I'm
not
even
sure
where
to
begin
with
my
frustrations
so
this
will
probably
be
jumbled.
First,
NO
ONE
EVER
ANSWERS
THE
PHONE.
When
you
leave
a
Voicemail,
it
says
you
will
be
called
back
within
24
hours.
Today
is
March
17th,
no
one
has
called
me
since
December.
I
have
left
enough
messages
to
fill
an
answering
service,
so
you
know
they
have
heard
them
and
just
chose
to
never
call
back.
Just
to
give
you
an
idea,
that's
1000
minutes.
I
have
easily
left
1000
minutes
worth
of
voicemails
with
zero
response.
They
have
a
patient
portal,
where
you
can
make
appointments,
but
if
you're
being
told
from
an
Emergency
Room
to
get
an
appointment
within
24
hours,
and
the
ER
Physician
has
spoken
with
the
Doctor
(Rodolfo
Gonzalez)
you
would
think
they
would
help
you
get
an
appointment
by
calling
you.
Angela,
the
Nurse
Practitioner
is
the
only
reason
I
kept
trying
to
keep
a
relationship
with
the
practice.
Once
you
get
in
a
room
with
her,
she
hears
you,
she
actively
listens
and
provides
CLEAR
feedback.
The
women
who
work
the
front
desk,
are
cruel,
while
many
of
their
patients
are
pregnant,
they
have
no
emotional
depth
to
handle
what
customer/patient
care
should
look
like.
The
unwelcoming
tones
and
verbiage
is
disgusting.
Run.
Run
fast.
Find
an
OB
that
answers
their
phones
and
treats
you
with
human
dignity
and
not
like
a
serial
number
they
have
to
mark
"as
seen."
This
place
is
not
it.
