Went in for a renewal and Devon helped me out with the process. He is very knowledgeable, very attentive, very respectful and very helpful. I would recommend anyone that either is a new patient or needs a renewal to come to Miracle leaf in davie on university and go see Devon. Great customer service

I went in to get started with the process to apply for my medical card and Devon was very helpful, informative and quite knowledgeable. He was able to help me get everything setup very quickly.

Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable in this place but they are misleading and will tell you anything to get your money . I’ve went in to get my card I let the guy who assisted me know that my address on my card isn’t my current address will that cause any confusion. He says no it won’t once you’re approved you can change the address online so I said okay are you sure because I need the physical card . He proceeded to explain that the card isn’t necessary but I can just change the address later on. Now it’s time for me to get the card for my place of work and he tells me I need to go to the DMV. And again processed to explain the card isn’t needed. But my place of work is asking for the card now I just wasted my money and out of a job because of the lil boy from the front desk lying thanks . Then he has the nerve to catch an attitude with me on the phone proceeds to tell me he can’t do anything about it because the card is just paper weight but I can give you the state of Florida number. He doesn’t need to be working here if he’s comfortable jeopardizing peoples jobs and lives at this point .

Today I was helped by Devon, kind young gentlemen who made the process super fast and easy. As well as making me feel comfortable to ask any questions. Would recommend the whole location to anyone in need of their medical card.

Devon is an amazing helper and was helping multiple people at the time. Dr. B is also very great with helping me renew my MMC. Thank you both for all your help!
