    Conquest is an incredible facility and community. This is the first CrossFit gym I’ve worked out at and it sets the bar high! Jon and the team of coaches here are true professionals who are really passionate about what they do. They always find an opportunity to engage each member in their own way and offer scaled and intensified options for the workouts based on our individual skill levels. In the 6 short months I’ve been at Conquest, I feel so much healthier & stronger both physically and mentally and know that every workout here challenges me for the better!

    Hands down the best CF training center! They have helped me achieve my goals with an excellent training and nutrition program. They have various workouts for people of all ages and give options to those with special needs. It's a happy, friendly community vibe that motivates each other.

    The owners truly care about their clients and treat you as a friend. I am constantly telling people about my gym and everyone I’ve brought to try a class has signed up because they also loved it. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and help you modify the workout for YOUR unique needs/goals and they make sure you are working out in a safe manner so that you avoid any injuries. My 10 year-old daughter is also in the CrossFit kids class and the kids coaches (Jennipher, Reagan and Simone) are awesome! My daughter actually enjoys working out because they make it fun. You would not regret trying out a class. It’s an experience like no other gym has to offer! All ages and ranges of skill experiences come together as one. 💪🏻 🙂

    Excellent gym. The programming is top notch. The warmups makes sense for each day’s programming. My friends and I joined about three months ago. We’ve all done CrossFit for 6+ years. Despite our experience, at Conquest, we seem to learn something new every day. There’s a good vibe. Many of the athletes are insanely good/fit. The adage, “steel sharpens steel” comes to mind. I feel like, over time, with personal commitment, I’m going to be the best I’ve ever been.

    I was looking for a new CrossFit gym that would expand my knowledge and have good coaching. I was extremely surprised to find CrossFit conquest. The coaches were friendly, knowledgeable, and expertly helpful with me. Everyday I was challenged in a different way and the athletes were more competitive and friendly than most other CrossFit gyms I've ever been to. The equipment is well taken care of. The facility is larger than any other CrossFit gym I've been a part of. I would absolutely recommend this gym to both beginners and advanced athletes.

    This place deserves every 5-star review it has. Jon was very accommodating. The facility is awesome and has everything you need. The instructors were great and the members were very nice and welcoming. I was in town for one week to visit the in-laws and this was a super great place to keep my workouts going. Thanks, Conquest!

    My go-to gym when I’m visiting family in Davie! I have done the CrossFit classes as well as their open gym, and even taken my nephew to the kids class. Coaching staff is great and knowledgeable, and the community is awesome.

    I move around with work and been to several CrossFit gyms over the years and this one is tops. Big roomy space, solid equipment and most of all Jon the owner is very active and helpful to everyone. He also responds to your texts/emails super fast. Would recommend it to all levels!!

    I’ve been going here for about a month now. I did CrossFit in the past, but did not do it for a few years, so my level was somewhere between beginner and intermediary. The coaches have been super helpful in relearning the movements and the workouts are fun and exciting. After the initial (very much anticipated) struggle to get back into the high intensity CrossFit workouts, I am now starting to feel a lot stronger and fitter. In my opinion, this is a great place for CrossFit enthusiasts of all levels. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    It's the best CrossFit you will find! All the coaches are amazing. You will learn more than you expect. It's not just a workout, you learn the reason for each exercise, balance to eat well, and be a good athlete!

    From going to traditional weight training to starting at CrossFit Conquest, I’ve seen major changes in my strength and physique geared towards my goals as well as new skills and abilities.     Place that welcomes u right at the door.nearly after 1st class,I felt I'm friends with most coaches..who supports u through wod..and wods are greatly built to develop skills and body..this gym full of superpowered ppl))so,thanks to them i see no limits..and I love challenging workouts and that's what this gym served me with a candle...

    I joined my first class with Paul, even though I didn't know what to expect from Crossfit. Jonny and Paul were very welcoming and guiding us through the process of every workout. You receive amazing feedback here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new way to workout that gives real results.

    Coming to CrossFit Conquest was one of the best decisions I ever made! My favorite thing about coming to this gym is how friendly and supportive the environment is. Both the coaches and members of the gym encourage you to push yourself and reach new goals. This is what motivates me to keep coming every week.     I dropped in for a couple weeks while spending some time in Fort Lauderdale. Huge box with lots space, great coaching, and great programming. Conquest provides convenience, offering classes every half hour during the evenings. There’s a nice camaraderie amongst the members.

    Was visiting family over the holidays and looking for a gym to drop in at. Conquest came highly recommended by a friend. They were very hospitable. Classes were very well run and coaches friendly and knowledgeable. The space was beautiful and equipment clean. Really enjoyed having a weightlifting room separate from the main gym. Would recommend this gym for anyone looking for a new gym or just a place to drop in and get a sweat on. Look forward to going back! Thanks conquest!

    My first time ever doing CrossFit and I was very happy with the way the trainers welcomed me and helped me get used to working out in a CrossFit gym. They modify the work out to your level and the help ramp you up to your full potential ... it almost feels like you have your own personal trainer every time you go. The staff and other members are really nice there’s a great community environment that makes you want to go back

    My experience at Crossfit Conquest has been amazing. The coaching staff are professional and extremely helpful. The gym is very well organized and clean. The best part of this gym however, is the community, everyone is nice, helpful and welcoming — I have some lifelong friends and family in this gym.

    I have achieved every goal and then some with the help of every trainer and the nutritionist. I have taken classes at all hours throughout the day and have worked with just about every instructor. I believe they all truly enjoy what they do and are there to help guide and help you build based on your goals. I have even worked with the massage therapist on an old injury and he has gone to see me in class to see what else needs to be worked on and check up on me. This setup is the best I have ever seen and I feel the best and strongest I have ever been.

    Awesome box with awesome coaches. Large space for classes. Everyone is so welcoming. Definitely a great place to work on your skills and get in some good exercise! Coaches do a great job of supervising. If you have an injury they can advise on modifications for workouts. I have been to a good amount of boxes and this is by far the best.

    Was extremely nervous about trying CrossFit. It was like a last resort for me having been stagnant in my fitness journey. But my experience at CrossFit Conquest has been amazing! Supportive coaches, a supportive community! It was just what I needed to motivate me to keep going. It has been a great experience so far. I always look forward to attending classes! It’s the highlight of my day!

    been coming to this GYM since November of 2021, and I am addicted. This place's energy is amazing; the push that everyone gives each other is ecstatic and contagious . Everyone at this gym is pushing themselves to the next level, and the amount of motivation in this place as soon as you walk through the door is off the charts. All the coaches are amazing !; my favorite coach is Seth, - since his technique is flawless, and his professionalism is outstanding. overall very very satisfied with this gym, and recommend it to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Ill definitely be there again and again as i work on my fitness !!! :)

    Never expected myself to try out CrossFit but after a recommendation and trial, found myself coming back regularly. Great coaches that go over movements and techniques and don’t force you to do more than you’re capable of but push you to get better. Highly recommend if you are looking for variety in your workouts as no two workouts are ever the same.

    I have truly enjoyed being a member at Conquest. All the coaches are very knowledgeable about proper movements and take the time to show each member how to perfect their technique. I had the pleasure of working closely with one of the owners, Coach Jonny, who pushed me to continue on my difficult yet rewarding health journey. I was sad to leave due to relocating but know that I can come back and join in on a WOD whenever I’m in the area. Truly a loving and supportive community!

    If you want Fun, knowledgeable and caring coaches this is your place! I’m former C1 coach and mom of 2 under 5 with a 3 year break since my last attempt at crossfit. I tried to join a box 2 times but hurt myself on day 1- (old back injury) I thought I would not be able to do crossfit again but was lucky to find Conquest and Coach Jonny whom has worked with me and my injury. Coaches here really care and know technique but most importantly keep me safe while challenging my body and get stronger. I have been attending clases 4 times a week consistently with ZERO injuries since end of December and I can honestly tell I felt the change in my strength a month back into it. I look forward everyday to go there. Atmosphere is great, members are great and just overall a lot of fun.

    If you are reading reviews on Google, you may be like me; new and want to know if this gym is the right fit for you. I am not much for reviews, but I wanted to leave an in-depth review for newcomers like myself. Before I begin, I want to mention that CrossFit Conquest has a free one-day class pass. This is amazing because you can experience what class would be like for yourself. Before landing on Conquest, I had interviewed several gyms, including another CrossFit gym. Before moving to Southern Florida, I was in a group class setting and was ready to return to the same environment. I chose Conquest because of the friendly community atmosphere I was accustomed to from my prior gym. For my free trial class, I attended on a Saturday. The Saturday classes are usually bigger, and it was a partner workout. Of course, being new, I was worried I would slow down the other more experienced members. Instead, Coach Maddy welcomed me in and found me a group to work with. My entire team cheered me on and was so supportive. I knew then that I had finally found somewhere that had motivating people that would not judge me. It can be intimidating to walk into a class where you are the least fit; however, Conquest NEVER makes you feel like you are not meant to be working with the same crowd. They have scaling options for everything and the coaches work with you through your class to help you improve. If you have a prior shoulder or back injury, they will give you an alternative workout that provides the same intensity. If you cannot run (like me), they will “scale” the distance appropriate for your fitness level. Now, I can do all the running workouts without scaling after five months. Classes are an hour and are led by a certified CrossFit Coach. There are two separate areas, one to practice lifting and one where the WOD (Workout Of the Day) is performed. The coach will give you a quick warm-up task followed by stretching techniques that will translate into better performance for the lifts and WOD. Next, your class will work on some type of Olympic lifting practice M, Tu, W, and Fri for the first half of the class. On Thursday, it is a gymnastic movement practice. In the second half of the class, you will move to the other room and perform the WOD. Saturday classes are fun because you have a bigger group of people and do a longer style WOD. Also, CrossFit Conquest offers Olympic lifting only classes on Thursdays and Saturdays and CrossFit Kids classes. During each class, the coach will give you constructive feedback or check-in to ensure you feel comfortable. All workouts are logged on an app you download on your phone, and the workout is always posted at 9 PM the night before. CrossFit Conquest also has nutrition coaching, which has excelled my growth in the lifts and WODs. I have lost 27 pounds so far and improved my form. The coaches and facility are top-notch. You will see the results if you put in the effort and show up consistently. Remember, the most significant rule of CrossFit is not to clean up your weights until the last person finishes. This highlights the camaraderie of the sport. If you are like me, on the fence, GO. I promise you will not regret it! I have made friends I regularly talk to and hang out with outside class. CrossFit Conquest is worth your time.

    I was part of another Box for a few months and saw changes in my body and I was getting some of the movements down, but ever since I started with Conquest, I quickly started to get on another level. It's the coaching of course, but also the athletes training with you that have helped improve my workouts. They are a great group of people.

    I recently joined Crossfit Conquest and I have been blown away by the amazing experience I've had so far! The community is top-notch and the workout programming is simply unbeatable. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel like part of the family. Everyone is incredibly supportive and encouraging, which has made all the difference in my fitness journey. Whether I'm struggling with a new movement or pushing myself to my limits during a workout, I always have the support of my fellow members and coaches. The programming at Crossfit Conquest is top-notch. Each day presents a new challenge that is expertly designed to help me build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. I love the variety of exercises and movements that we do, and I always leave feeling accomplished and challenged. Overall, I cannot recommend Crossfit Conquest highly enough. If you're looking for a supportive community and challenging workouts, look no further. This gym truly deserves five stars!

    I am completely new to working out. Since starting at Crossfit, I have felt very welcomed and Paul was very informative and helped through the entire workout. I have recently taken another class with Jonny and received another great workout. They both provide feedback and ways to improve. Highly recommend this gym for anyone in any shape, they make you feel like family.

    CrossFit Conquest is more than a gym… it’s a community. CrossFit is familiar to me. I have had a bad experience in another gym because there wasn’t a class geared to newbies. I wanted to stay safe during my workouts and that was one of the most important factors I look for when choosing a gym going forward. Fast forward to present after having a baby, being pregnant during the height of COVID, I wanted to get stronger and healthier. I was recommended by Amber Bost and the rest is history. Coach Jennipher set up the most comprehensive class for me. Started with the basics and ended with my writing on the chalk board my goal… which is to climb that rope! She was so energetic, helpful, positive, kind, and made me feel secure in such a high intensity class environment. It is 1:1 and it’s super buildable customized by your needs! I recommend not only the foundations class but to be a part of this community.

    I dropped into CrossFit Conquest while on vacation. I was looking for a place to do 23.1. Jon, the owner, was more than accommodating and even offered a judge (even though I had one already). The space was great, lots of room, all the equipment you’d need to do any cf WOD and everything was in great shape. The gym’s members were also very friendly and welcoming. If I lived in the area I could definitely see myself joining this gym.
