Poor customer service. My son called to ask if there were any specials for a large pizza with toppings. The cashier related that there were multiple pizza deals, but no single pizza deals. My son orders a large pizza with 3 toppings and garlic twists. After he hangs up, I ask what was the price...my son says $30, I think. I scroll on my phone, see there's an offer for online order carryout for $7.99 same pizza. I tell my son to ask if they would honor the deal since the cashier didn't tell him about it when he asked. (Note. My son is nearly 17. He's learning how to negotiate for himself). My son returns to the vehicle to let me know they declined. Stating that it was an online deal which is why the cashier didn't mention it. I'm heated. If Domino's was gourmet, I'd have no issue paying $20.96 for a pizza. Maybe even more. I have never once paid $20.96 for a commercialized pizza. I'm also upset that the cashier didn't tell my son about the online offers. Can't tell you how many times that information was conveyed over the phone by cashiers at pizza places. But not this one. Then when presented with an opportunity to honor a deal for the brand, they decline. Total bill $30.69. Pizza and garlic twists. Never again at Fort Belvoir Domino's.

I walked in and seen the cutest white boy and semi Hispanic boy and a hot old man I would definitely shop again to see them sauce up a pizza and clap it in there juicy hands

Be sure to oder online if you can. If you order in store they don't use the coupon special. So everything will be regular price.. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Our order that should have ben no more than $25 was. Little over $40.

I went during lunch. The staff was friendly. The pizza was ready on time. No complaints

Had a bad experience last Friday when I walked in for dinner and I saw the manager yelling at teenagers saying they need to shut up and listen to him. No way to talk to your employees

When I walk in the during a rush I see a guy named Moses yelling at his employees and being disrespectful. I've also seen him and other employees be on their phone and stuff and then start making food without washing hands

Easily the cleanest domino's I've ever been in. Staff was noticably friendly and more than just mandatory courtesy. Pizza was what you'd expect from any big chain but this place stands apart in the world of big chains.

Mad guy in the store He was lying about my order I ordered by phone And when I went to store he said I don’t have any order under this name I asked many times finally he accepted and said yes I think so that’s fine man take it easy U no need to talk like this with costumer Should be my last time dominos

It's probably because they only have to deliver on post, but these guys are fast and delicious. This is possiblity the world's best domino's.

They delivered the wrong food to my house. When I went called the employee was extremely rude. Didn't say anything and hung up on me. I called the store back and got told they canceled my order. I didn't want my order canceled I wanted the correct food! The fact this is the only pizza place on post is absolutely awful and I always regret ordering here.

Incredible kind and wonderful people! I was stuck in line for the covid testing at the hospital. It went on over 2 hours and a half and my son was hungry. I ordered with them a small cheese pizza and the two men taking the order and delivery were so wonderful and helpful they made our day. They look for us in the slowly moving line and delivered. Pizza was perfect. Thank you so much.

Excellent service. It was raining hard out the side and we opted for the curbside pickup. Our deliverer brought out boxes out wrapped in bags so it wouldn't get messed up by the rain. The food was made as specified and tasted amazing!

Best dominoes and quick. Always ready when advertised and they have made a consistently good deal

Literally the worst ever! Never delivered my order even though the driver marked it as delivered (Natasha was the driver) and the person answering the phone at the store hung up on me when I called about it. Had to drive drive to the store to get a refund which I don’t even trust will actually happen. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

Ordered a large veggie handed an over cheesed pizza that didn’t tasted like pizza at all wasted my money. Asked for red crushed pepper the guy only give me two pieces of the pepper haha, tipped 3 dollars and got charged 80 cents when asked for a hot sauce ,never going there again.

Order on the 10th of September, pizza was burnt. I made a complaint and immediately received a phone call to make it right. They remade the pizza and had it ready for me. I normally don't have an issue with them, I guess it was just one of those days. Overall the pizza is good and they are on time.

Ft. Belvoir’s Domino’s Pizza is one of the best on post pizza places I’ve experienced since being in the Military. I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes for my deliveries. The drivers are always professional and handle the food with care. Shout out to all my drivers! Keep up the great work 🤙
