I stayed at this residence for 1-years lease. I wanted to break my lease within two months of moving in for the following reasons: 1)Constant vandalism, they only beefed up security in the later half of our stay. 2) The breezeways were constantly filthy, why did my roommates and I have to avoid one set of stairs for 2 weeks because of the same pile of vomit on the steps. 3) Crime rate is absurd. Having your car broken into and receiving a report from the leasing office about someone getting robbed outside their door within a week is just crazy. 4) Why did I have to be the one to pull the fire alarm for a building connected to my unit so the whole place didn’t burn down. Why weren’t people already exiting their apartments when there. Is black smoke clearly billowing out of a 3rd floor space, there were 4 fires during my time there . I will attach a photo of one of them for reference. 5) The lack-luster enforcement regarding pet waste. The grass was disgusting considering the amount of dog poop all over the green spaces. The only thing keeping me there was the apartment layout and the responsive leasing office with some exceptions but I’ll hold off for now.

I live in woodbridge station Apts, and I feel really comfortable. The apts are very spacious nice and cozy. I made a great choice becoming a resident here, and I would'nt have it any other way, I have to give a big shout out to Maximo Marcias who was amazing at helping me every step of the way he is great at what he does making sure you feel welcome and helping you in every way to get in the right apt fit for your needs, I truly appreciate him whole heartedly and my family and I truly are grateful and your help doesn't go unnoticed so if you are looking for a new apt home to be apart of come to Woodbridge station apts They have top notch officers that patrol the erea and it keeps us all safe. The staff is really nice and they care about the tenants and the community. They take pride in the upkeeping as well and that's a plus. I had the pleasure of meeting the property manager Helen Cooper who is really sweet and caring about our needs I highly recommend the apts if you are looking for a nice apt to reside in. Everyone is really caring and sweet and helpful and no matter who you work with I know you are in good hands.

I absolutely LOVE living here. I have lived here before a few years ago with my ex husband… I came back with my kids, that’s how much I love it here. It’s very clean. Maintenance team be on point. Office staff is amazing. Specially Mrs. Cooper. They always give to their community. All holidays they doing something positive for our kids in our community. They even have bingo days for kids and adults and u win prizes. My apartment is bigger than some people houses I know. Very spacious, tons of closet space, balcony and a huge kitchen.Woodbridge station apartments is a great place to live.

I am recently a new tenant and I can say that Max was very helpful and understanding during our onboarding process. He maintained a open line of communication at all times , was also prompt with also returning phone calls. This is our second on boarding process, the first initial time I was not satisfied at all! I did reach out to the Bozzuto management and gave feedback about said lease consultant. I was very pleased at the outcome. It is not the perfect apt complex but it has character to get to that point .

This apartment complex is amazing. Utility bill runs a bit high but other than that we love it here. Helena Cooper has been very great with helping us with anything we need. Definitely reach out to her she will help. Definitely move her you will love it .

I recently moved into this apartment community and I must say, the entire process from start to finish was incredibly smooth. The leasing agent, Daniel, was a great help throughout the entire process. He patiently explained all the community guidelines and regulations, making sure I had a clear understanding of everything. The office staff has been outstanding so far. They are friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. Their professionalism and promptness in addressing my queries have left a positive impression on me. My apartment itself has been fantastic. No issues whatsoever. It was clean and ready for me to move in without any delays. I have noticed they have security patrolling during the day and night as well as a cleaning team that does a great job of maintaining the parking lot and grounds, ensuring a neat and tidy environment. It's evident that the staff here take pride in their work. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the amenities and enjoying everything they have to offer. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to move into this apartment community. The smooth move-in process, helpful leasing agent, friendly office staff, well-maintained grounds, and outdoor amenities make this place a wonderful place to call home. I recommend it to anyone in search of a comfortable and welcoming community.

Zero stars. living here is like living in a prison, the office management hates their tenates. security that harasses, super strict rules.you cannot even be outside of your house without being questioned. parking situation is absolutely terrible. You want to have guess over? they have to pay even if they do pay there’s still a chance they will get towed. They will set new parking rules and will not notify tenants. I can honestly say NO ONE understands the parking rules. 5 Pango parking spots for how many units?... All my family members and friends have gotten towed it’s embarrassing and this place is truly money hungry. If you want to have guess for the pool they have to pay $15. The amount of money you have to pay for rent to be treated like this does NOT add up. Helen is a absolute pain to deal with with a nasty attitude. paying this much money should be able to afford people who actually want to do they’re jobs and are useful.

I am a returning resident. That says a lot about this community. My family and I enjoy the outdoor amenities, the location is great and maintenance does a good job of servicing the apartments. I was especially glad to see my original leasing agent Daniel again who as always was very helpful and guided me through the application process making the move easy and stress free. The community looks well taken care of. I see the landscapers working often and the cleaning staff daily ensuring property looks clean. I would like to have updated appliances but the ones I have function well. Overall this is a great apartment community for families and I look forward to my stay here.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a remarkable individual in the leasing office at Woodbridge Station Apartments. The outstanding service I received compelled me to share my appreciation. Helen Cooper is a true asset to the leasing office team. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to assisting me as a tenant are truly appreciated. Throughout the renewing leasing process, Helen consistently went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and stress-free. One instance that particularly impressed me was Helen’ s willingness to accommodate my apartment needs carpet, blind etc. This flexibility and attentiveness made me feel valued as tenant.

Woodbridge Station Apartments has been my home for 8 years. The security has improved and the cleaning crew is always maintaining the grounds clean. I have many good experiences living here but what I want to share is how amazing Daniel is. No matter what he’s always so helpful and takes care of whatever I need. He makes you feel heard and valued as a resident. I am happy that he is still in the office there are a lot of new faces but I will still go to Daniel for all my questions and assistance.

On Friday evening 10/13/2023, Management and Staff from the Woodbridge Station Apartments hosted a Halloween Event for the residents and their children. According to the residents the event was fantastic!!!! Several residents stated that this event was a GREAT! bonding moment for the community of Woodbridge Station. The staff and security team should be commended. We hope their are many more to come!! The residents sent thanks to the following management staff and security agent; Ms. Helen Cooper, Ms. Carmen, Mr. Max, Mr. Danny, Agent Jenkins, Ms. Hellene, and the Maintenance Team. Job well done!!

I have to just take a moment to say I been living here for over a year and absolutely love it! I’m a single mom of three so it’s been challenging at times where I would get in a bind however SHOUT OUT 🗣️🗣️🗣️ to Mrs. Helen Cooper the best Assistant Property Manager ever!!! She is so kind, understanding, helpful, respectful, optimistic etc. I could go on and on about that wonderful lady God places in my life and many others. So with that being said if your looking for somewhere to go with a fast application and approval process stop looking because this is the place to be 🙏
