I received a letter today stating “we have not been able to meet your dental expectations and feel that another office would be better” all because I wrote a review on the office manager’s professionalism! I’ve been trying to contact the corporate office to discuss this letter and no one answered the phone. The letter has no name or signature, just a stamp with Dental One Associate. This is another example of the manager Cindy unprofessionalism. I’ve been coming here for over six years and everyone is professional except her. I have great dental insurance and can go anywhere, but a person that does not own this company WILL NOT make a determination where I can and cannot go. I need someone to leave an email/telephone number regarding this matter in a response to this review and NOT CINDY!!!! I’m willing to contact the NAACP and the media regarding this matter! The audacity 😠!

ITS BEEN A WEEK AND THE REGIONAL manager Jessica (Jessie ) has not contacted me regarding the owner of the practice! I do not recommend this dental office at all. The office manager Cindy is unprofessional and upper management does nothing about it and will send you a dismissal letter after you write a review on their office management unprofessionalism.

I have been with this dental practice for almost 10 years. Dr. Z is the nicest dentist ever and Sam, my dental hygienist, is AMAZING!

I've been going to Dental One Associates for about 4 years now at least. They do a great job with cleanings- I hadn't had to get any major dental work done with them before other than maybe filling a cavity. I love going here as they are quick and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Most importantly, I trust them and don't feel like they are trying to sell me services that I don't need like other dental offices have tried to do.

I've been a patient at this facility over ten years. I have had frequent cleanings, braces, and an implant here. All services rendered have been exceptional. 👌 I've recommended them to others and will continue! I appreciate everyone's professionalism and care they have given me.

Have gone to the Woodbridge Dental One Office for over 30 years. This practice has only gotten better through the years. They all work together to provide the patient with the best treatment needed. Prices align with the location and the costs associated with dentistry. I love Dr. Valleru. She and I have become great story tellers about our kids over the years! My hygienist is so thorough and keeps me laughing. Sometimes it gets a little splashy when I have water in my mouth and she cracks me up!!! The front office is efficient and always very customer service oriented. I cannot say enough good about this office.

Generally start your appointment as scheduled. Doctor Vallreu is the best dentist that I have ever had in 70 years I have been going to a dentist. Also, the office staff at Dental One is courteous and handles billing and scheduling matters in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this practice.

I just went for the first time and everyone was super helpful and kind. Since COVID, I’ve been nervous about going to the dentist. The staff took extra precautions and did everything with care to help me feel safe and comfortable. The whole appointment from start to finish was efficient and I was surprised how quickly, but thoroughly everything was done. The front office staff is also wonderful and very helpful! I cannot recommend enough!

Very friendly and helpful staff! I want to give a special thank you to Aneesah!! She is so sweet and was very knowledgeable about exactly how to address and ease my concerns, absolutely went above and beyond for me. I saw Dr. Do, also a very friendly face, very knowledgeable and helped me figure out a plan to deal with my dental issues. As with them, every staff member I’ve come into contact with has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. I absolutely recommend Dental One Woodbridge for your dental care :)
