Worst experience in deep hospital.... it is true that thier front reception staff is not aware of ny disease emergency .... they jss asked u to wait wait n wait ,,,, they dont have single well qualified doc in evening ....moreover staff nurses are are very casual and they dont have sense to talk to anyone ,,, they shout like hell in corridors as there are no patients in rooms ... they behave very poorly in terms of dressing n other ameneties ,,, if u are taking money for everything in bill then why dont they " chk sugar levels " change dresses and many more things ,,,, they ask you to do it by yourself ,,, deep hospital staff needs to be improvised

My Review is about their nursing staff in ICU-2. I would humbly request everyone not to admit their critically ill patients or patients that actually require medical intensive care to this hospital. Their staff is totally unprofessional, unfit to take care of elderly and untrained in some procedures as well. For e.g. they even did not know how to put on a neck collar for a patient who had fracture in cervical spine. Even after teaching them on how to put it, they kept saying we will do it correctly, but to my shock they had neck collar added to the patient upside down. I wonder how they are running an ICU with these kinds of illiterate people. My second issue is about their greediness when they see a patient with insurance. The moment you go for a cashless admission of a a patient they will keep on increasing your bill without even need of all those tests and medications. Again, request to all the others reading this, never disclose that you have a insurance otherwise you will be paying 2x/3x amount of actual. Instead, take all bills and claim later. They made a bill of Rs 1 lakh for us in one day as we had opted for cashless insurance. Last, I do not have any issues with doctors, they are good but with good doctors we need good staff in a hospital and that is what I find lacking here.

Visited my sister in Deep hospital Ludhiana recently, very good doctor's team however nursing care is not satisfactory. They do not follow infection control measures while providing Intravenous medications and do not wear gloves while doing nursing care etc. Even they don't know about history of their patients, sadly care will be then poor if you do not know about your patients or what surgery or procedure done on them. So please take care and talk to the team if something bothering you, save your loved ones from serious complications or hospital acquired infections.

Baby care hospital.Doctors and nurses are very helpful. Cleanliness is A one .parking is also available over here two wheelers. Last month my sister admitted over there .Give birth to baby girl.

Dear all Deep hospital becomes money making hospital. They are loosing control on their staff not following any system especially in pediatrics section.no proper service provide by hospital. Waiting for 3 hrs just to show reports.I am regreting to visit Dr. Baldeep Singh. If someone has free time then you can visit.otherwise good to find other Good pediatrics doctor.

Overall hospitality is awesome and Dr baldeep i too good but they need to manage their Account and insurance dept. who is lying about every thing. They admitted my son by saying this they have linked insurance with the hospital after discharge they said they don't have linked insurance of that company. Very poor account and insurance dept. they should work on them otherwise every thing is damn good.

The experience in Deep hospital has been really good. Dr Baldeep is very experienced and understands his patients quiet well so is the entire doctors team. There is alot care provided by the hospital specially by the nurses who monitors the patients all the time. The team in emergency really reacts quickly as per the situation and do not waste time with documentation or so, though the priority is to save a life. I had one of the best experience in Deep Hospital and can rely on it any minute.

Worst hospital, admitted in accident emergency case. First thing doctor won't see you for more then 60 seconds and they focus on running their private clinics then coming to hospital. After 6 pm their is no single qualified doctors availiable in house all the hospitals are run by less educated nurses. Second they mint money from insurance customer, they have not qualified TPA staff. Insurance query resolution takes days and days and even doctor recommended discharge I get laid on bed for days due to not compliance of TPA Department. Hospital has very less educated staff and they charge you like tier-1 city super speciality hospital.
