Great staff. Nice and clean facility

This used to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts until recently. Staff has an attitude and almost always they get my order wrong. Let say that I go every single day after work. How hard is it to make an iced coffee? Service has gone down.

Jeez what happened to this place? 😳 Used to be 5-star and my go-to place. Now orders take forever because the staff is too busy talking smack to each other and talking about quitting in front of everyone.

Wow, I would have sacked the dunkin donuts employee I had to deal with today. So i get there, and I am the only one in line. Takes them 5 mins to even acknowledge I am in the store. There is this fat african american lady who just started her shift obviously, and she is yelling at the couple of little indian women she works with about why she has to make a few “boxes of joe” which are coffee jugs of just black coffee, and why are the muffins not sorted, and omg how she has to do work today. Effin ridiculous, they make you feel bad for even ordering anything. It’s like sorry to put you out asking for a basic iced coffee. Unbelievable. The entitled bratty nasty staff should be fired and the poor little indian girls who had to put up with that lazy brat should get a raise. Get rid of the staff that complains about their job, they don’t want the job anyways.

It’s Dunkin. Not like I’m expecting a ton. But I know Dunkin is very busy at 7:30am so I preordered my food on the app while I was on the way so that they could get it going. I come in the store and it wasn’t ready. Waited in a long line, ordered my coffee. No one is making the food. Once the one employee started to make food, she began making all the orders after mine. She made orders from people who were in the store behind me in line. She made mine last, because it was an online order. Placed 20 min before all of these other orders. People were getting their coffee before me too who ordered after me in line. I added a star because the employees are generally pretty nice here, BUT this location has a major issue with completing their orders IN ORDER.

For the first time I felt welcomed at a Dunkin Donut, friendly and courteous staff that provided great service.

This particular Dunkin store has had its ups and downs. Lots of new faces working here. The management team does their best to make the store run smooth. It is hard to find good dedicated employees. However the current staff there are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I visit this store every single day. I see the changes that they are trying to make. They want to provide the best possible experience for everyone.

This little busy Dunkin is great and very efficient. And Dave , the store manager, is simply amazing! Helping his staff, personally checking orders, no wonder everything going smooth. Thank you !

Definitely not enough employees here. Waited over 5 minutes to figure out there's only 1 worker.

I ordered food through the kiosk, but the guy didn’t react to our order. He did food for 5 people after me and only started cooking mine when I told him to do it after almost 20 minutes. Same with online orders for pick up. But food is ok

Standard DD with the usual items. Service was good, quick and friendly but I did have to go back inside because I wasn't given a knife for bagel. Place had a "tap" station to deliver coffee, which looked very cool from the customer side.

Placed my order online and picked it up in store. Running on Dunkin!!
