As a younger women who has been decently successful in my life, I often get looked down upon by jewelers due to my age. This can be EXTREMELY off putting when wanting to make a purchase. This is why I'm so happy that I found this Reeds jewelers! The staff here are so helpful and welcoming! They really help you look through their full selection so you can find what you need while not pressuring you to into buying something that you're not interested in. The manager Chris is certainly responsible for the amazing way the staff conduct themselves as he truly values not just making a sale but making a good sale. I have so much loyalty to Reeds because of how my interaction with Chris has been. A few times I have been hesitant to make a purchase because I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, especially getting custom work done. Time after time, I have been able to rely on Chris in situations like this because I know he will have my best interest at heart if I have a problem with a piece. If you are buying a special piece for any reason, I would recommend you buy it here as at this store they treat you like a person rather than a wallet.

Than Marissa came up with a wonderful plan to switch out my stone to a bigger stone witch it was a pear shape and keep my wedding bands as original. I visited the store today and was immediately greeted by Mariam. I had a necklace that was extremely tangled. Instead of sending the necklace to the jeweler, she patiently worked to untangle my necklace which took 20 minutes. Not once did she rush the process nor appear bothered by the delicate and tedious actions. Great customer service!! Reeds jewelers in the Potomac mills mall is by far the best jeweler in Woodbridge VA with their exceptional customer service alone! My husband and I had been shopping around helping my brother in law find the perfect ring for his engagement. After visiting other shops in the mall some known names and some smaller we soon realized what they all had in common and what truly set Reeds apart. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is very inviting. The greet is natural and pleasant. Not overwhelmingly aggressive making you feel judged nor the get to business or move on type of way either. We had the pleasure to sit with Chris, such a knowledgeable and charismatic person that took his time to answer all of our questions and made us feel heard and completely secure in the purchase. So much so my husband and I went back alone to purchase our own wedding bands which I was very specific with details on modifying the original band in stock and he was a dream to work with. Having had a incredibly terrible experience prior with my own engagement ring. This was a blessing! He went above and beyond with updates and reassurance that the ring would get to me in time for my wedding during COVID mind you! I couldn’t say better things about this location and team that provided us such high quality service. Upon visiting for a good ol shinning on my band recently, Marissa was amazing! She listened to me ramble about my prior time with the other jeweler obviously I’m still bitter haha and she even advised me with information to help ease my tension which I couldn’t be more thankful for! She was so helpful, so engaged and made me feel so cared for, I loved feeling that. Mariam was such a wonderful associate. She helped polish my traditional gold jewelry passed down by my mother, for my daughter's wedding. She took such wonderful care of my pieces and walked me through the process. There were two other assistants that added to my experience, Chris and Marissa. They checked in while I waited and ensured I was comfortable with the process as these were precious gold pieces. Overall this was such an outstanding experience, I will definitely be visiting this location again.
