This gym is so involved in the community! The creator runs a family friendly obstacle course event called soldier rush which is very fun and also runs many other charitable events. The instructors are super motivating and amazing at what they do. They create an atmosphere that’s hard to beat. They make it so much easier to get into the gym and are there to support you through your fitness journey.

If you want to be trained correctly and have great experience – One to One Fitness is your spot. Nick is a great trainer that I have worked with for some time. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me achieve my fitness goals. He keeps me motivated and has pushed me in ways I never thought were possible. I have dropped weight and become leaner and more toned. I am thrilled with my progress and the results I have achieved so far. The gym is beautiful with endless amount of training options. I love coming to One to One – I never dread going to workout anymore thanks to the atmosphere at One to One!

So glad I found one to one fitness! The staff is great and the gym is very clean. Coach nick is awesome. I have been training with him for 4 months and have seen such great results. He is very motivating and really knows his stuff. All the trainers there have such a great energy. Another plus is their one to one aesthetics office which is next door. I have gotten a facial there which I absolutely loved and will definitely incorporate more of their beauty services into my monthly routine.

One to One Fitness is a great place to receive personalized training! Jesse is awesome! He has helped me become significantly stronger and healthier. He has been attentive to nerve issues I experience in my elbow and wrist - helping me strengthen the relevant areas gradually and avoid/modify exercises that could worsen it. The workouts are always interesting and challenging. Manny, thank you for providing an exceptional place with great people. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at One to One.

I trained at this gym many years ago when I was in my early 30s with Michelle Chambers. I am now back training with her and I am in my early 50s! Michelle takes the time to get to know her clients, she is very much aware of your strengths and weaknesses, she knows your capabilities. Her encouragement alone gives you the will to persevere and to be at your best in your session with her. Her personality goes beyond the gym session, she's caring, sensitive and very much a motivational person. She appreciates you as a client and person and will check on you after your sessions. I highly recommend One to One Fitness. The trainers are all knowledgeable and professionals. The facility is always immaculate, clean air, never stuffy, always freshly stocked clean towels, clean restrooms. The trainers are friendly, they all greet you upon entry and inquire how your are, even though they are not your trainers, but it goes to show that they all care and are personable people. I will keep training there as long as my life and body permits. These trainers bring out the best in you!

One to One Fitness is a unique gym in that it’s smaller and more personnel. . I love the fact that I can have a Personal Trainer that changes up the exercises every session and Jesse makes it fun enough for me to stay motivated to consistently go to the gym. The people are all friendly that go there and we’re all on the same mission to reaching our ultimate goals. In 8 months I have seen and feel a huge change in my physique and overall quality of life. I recommend this gym over any other.

I can’t say enough good things about One To One. The gym is always clean; there is a wide selection of equipment; and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable & encouraging. My trainer Jesse is the BEST. He keeps tabs on my measurements/progress to make sure I am consistently meeting my fitness goals. His workouts are challenging, yet fun and never the same! The care and attention to detail that Jesse puts into my health and fitness journey is simply unmatchable.

I Learned so much from Dr. Johnny Aboud. He definitely knows his anatomy and physiology as a PHD in physical therapy would. Now I can do the exercises that he taught me on my own to prevent faulty tracking of my patella due to VMO weakness. In other words a small quadriceps muscle was not doing it's job holding my kneecap in place and causing me pain that I thought might be serious damage; it wasn't and it's common. He also pointed out that my left leg had taken over a lot of the work of the right leg leaving my right leg weak. I was completely unaware that this condition was possible yet he told me that he finds this condition in the most ardent athletes. I could praise him more but I think that you get the idea. : )!
