staff is super friendly and always ready to help, specially the kitchen manager. Restaurant is always clean and well organized, tables don't stay dirty for long after customers leave. Also lots of parking spaces, so you will never have to drive around and around until some leaves. See you next times guys, for we will be back.

You guys should be ashamed of the people you have answering your phones. I’ve worked in customer service for 5+ years and have ordered pick up at numerous places and have never been so disgusted with customer service as i just was before. So sad because they have good food but no one wants to eat somewhere with rude people. To add i can tell by the responses from the owner that’s a good reason why the employees are so rude.

Tonight unfortunately they failed to deliver, ordering 16 wings to receive 6 is a let down considering it was a $40 order (including tip). The dasher was extremely friendly on the bright side but you guys need to do better. Still love you though

If I had to use a phrase, I would say "it's a Vibe" From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were greeted with such warmth. Gary is so welcoming and our server Frank was simply amazing. The food was out of this world! My wife had the short rib risotto and I had the seafood pasta. We also had pork belly and grilled octopus. It was all simply delicious! I can't speak enough about the craft cocktails and decadent desserts. You will truly have to experience this yourself. There is a reason why this is a top-rated restaurant. We have already decided that we will be bringing friends to this wonderful GEM very soon.

wings were good as usual, ordered the potato salad for the first time and it was purely disgusting. I ain’t never put something so foul in my mouth. The taste was so sour, like it’s been sitting out for days.

This is our go to place for wings. Great variety of sauces and extensive menu. We usually order take out, but decided to eat there. They serve beer and wine and they have tao tv’s where you can watch sports. Javier our server was very attentive and super sweet.

we ordered 25 wings and received 18. Sorry, was I supposed to order them right away ??? But don't worry as an owner it clearly shows that you do not have good customer service skills. Me & mother visited Fort Lauderdale for a mini vacation & the last day we decided to order wings from Wilton Wings because we heard how good they are!! We had the pleasure to get in touch with the manager by the name of Sandy who was absolutely amazing!!! She went out of her way to get everything we needed!! Offered to send me the list via phone so we can see what flavors and all they have!! She was the best and most personable lady I have ever got the chance to speak to in the restaurant industry!!!! She’s top notch and I would highly recommend visiting this place to get the chance to meet their store & this wonderful human!!!!! 100/10😍😍😍😍😍

This place is sooo underrated!! The wings are always delicious and on point and I just tried the patty melt for the first time and it was literally the best tasting patty melt I ever had lol!!! The staff is AWESOMESUCE!! They're open super late too! Sometimes they play the music too loud, but overall I love it here!!

We were traveling for the weekend and chose this as our Saturday night date spot. I'll preface by saying we are pretty big foodies, and travel and eat out a lot. This was easily one of the best meals we've had, period. All the food, drinks and service were amazing. We got 3 different appetizers and meals, 2 desserts and a variety of drinks to try including: Snapper, Octopus, Pork Belly, Lamb, Truffle Risotto, Cauliflower Curry, Almond Joy, and the Espresso Creme Brûlée. Presentation and flavors were on point, the drinks were creative and delicious. The service was impeccable and our server was friendly and knowledgeable, made sure he timed the dishes well, suggested drinks based on our tastes, and we were also checked in on several times by what I assume was the manager/owner. Great experience from start to finish--We'll go back any time we have to be in South Florida for sure, and would highly recommend you do the same.

Had lunch there today and it was YUMMY!!! We had wings, tots and beer and everything was great. Staff is friendly and service was quick. Pretty busy place where there are just as many take out orders as there are dine in customers. Only wish they would have a fresh garlic infused honey sauce for their wings. Would definitely recommend.

Every time I eat here, the experience is seamless and personal, Frank is knowledgeable about the menu and charismatic (love that), the owner, Gary floats table to table sparking conversation, and the decor is cozy and intimate. I went for Christmas dinner and had the wagyu ribeye… flavorful and buttery in texture (probably the best I’ve ever had), it melts in your mouth. I paired the steak with the mushrooms, and an espresso martini, bartender Jenny’s recipe. I also tried the Cioppino fish dish, a light and fresh tomato based sauce with an assortment of shrimp, clams and muscles. Overall… 12/10 stars, I highly recommend.

One of the best spots in Fort Lauderdale, the tile fish and red grouper were cooked perfectly, with a very fresh taste. Scallops and octopus made for a great appetizer. Would highly recommend esting here

Continuously blown away by this restaurant. Everything is incredible from the cocktails, entrees, desserts… you can’t go wrong. Musts: Gastro 22, truffle fries (or Mac!), fettuccini bolognese, sticky bun, and chocolate decadence. Two of our entrees were specials and they were phenomenal- the elk chops and the lobster pasta. Best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale!

The food and service was excellent! Sam was super nice and extremely professional. The food? EVERYTHING was so delicious. I could swim in the sauce that surrounded the creamy polenta and the short rib was the stuff of foodie dreams. Also had the truffle mac&cheese and Asian pear salad (not pictured). Everything was fresh and very satisfying. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing. Looks just like canyon, so yum, the steak was bomb. Truffle Macaroni was perfection. Caesar salad was perfect. The drinks were bomb. Service was spectacular. Will def be back - the almond desert was amazing. Wish there was more ice cream though

I really cannot add to all of the other reviews! The wings are definitely this cozy little place’s strength. Avoid the boneless though as they were disappointing. Ordered from Uber eats. I'm 4 blocks away. Said delivery by 6:15. Delivered at 6:39. Philly cheese steak was cold and bread soggy. Cole slaw was warm. Fried mushrooms were over cooked in grease that is not being changed regularly. Horseradish sauce was like water. First and last time I order from Wilton wing's.

Fast service and fresh food. The handdipped mushrooms were good and the corn bites too. The blackened fish sandwich was good but could've used a heavier blackening. The bread of the sandwich looked homemade.. The bbq wings were very good and a good amount of sauce on them. The Bleu cheese dip tasted homemade.

For spring break I came down to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for the week. My flight was supposed to be on Friday, but it was canceled and rescheduled to Monday. So, I thought ‘hey I’m going to stay here for another three nights, might as well make the most out of it.’ On our last night here, my dad searched for the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Gastrothèque came up. From the service to the food to the ambiance, the restaurant was amazing. The owner, Gary, made an absolutely amazing restaurant. As long with our waiter Sam, who was a complete joy to have to serve us. Overall, Gastrothèque is one of a kind.

As you can see I ordered honey hot wing and was charged $1.00 for honey and $1.00 for majority flats but I have majority drums, it seems as if no one follow directions, I have hot garlic wings something I didn’t ask for so please tell me how fair this is to be charged for something I didn’t receive. By the way this isn’t the first time this has happened to me with my order being incorrect. Customer service here is really off due to the lack of them not listening and paying attention to customers desires.

Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Last time ordering from this place. I used UberEats and ordered 16 pieces…only to have 10 dry wings be delivered. Do not waste your time or money. And I’ve tried patronizing them many times. It’s hopeless. No aroma-scant sauce-dry meat-shiny and greasy…I’m not sure what the blue cheese was suppose to be

This restaurant was amazing . Excellent service , calm setting, and great food. Everything went so well with the food to match. Highly recommend to everyone to make this a must stop. I had the house favorite Fettuccini Bolognese and it was AMAZING. Truffle fries went well with the burger and they have a great list of cocktails.

I love their wings.However,to charge $1.04 for lemon pepper is insane for one and secondly,I called on the way to order the food so that it’s ready by the time I got there since I was on lunch.I was placed on hold for 5 minutes,I walked in and wasn’t greeted by the front server Grazey or Grace.I looked at the phone that was still on hold and she didn’t have a single customer in front of her so I was shocked because why am I on hold and you don’t have anybody in front of you?So I showed her the phone that was STILL on hold and I said “You have me on hold” and she looked at me..didn’t apologize just said “Take out”?At that point I knew the service was trash..however again the wings are great.i ordered my food with her and it honestly left a terrible experience overall for me.Unpleasant customer service will ruin a great food spot.It all has to come together.So I was absolutely disgusted and didn’t feel welcome.I will not be returning.As great as the wings are.I rather take my money where I am appreciated and feel welcomed as a paying customer.

I had a great time at Wilton Wings. The ambiance was really nice, setting the tone for a relaxed meal. I started with their blue cheese dressing – creamy and flavorful, it paired perfectly with the crispy sweet potato fries. For the main course, I tried the fish and chips, and they didn't disappoint. The fish was flaky and well-seasoned, and the chips were just the right amount of crispy. If you're craving some delicious comfort food in a cozy setting, Wilton Wings is a solid choice.

First off, a painting of Anthony Bourdain is hanging in the dinner room, so bam I’m happy. Finally, I revisited this super cool, corner joint, that has an amazing wine selection, beautiful proper stemware, (I ordered the Pazzo - a Sangiovese blend from Napa) and creative out-of-the-box menu. With Elk and Scallops as mains, I was really torn! I went with the pork belly for a starter, which was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crisp on top perfectly radioed sweet pot mash. The scallops with charred corn risottowas fresh and divinely flavorful. Slight sweetness of the corn complimented the fresh saltiness of the scallops - and the squid ink adds this wonderful flavor depth. The charred corn risotto was the warm heart of this dish, scallops were the cherry on top! Perfect portion, perfect flavors, fun and kind staff, I can’t wait for their summer menu to come out for more

Wilton Wings is the GOAT of wings. I've had wings in every city I've visited and these are hands down the best. And we had the BEST server, Javier. Not only is he gracious, he's super attentive, funny, and really made our experience a 10 out of 10. We had the best experience there thanks to Javier and the yummy wings. We had hot and lemon pepper. And corn nuggets. Highly recommend.

To star i have to say that the service was TOP, so, we star good. The food was really good, different Menu than other places, not the common food and the presentation was perfect. This was an delivery order. Saw this place was open until 1 am. Ordered a turkey sandwich. How could they messed that up?! I could tell whomever made it just did not care. The slices of turkey were thick as chicken, the bread was horrific, and the cheese was like rubber. Maybe I'll try the wings. I ordered something else from them before about 3 months ago. I don't recall exactly what it was but I remember being less than impressed. The only positive about this place is how late they are open. I will let you know how those wings are.

I love this place, but tonight I fell in love with them. I eat here maybe 3-4 times in a month or more for about 8 years and tonight my doordash wings were PERFECT!!!! I MEAN PERFECT!!!! WHOEVER WAS THE COOKS FOR MY ORDER I LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU.

My husband and I enjoyed every bite, every drink we had there. Hats off to the chef! The place is nice, the servers great and they have a great happy hour! The Expresso creme brulee is a must!!! We are so happy we tried the place and we will go back again soon.

I went here on my birthday and overall enjoyed my evening dining here. The charred Spanish octopus was really good. Normally I wouldn’t order octopus but I felt adventurous and was glad I did. We also ordered the short beef risotto which I found very tasty. The pork chop was also very good. The one negative is that the restaurant was very loud. I was expecting a nice sit down dinner but the crowds and bar were so loud it felt more like we were at a sports bar while eating a fancy dinner.

Upon walking in, a nice welcome from Josh who is one of the managers. Christie was a great server and made the dinner even better. Ordered the octopus, but sorry it was so good that it was gone before I could take a photo. The black truffle risotto was outstanding. Flavorful. The snapper was delicious. Will definitely order it again. No dessert for me except in the form of their crafted cocktails. The first was the gastro 22and it hit the soot. The tiki one was a bit too sweet but that’s just my palate. I will be back for sure.
