This this the worst DD I have ever been to. The drive thru lady is the rudest person I have ever met. God forbid my 11 year old call something the wrong name and she got an attitude to with. I will NEVER go back here. Duck Donuts is right down the street and 100% better.

For starters I am posting this picture to show proof that almond milk can be added to an iced cappuccino upon request. I drive twenty minutes from nearby Dunkin Donuts that is three minutes from my house, due to the wonderful customer service experience that I’ve received from the two young ladies that work at Burke Commons. The last two times I’ve had the rude Philippine older lady who was just down right nasty and this morning put the icing on the cake! A iced cappuccino with almond milk is my regular breakfast choice for me, and never did an issue of almond milk not being allowed in this coffee started until she came in the picture. I told her twice I’ve had this with no issue and she blatantly told me NO the location doesn’t do it. So I drove up to the window and she was nowhere to be found. I drove eight minutes up the road and asked for almond milk and it was given without issue. Lady, if you didn’t have it or place the order to be delivered then say that. Yet to be rude on both occasion really speaks volume of you not being customer-centric. I will no longer come there if she is working that shift. She is disgusting 🤮

I ordered a hot latte and got cold one. I ordered toasted English muffin it was practically raw. Would not go back

I love Dunkin but this locations customer service is terrible . I waited in line for a few minutes while on a phone call. When I approached the counter to order I put my phone conversation on hold and confirmed my order with Maria. Everything in my order was correct minus the coffee that didn’t have the requested syrup. Whoever made my coffee was polite and told me she will fix it no problem. Maria made her way towards me and said “You are too busy on the phone and talking too much”. Instead of minding her business she decided it was a good idea to go out her way to disrespect me and be rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on others especially when you made the mistake of inputting my order incorrectly. The girl that kindly fixed my coffee apologized multiple times. I appreciate that but this is inexcusable.

Manager was an absolute POS. I showed her and another worker that I had a free coffee redeemable for my birthday and she told me I have to be a member on the app (which I am) and I was having trouble finding out how to redeem it. She refused to show me and kept insisting I pay for the coffee, so I left. The entire time she had this stone-cold look on her face and came off as completely heartless.

I ordered a bagel, muffin, and coffee through the app. When I got home I realized I didn’t have my muffin. I called to either get a refund or be told I could come in and get it and I was told it “wasn’t her problem” and then she hung up on me.

Love Dinkin'. This location-not so much. I've been twice in a 3 month time frame. Both times they didn't have Old Fashion donuts EARLY in the day. Things happen, but they were rude the 2nd time around.

This location is busy for the area. Could use little face lift. Maybe add a more cozy environment to chill and sit a bit to study. Since we are close to Starbucks.
