The office I thought I was booking an appointment at doesn’t exist!! I am so upset because I scheduled an appointment by calling the number listed for a Mount Vernon location and took off work to go and when I arrived there is a sign on the door saying this office is permanently closed. No one communicated this to me when I booked the appointment. There is no way to contact the office - no one answers the phones or the online chat messages. Do not waste your time with this scam. The state board needs to look into this. Update: just received a call from an office in Woodbridge asking why I missed my appointment. The woman who called was dismissive of the issue and basically said it was my fault for not asking which location I was scheduled at in the first place. She then hung up on me after I told her I went to the location I called through Google. If this location doesn’t exist then you need to change 1) the address on your website and the picture of your old office and 2) change your location on Google. Someone should sue them

I would not recommend this place nor any of their locations to anyone. It took me three days to get in touch and get a call back regarding an appointment they canceled for unknown reasons. And on top of that I was rushed through my previous appointment. I understand you have more patients to see but perhaps being early and on time would help instead of making a patient wait an hour after their scheduled time. I am never coming back.

I'm not even sure where to begin with my frustrations so this will probably be jumbled. First, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. When you leave a Voicemail, it says you will be called back within 24 hours. Today is March 17th, no one has called me since December. I have left enough messages to fill an answering service, so you know they have heard them and just chose to never call back. Just to give you an idea, that's 1000 minutes. I have easily left 1000 minutes worth of voicemails with zero response. They have a patient portal, where you can make appointments, but if you're being told from an Emergency Room to get an appointment within 24 hours, and the ER Physician has spoken with the Doctor (Rodolfo Gonzalez) you would think they would help you get an appointment by calling you. Angela, the Nurse Practitioner is the only reason I kept trying to keep a relationship with the practice. Once you get in a room with her, she hears you, she actively listens and provides CLEAR feedback. The women who work the front desk, are cruel, while many of their patients are pregnant, they have no emotional depth to handle what customer/patient care should look like. The unwelcoming tones and verbiage is disgusting. Run. Run fast. Find an OB that answers their phones and treats you with human dignity and not like a serial number they have to mark "as seen." This place is not it.

don’t go to them! They call my mother instead of me and i’m 18 now. Every single time I call they do not pick up. When i need assistance they are very dismissive. Whenever I do have a appointment and they’re suppose to call me they call me and let it ring for 5 seconds and hang up .

Never experienced such bad customer service! Called 3 times within 5 minutes and was placed on hold then transferred to voicemail. Please don’t waste your time and money where your life is not valued.

Horrible horrible horrible! They never pick the phone up and if they do they say the main office will call you back to schedule the appt they never called. I called them back the samething No calls back .Its been more than a month and nobody call me back smh! Horrible

My first visit was amazing I wish it stayed that way… Had a sonogram appointment for the second time and it was no more than 5 minutes she snapped a photo and said You’re all set. She didn’t say a word to me which I was confused about being that this is my first pregnancy & on top of that they never answer the phone which is so frustrating, I missed a call and it was regarding my results and when I tried to return the call I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. And it’s now going on days later. Call me crazy but now all of a sudden my calls are being hung up on

Everyone at the front desk was great - quick to check me in, and extremely helpful with scheduling. Dr. Angela was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
