This Macy's store had been one of the better ones around but somehow one of it's counter clerk had always had problems with my family and that is the reason I have decided not to shop from here.

I loved every moment of the customer service that I received, the manger, Aracely was very nice and professional with me! The person from customer service, Christina was awesome too she was a huge help to me when I needed her help!!! Thank you store #758!!! What a blessing you are!!!

Macy's still has great products but most of the people wouldn't know customer service if they were given a script. Its seems like most of their sales people are wondering why they can't do the job remotely.

The drive-up online pickup location is convenient. However, customers still come behind you, (despite the signs posted for online pickup) while you are waiting and want you to pull out so they can drop off someone. The bad thing is despite how many cars are there in front of them waiting for online pickup delivery they think they have the right over you. There are n other entrances to the store.

Parking is very limited. The spaces are tight, and entry is slanted in some areas. The entry doors are controlled by a push button for handicapped individuals. The store layout is pretty standard. Mens,ladies, and children's departments were well stocked with summer wear. Nice selection of men's shirts in prints and multi summer colors. Also, good selection of men's shorts.. The staff could use some training on how to great and address older male shoppers. I'm not their sweetie, nor am I a big fan of being called by any other name than Mr. Or, Sir. When checking out, I don't need their options as to what would look good on me. I have my own style that fits my own style.

Macy's is all ways the place to go to find things like, modern pants, shoes, belts and ect. They offer a variety of things and offer amazing discounts on products. I would definitely come back again.

The store opened on time and was very clean and organized. I had to pickup some shoes and came across these beautiful patriotic pointy 👠

I love Macy’s. Favorite place to go in the mall. Very expensive but everything is high quality. Sometimes they have a lot of good deals. And recently because of COVID it’s not as crowded (which is a plus). I do detest the mask requirements but I know they have no choice but to follow the CDC guidelines.

I ordered something curbside. 20 min later I’m still sitting here and there’s no way to reach anyone in the dept. I’m injured and can’t go In so I guess I’ll just cancel Update- a few hours later am associate called and said “where were you?” I rolled that I was in space number 3. She said “I was at the door waiting for you” I replied “number 1 THIS IS CURBSIDE PICK UP. THERE IS NOTHING IN THE APP TELLING ME TO COME TO THE DOOR!” I canceled the order and I now know that curbside at Macys really means walk in and pick up

I shop here occasionally from time to time, but especially around the holiday season. I recently placed an order for some items and chose to use curbside pick up. The process was super easy. I had to park my car right outside the north entrance (where there were several red pick up signs). An employee came out to my car to bring my order within minutes. Would definitely recommend this location.

Always a pleasant journey to see new products, nothing better to walk and see in person the products. Full of new items in all zones, kitchen, electronics, jewelry etc. Enjoy life, be alive !

I dread going to this location only because it always seems so hot inside, I am all sweaty when I leave. 😁 They do however have very large selections of everything you need, also very kind sales staff.

My favorite store in the entire Broward Mall. Everything I need, always available. Friendly and helpful employees. Great sales and deals, every day.

I will not return to this Macy’s. I purchased some cologne’s for my man. I went June 16th 2023. I asked for some perfume or cologne samples and they never have any. The ladies don’t give out a free gift. The whole cologne and perfume section only cares about making a sale. They’re cheap when it comes to samples. To me i would come back to buy more. If I go buy from adventure I’d have so many samples. If I go to Dillard’s store i would have samples. My next shopping stop will be at Dillard’s from now on. No more Macys I understand now why I closed the credit card.

Great Macy's! Best in Broward County. Selection is great, but they may need more inventory as items go quickly due to large volume of shoppers. Need more check out counters.

The Rep at ESTA Lauda Asia was a very sweet person and good sales rep she got me to buy the right foundation for my complexion with her insisting I try it on now before purchase it worked out good for us both!

Easy to find. There is plenty of parking at all entrances. There are so many choices available for the whole family and home. Great sales with the extra discounts for Rewards Members. I love the ease of ordering online, trying on at home, and being able to return what doesn't fit. Order online, and in-store pickup is a breeze. There is a spacious, well lit fitting room right there. The pick-up location is easily marked throughout the parking lots.

I love this Macys. Always great deals going on and good customer service for the most part. Big thank you to D at the Carolina Herrera fragrance counter! She was so nice and helpful, a true wonderful salesperson.

A week ago, me and my fiancé came to Macy's to look at wedding ring. In the jewelry area we meet an associate name Vilma and when I tell you she is amazing. She didn’t make us feel rush into buying the ring but she showed us different options and told use to think about it. We left to go other places but because of she amazing customer service and the price we amazing as well we came back and bought both rings. I felt as if I knew her for years and that how anyone should feel when they are purchasing something that’s going to be a huge part of their life. Vilma keep up the amazing work.

I was in Florida visiting stop by Macys to purchase some perfume. I did a pre-order on Jimmy Choo I want you set for it to be shipped to my home they told me it would ship one 28 of Nov and it's now Dec 3 and nothing I went on the app it’s telling me to pick up in store but my receipt says it will be shipped I have been calling the store and was transferred to the fragrance section and they answer then phone and hang up before I can say a word. Overall I wasted my time in the store placing the order and one of the older employee had an attitude which caused people to walk away and didn’t bother to purchase anything. See pic attached as my proof I took it while I was in the store just in case I lost the paper receipt.

Just went there for a Starbucks coffee and pumpkin bread. Employee was adorable and so sweet. She warmed up my bread for me. She greeted me when taking my order and thanked me after. Brista was sweet too and also thanked me.

Backstage is a mess in some areas. There is a huge difference between upstairs, where all Kids clothing and toys are as well as mark down items, versus downstairs where all the upscale high end products are. I love the app, I order online and pick up In store. Customer service dept is good organized and friendly. I love their Starbucks as well. Overall it my favorite department store and go to for clothing and shoes.

Came here to find bridesmaids dresses and had such a pleasant experience in the gown dept. on the second floor. THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping us get our dresses ordered 😬😎☺️🙏🏽 and the manager who assisted her as well!

Macy's love at the Broward Mall in Plantation. Men, Women, childrens Designer clothes, shoe, housewares items. Prices are slightly more reasonable depending on what is purchased. I was there for women's sandal. There were no sandals in stock that fit me. I was disappointed and went home empty handed. They are two stories with an escalator and elevator. Disabled parking is available. There is a covered drop off area in front of the store. Public restrooms.

I love macys. But their service when it comes to picking up orders at the store is.not good. It's not the employees but the shippers and receivers are losing packages. Makes me want to turn to Amazon

Got these $80 dresses on sale for $10 each. Large two story store. Amazing selections on jewelry, makeup, perfume, clothing and shoes. The bedding is also great!

I love the customer service here, miss sylvia saw me walking around in circles looking at some perfumes and she walked over and guided me in the right direction for a mothers day gift for my ex-wife. MISS Dior all the way.

Today, I happened to run into her regarding my missing travel size perfume from a previous purchase and without question or hesitation, she assisted me with great pleasure. No inventory..men's suits very limited and over priced. Went to Mens Warehouse the Guy from Ugo Boss,Cesar fitted me like a pro. The whole set ,suite jacket & pants a fitted shirt and Tie that matches the shirt perfectly. Best Shopping experience EVER.😁🤙

Macy's clothing is very nice and of very good quality and the staff is very friendly. But To whoever has the Macys card, I want to let you know that you are usurers. Apart from the fact that the interest is super high, I paid all of the card on time and the next month I was charged with a super high interest rate. I was calm that I had paid everything I didn't realize it and then they gave me a very high penalty fee.

I don't shop to often but I really needed some me time. I truly enjoyed my day at this Macy's location. The store was amazingly clean. I really didn't need anything as I stated I just need some time away from work and home. With that said, I spent some time in the shoe dept. I was impressed with the knowledge this gentleman had I was wearing a pair of brooks running shoes and he noticed and we began to talk about the brand and turns out I am a size 7.5 and was wearing a 7, no wonder my feet were mad and I was beginning to question the Brooks brand. From there I made my way to the Lancome counter where I met Millie, truly an angel in disguise. I spent hours with her between customers she proved to me not only a terrific salesperson but a hard working single mom with a personality that could light up a small city. I left feeling recharged and ready to face the stress of the world again.

It was not bad except I had to write my name down on a list and wait until my name was called due to the Christmas rush. So next time I will try to do my shopping earlier. Still, I got what I was looking for (the perfect gift for my daughter....yeah!!) but the waiting was no fun. So to my fellow shoppers please shop early for your Christmas gift if you can.

A big clothing, apparel, home goods and furniture store with a helpful employees. They always have some kinds deals on the products. Very good shopping experience.

Efficient!! There are actually staff available to assist and check out for purchases. One clerk came to get a group of people to other cashier to expedite purchases. Macy’s in Coral Springs and Boca out to take some lessons in customer service

Dennis from the bedding department is outstanding. I highly recommend buying any mattress or accessories from here. Really, courteous and great at explaining everything.

I don’t usually go to Macys at broward mall. I always go to Macys in Pembroke s pines where employees are outstanding. Today I went to broward Mall Macys. In line only 1 girl and huge line at 8:15:8:20 pm. Finally RoSA came ( employee) started ringing me, asked me about Macys card I told her I have it but don’t want to use it. Let me pay on my credit card and leave as line is huge and ppl have been waiting for so long. She again asked me about Macys card. I told her again no thanks don’t want to use, 6 times same question - I said 7th time I told you I don’t want to use my Macys card, want to just pay for this sweater and be done quickly. She started replying so rude and asked one more time & person standing next to me told her - she said no to Macys card - don’t ask more - she again started acting so rude.
