Worst service I've ever seen. And I don't even mean my service. My order was wrong so I pulled back in the pick-up line. An employee came out to see what was wrong and go make it right, that was okay still. BUT another customer was complaining about their pizza not being "well done" as they had asked. The OWNER who was also outside began to berate her telling her that they can't guarantee that the pizza would be well done. At this point I am thinking WTH is wrong with Scott talking to his customer like that?!? And it got WORSE when be told her that "those other guys" (Northern Lights Pizza) are opening up the road soon and maybe she should take her business there!! WTH?!?!? Apparently Scott doesn't appreciate his customers enough keep them. I will never be back. Plus the 8 piece orders of chicken wings were the most pathetic orders I've ever seen. Very sad, will post a pic with wet napkin for reference.

Tonight my wife sent me to Domino's for 2 bacon jalapeno cheesy breads. I've never in my life eaten anything quite like it. This treat had an abundance of all my favorites, lots of bacon and jalapenos, a delicious gooey cheese. The wonderful fresh texture and garlic taste and smell of the bread was indescribable. This entree is simply amazing, we're hooked now. The service at this Domino's likewise was great, they were very busy tonight but had plenty of help. I didn't even make it to the drive up window when an employee came out and ask me the name on our order, then took payment and popped right back out with our orders. Exceedingly efficient and friendly service.

We used to order from here relatively regularly, however, their quality over the last few months has declined greatly. Our previous order included extra toppings, but we didn't even get a normal amount and the cheese was sparse at best. We all ended up with stomach issues from the massive amount of garlic butter on the crust. Tonight, we got 3 stuffed cheesy breads, all of which were overdone. At this point, I am using up my rewards points that I have accumulated and when they are gone, I will not order from this Domino's again. So disappointing.

We hadn't had a Domino's pizza for years, but we were in Newton shopping and decided to order online before heading home. It was fast and REALLY GOOD! Nice job Newton Iowa Domino's pizza!

Horrible experience. Forced to tip befor even placing my order.. that's when picking up my order. When ordering for delivery a pizza goes from $7.99 to $32.74 (I'm literally right across the street from Domino's, btw) Usually the pizza isn't even cut.. 9-10 times I've gotten it delivered it's cold because the employees don't charge the heated bags they're supposed to be delivering the pizzas in. One of the most incompetent businesses I've ever waisted my money on. I only gave one star because it was the only way of getting to this point otherwise I'd have left no stars.

Food was started really fast and done on time but what I got was burnt pizza and 1 jalapeño on cheesy jalapeño bread. Really disappointing.

Domino's is great food fairly fast! The staff is top notch and their delivery service is the best/quickest! Don't forget to TIP the staff really appreciates the fact you appreciate them and their hard work preparing and delivering your food!

I had Domino's last night for dinner I got the meat lovers, the buffalo chicken pizza, garlic knots, Specialty Chicken – Classic Hot Buffalo, and they're bacon cheddar loaded tots. I only live 4 minutes from this location and for something that was just "baked" it was warm not hot from just taking only 4 minutes. The loaded tots was soggy I had to throw it away it was so bad. Both pizza's was warm but the Specialty Chicken – Classic Hot Buffalo, garlic knots, and the loaded tots were cold. I still don't understand if it was just baked that it could of gotten that way in only 4 minute drive from me.
