This is the worst brown stew chicken I have ever tasted. The rice had no flavor.There was little to no chicken. There were mostly bones. I felt sick after talking a few bites! Yuck!

Highly disappointed! Went today they was out of pretty much every type chicken, settle for brown stew and pepper shrimp- got home and the pepper shrimp has visible mold on it! Disgusting I will NEVER return!

They have attitude and no smile when I order the fried chicken it was bloody red, When I returned with the food they had an attitude as if l was lying. Once l open the container and let them see because it was about 4 servers wanted to see they said nothing

Service was super poor , everything felt like a rush while ordering ,not even ask if I wanted drinks or any desserts, just rush to cash out ,food was not top tier ,chicken dry and oily , rice…::couldn’t tell, was submerged in gravy who puts fry chicken gravy on fry chicken lunch , never the less price was decent, got what I paid for, store was super clean and well maintained , location ideal. Maybe I would have gotten a better experience Thru drive thru but I’ll never know. Thank you .

These reviews must be rigged. No way they have a 4.2. Customer service is lacking, employees are rude. All of them. No visible manager to complain to. Instead of asking how to correct the issue, they would rather tell customer to leave food. I watched them disrespect and disregard a customer in front of me, and I thought to myself this is my last time in their establishment. Businesses have to be careful. You don’t have to hurt everyone in the room for a complaint to occur. Sometimes the people in the line wait until they go home and do a great review of the I’ll treatment of other customers. Obviously these employees aren’t being trained on treating customers well and that’s why this happened. But just remember, your customer is the reason you have a job.

This is the restaurant to go to for great Jamaican food. Specifically, this location is as I have not visited others. There might be a line when you go, but it's worth the wait. You can't beat the lunch special, and its really a full-size meal even though they call it mini.

Food tasted good and portions were decent for the price. Love the potato pudding.😋 Vegetables were not cooked nor steamed(Shredded cabbage & carrots). And they didn’t add plantains on any of the meals.😶‍🌫️

The food was good. I think the rice I was served was a bit over cooked. I did go at the end of the night so it could have been from the bottom. But o loved everything else including the prices.

This was my last time giving this Dutch Pot a chance. The lady literally skipped me and started to take the next person in line's order. All I wanted was a mini fried chicken. She didn't chop the chicken up, no gravy, no plantains. Service was trash. And I'm sure she's a manager cause she had on a yellow collared shirt. Only reason I came in was because it is right down the street. I'd much rather drive down To Broward Blvd to get better service. I would say do better but that won't ever happen.

went there recently. The lunch was really great. They have lunch specials and the quantity is good.If you are not able to purchase a full lunch trust me the lunch specials are loaded. I really do not eat out that much because I prefer to prepare my own lunch, but Dutch pot was a life saver with great taste and excellent customer service. Way to go Dutch!

Got oxtail the customer service when you order isn’t good I got attitude. Oxtail is soft falling of the bone. I also didn’t get any utensils or napkins with my to go order..

Good grief! Where do I start?! The line was at the door and they had one person serving. When they finally got some more people serving, they had no cashier! So the server left me mid service (I was already in line for over an hour at this point) to go cash out maybe 6 people. When she finally came back, it was very chaotic. I’m even more upset as the food was not great. They def use corn starch in the stew peas and it was overwhelmingly thick. Not ever going back!! The food also made my daughter sick, she had a very rough night. Wish I could have gotten back my $60 honestly.

Awe , the food is always great. The oxtail, the curried goat and the rice and beans is so Shelly and tasty. Great Jamaican quinine. Top the food off with a bottle of home made sour sop juice. Great service from the staffs

Paying for Saltfish & Calalloo. Received a box of greens. Same for the Ackee & Saltfish Never again.

Delicious food, generous portions, and great service. Dutch pot is my go to for quality Jamaican food at a decent price.

Give them a five star because I was going to do I did West Palm Beach for over five years now and each time I go I have no problem the food is very tasteful with flavor and the staff especially Mona is very friendly I know my order. I’ve read other reviews about the taste and the customer service the problem is not in West Palm Beach we have the best staff here in Palm Beach sorry to hear about the other people reviews maybe they need to read this and adjust the attitude to keep the business going because customers can make you or break you other than that the food is fine

Food is okay when it’s fresh, however the employees don’t have an urgency they will keep you in line for over a 15 mins. I’m so hungry if I go anywhere else I may pass out. Picture is honestly 17 mins waiting. Bad for business

Was craving curry chicken and had been meaning to try one of these after having moved down here months ago. So glad i noticed a few locations had drive thru’s so i tried this one. Great bang for your buck and love the drive thru so my pups can come along for the ride. Also ordered the mac and cheese and fruit punch. Will definitely be back!

I order from here often viaa Uber eats ,and I only order when she is there, I call always before ordering to make sure she is there, she is so kind and patient and always helpful and her and her team are the only ones who always get my order right and goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the correct fresh and hot food thanks Soo much
