Poor
customer
service.
My
son
called
to
ask
if
there
were
any
specials
for
a
large
pizza
with
toppings.
The
cashier
related
that
there
were
multiple
pizza
deals,
but
no
single
pizza
deals.
My
son
orders
a
large
pizza
with
3
toppings
and
garlic
twists.
After
he
hangs
up,
I
ask
what
was
the
price...my
son
says
$30,
I
think.
I
scroll
on
my
phone,
see
there's
an
offer
for
online
order
carryout
for
$7.99
same
pizza.
I
tell
my
son
to
ask
if
they
would
honor
the
deal
since
the
cashier
didn't
tell
him
about
it
when
he
asked.
(Note.
My
son
is
nearly
17.
He's
learning
how
to
negotiate
for
himself).
My
son
returns
to
the
vehicle
to
let
me
know
they
declined.
Stating
that
it
was
an
online
deal
which
is
why
the
cashier
didn't
mention
it.
I'm
heated.
If
Domino's
was
gourmet,
I'd
have
no
issue
paying
$20.96
for
a
pizza.
Maybe
even
more.
I
have
never
once
paid
$20.96
for
a
commercialized
pizza.
I'm
also
upset
that
the
cashier
didn't
tell
my
son
about
the
online
offers.
Can't
tell
you
how
many
times
that
information
was
conveyed
over
the
phone
by
cashiers
at
pizza
places.
But
not
this
one.
Then
when
presented
with
an
opportunity
to
honor
a
deal
for
the
brand,
they
decline.
Total
bill
$30.69.
Pizza
and
garlic
twists.
Never
again
at
Fort
Belvoir
Domino's.
