I dont go to McDonald's very often and probably a good thing. This was at McDonald's Ulverstone. It was so dirty, floor was filthy and the garbage bins were over flowing and this was around 11am. I tried ordering through self serve which was out of paper. I did have excellent customer service from a lovely young lady that didn't have a name on her name badge.

Very good flat white coffee (I like an extra shot) and customising your order is no trouble at all. Just egg and bacon for me $4. Great value for pensioners if you like coffee.

Very very average looked like they threw the burger from the other side of the room into the burger box not too happy other then that wasn’t to bad but no respect for burgers

Food is amazing dining in and alway made fresh.

Coming home at 4am from nightshift, freshly cooked chicken nuggets were just the thing. Even at 4am, the young staff member was bright and happy and her smile lifted me and she made me feel important. Congratulations McDonald's, you have a wonderful employee.
