    I started a six-week challenge at Santa Monica Fit Body Boot Camp back in April - going in with curiosity and, I'll admit, a bit of skepticism. Don't get me wrong: Daniel, who runs the camp, is very clear about what you can expect and how to get there. For me, the goal was a loss of 5% body fat in 6 weeks - and the way to get there was training a minimum of 3 times a week as well as adhering to a strict (but feasible) nutrition plan. The training and nutrition is clearly laid out, documented and easy to follow. As the six weeks unfold, there are a lot of 'constants' I grew to expect and appreciate: - Daniel (and Sarah) are excellent coaches, or rather: mentors. Even when a class is busy, there is attention to detail: Form, motivation, etc. - Individual attention: If you have any injury or problem area, Daniel will find a modified workout to work around or with that issue, with the goal of accommodating and eventually eliminating that issue. - Daniel will keep tabs on you, in a good way: Weekly check-ins, review of your nutrition tracking, adjustments as needed, etc. - Importantly: Any questions will be answered. It's all very motivating, there is a positive vibe in the room and Daniel / Sarah will make sure you leave with a smile on your face - even when you just pushed yourself to the limit. I saw progress on a weekly basis, got more energy, and got to a point where I was not happy when I missed a workout. The positive reinforcement and the crew holding you accountable are a great combination. It feels personal and customized, because it is. Bottom line: The crew is genuinely interested in helping everyone to become better, healthier and happier version of themselves. A major reason is that there is a holistic approach -- mind & body. What more can you ask for?

    Sometimes it takes surrounding yourself with people who believe in your ability to transform before you do... and one day you look up, see your reflection in the mirror and....there you are, transformed. Thank you Mayte for believing in us all and in our ability create a better version of ourselves. I have never seen anyone get more joy in building up others, than I have seen in you. The transformation I have began to see is beyond mind blowing. It has been 1 month of consistently pushing by body to the next level and I have seen more change than I have been able to in 3 years. Even with my thyroid condition, my body is finally responding and I am so excited for what is to come. Transformation begins in the mind, surround yourself with the right people and the rest will be history!

    I love Santa Monica Fit Body Boot Camp. It's a place that makes you feel welcomed and well cared for. Daniel really emphasizes the correct forms to avoid injury, answers all questions you may have with patience regarding nutrition and exercise. He gives personal attention to each person who requires it. Every workout offers something different so it's never boring. For those of us with physical limitations or who aren't quite there yet, Daniel always offers alternative motions that will work with you. Since starting 6 weeks ago, attending 3 to 4 times a week, I've felt better, stronger, and healthier. Not everybody progresses at the same rate but everybody shows up, sweats their little booties off, and leaves with a smile on their face. This place and its trainers challenge us to be better, to do better, holding us accountable for our own health. Make no mistake, YOU must do the work but Daniel makes it easy with the regular check-ins and the positive reinforcements. Best 30 minutes to start off my day. I highly recommend Santa Monica FBBC.

    I’ve been going to DCX for about 3 months now. I’ve always hated going to gyms and working out but I feel in love with DCX. The workouts challenge me but make me feel good and easy to notice progress in my own body and strength. Daniel is someone who cares about people and their goals and wants everyone to feel their best in the body they have. Every single person I’ve met in this gym has been kind, welcoming, and loving. And sometimes we have so much fun cheering each other and pumping each other up. Is it easy?? No. Is it worth it? YES. I’m so glad I took the chance on coming here

    DCX Fitness is truly the best gym I’ve ever been to. Aside from the clean, organized, and modern aesthetic- Daniel, the owner and trainer is like no other trainer I’ve met. He designs every work out custom to what your physical capabilities are, experience, knowledge, if you have any ailments, etc… Being physically fit is very important but nutrition is probably one of the key factors in a successful fitness journey. Daniel make sure that he gives you all the information and tools needed to be successful in his gym but also at home. He cares. Most importantly. I love DCX fitness. I’ve been going there for three months now and I’ve lost a total of 17 pounds -my body has completely transformed. This will be my forever gym.

    I absolutely love this gym and the boot camp style workouts! The fitness trainers, Mayte and Dalex, set up stations that target every muscle group. After each workout, I feel good mentally and physically. I highly recommend DCX Fitness Studio, especially if you’re near Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale, or the surrounding cities.

    I AM SO GLAD I FOUND DCX!! Mayte and her son are excellent trainers as well as compassionate, welcoming, warmhearted individuals! The personal touch and having training tailored to what I can do is awesome! Also, classes are small, it's a nice size gym & extremely clean. People in the classes are friendly. DCX has a "homey" feel to it yet you still get an amazing workout. I'm a convert for life!!!

    My five stars goes to Daniel.His effort for making us fit is awesome. His acknowledge about maintaining a good health and his communication in how you should do the exercise is helping out a lot. He is watching every step on the class and he make sure we are doing the exercise correctly. In addition to fitness he also knows and teach nutrition plan. He is very motivated instructor. I recommend DCX Fitness with Daniel.

    Finding this gym has truly saved & changed my life!!! The program is educational, motivational, fun, & it works. When I started I could not even get off the floor without help. I was stiff, weak, 50% body fat & tired all the time. In 6 weeks of coming here, I've lost 9 lbs, 3% body fat, and I'm doing things I never thought possible with energy to spare. Besides working out, we also have nutrition classes, which are very helpful to learn how and what to eat. Daniel is an amazing coach and helped me change not only my body but also my mind.     This place is what every gym should be. coach Daniel is amazing, he pushes for people to perform their best. This gym experience is very similar to having a personal trainer, and full on nutrition directions. Coach Daniel teaches you what and how to eat to see real results. He will push and support you throughout the process. The workouts are targeted, very personalized, and hard but fun. This place requires a lot of dedication and 100% you will see results. Highly recommend the place, and the coach requires to see all your meals, he is in full contact daily requesting status on pictures of your meals. One more thing on location: the location of the gym is perfect, safe, and clean.

    This is am effective fitness program. Not only did I get stronger but I saw a difference. But it’s important to follow the workout and diet to get the best results. The easiest part was actually the exercises. They are quick but i burned more calories in the 40 minutes than i did during an entire hour doing any other routine. Daniel makes it simply to follow, giving clear instructions. He is very thorough, constantly checking form and making sure you progress throughout!

    I’ve joined other gyms and even did personal training in the past but never really got the results that I wanted. I’m glad I stumbled upon this spot and met Daniel. He’s a great coach and he’s very knowledgeable. He truly cares about his clients. He’s been a big help in my journey to being fit and healthy again. The thing I really like about DCX Fitness, aside from the great work out sessions, is the guidance that Daniel provides regarding proper nutrition. I am seeing good results not just on me but also on others!

    Daniel helped me to get back to shape and thought me about the nutrition. I love his gym routine. He helped me with any questions along the way, ether it’s about the workout or nutrition. He was basically my personal trainer, just what I was looking for without paying arm and a leg for it! He is very talented and knowledgeable about body transformation science, and he passes the knowledge down to you. He makes sure you understand it and can apply it for the best result. Anyone will benefit from his teaching and workouts, it’s life changing transformation, it’s the right path!

    DCXFitness is a great place if you want a fitness instructor that really cares about your fitness goals. I started working out with Daniel already for more than a month and I have lost almost 10 pounds! I think what makes this place different than the rest is that Daniel (the owner) is not only next to me when I am working out (making sure my posture is right) but also is on top of what I eat. He provides nutrition classes where people learn what to eat and even how to prepare healthy delicious meals. He is so committed to his cause that he even asks to his trainees to send him pictures of their meals and checks their "myfitnesspal" app to make sure they are on the right track. Highly recommended!

    I am really happy I found DCX fitness!! . I am 5 1/2 weeks into the fitness challenge and I feel stronger than I have ever felt before. 💪 Great 40 min workouts! Daniel motivates you in every session, his nutrition plan also helps you see sustainable and steady results. The people that attend the gym are very friendly and also keep you motivated. 🏆 100% recommend it if you want to get serious about your fitness journey!

    I love this place. My favorite gym ever. The trainers are awesome. Daniel is the best. Nicest guy ever and he goes above and beyond to help you to achieve your goals. (I love that he checks my fitness pal on a regular basis and helps me to stay on track.) Going here is like coming home and working out with friends. Great place to work out!

    I truly love this place! I found everything I was looking for—a community that I consider my ‘fit fam’ & much more. I used to go to a regular gym where I had no clue what I was doing & wasn’t motivated at all. Here Daniel doesn’t let me slack off no matter how hard I try & he makes sure that I’m doing the workouts properly. He’s taught me a lot about eating healthy & always holds me accountable for my nutrition. I am very excited because I am seeing results! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that would like to get fit!
