Finally I was able to dine here! Well I like the taste of the lechon ribs, just lightly salted. The meal set is also ok, served with rice and lettuce salad. A must try👍

I have been wanting to try this place for some time but SenIor-restricted pandemic rules prevented it previously. Ordered the half rack of ribs with honey mustard salad and pumpkin soup. Good soup and salad. The ribs were ok but not as flavorful as I had expected based on a YouTube video review by foreigners from Manila. Good service.

You really should eat here when you visit Tagaytay. We dined Al fresco with the perfect February breeze. What we ordered: Bulalo Steak (highly recommended), Fresh Lumpiang Ubod (2 huge pieces, very filling), Plain Rice Upside: Outdoor seating, spacious indoor area, staff are nice and helpful, enough parking Downside: We hope they offer smaller servings, every order was meant for 4-6 people. If you're on a date, you can enjoy a couple of menu items, instead of sampling a little bit of their bestsellers. Do we recommend the place? 100% yes. Are we going back? Yes, will bring the fam or the gang along to try other food on the menu.

Went during lunch on a Sunday (mother's day) and yet, we didn't have to wait long for our food. This speaks a lot about their service. They have more than enough staff that everytime we ask for something, someone is always there to assist. No wait time whatsoever. Food is great as well. We had their beef ribs, got free soup (group meal has 4 soup and salad, and we were 5). They are quite generous in serving as well. Enjoyed their potato wedges and calamares., and sizzling Laing. Legit chicharon bulaklak. Can pay through cash, gcash, debit and credit card

Food was amazing. Best for me was the ribs, crispy Pata and the chicharon bulaklak. Pork was really fresh as there's no after-taste and they clearly know how to do fried food.. Not greasy.. Just really yummy! 💕

We ordered beef kaldereta and half rack ribs which is served with bulalo soup and caesar salad. Soup and salad is superb and the meat was very tender and cooked well. Plus points to their juice glass, didn't expect the size 😂

Great alternative to the usual Tagaytay Bulalo experience. The food did not disappoint - do not let the ribchon name deter you from getting other great things like their crispy tawilis and gambas. My favorite though is the crispy kare kare tadyang and the bulalo steak. Will definitely keep coming back to this place.

Overall experience is 10/10 📌 Food & Drinks. It's our first time trying these and the experience is quite memorable. They have a coffee something sauce for the ribchon and I like the spicy one. Their sizzling bulalo is a lot. You can actually have it for take out 📌 Facilities and Service. Staff are good and the restaurant is clean. We went there for dinner and dining outside is an experience 📌 Parking. There's a car parking area

The food is great. It tasted good. You know the preparation was thought of. The baby back is worth coming back to, falls of the bone and very tasty. However, it is very pricey, cool for occasions 👍

Spent one of my most satisfying birthday lunch here! The food is the best and we loved everything we ordered! Will definitely come back. The ribs is such a delight!

The pork ribs seem too brittle while its sauce was a tad rich. The dinakdakan was good, however, as it was served sizzling hot. Another disappointment is the Crispy Tawilis which was not crispy at all.

Actually 4.5 if possible! Really different, its like a bbq ribs but not american style! Great servings!

It was our 1st visit to eat at Ribchon in February 2023. The service was great and food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the crispy pasta, soft on the inside and well seasoned and crispy on the outside. One of the best crispy pata that we've ever had! The halo-halo was very good, too. I would highly recommend eating at Ribchon!

I didn't have high hopes for this place and thought it's just another lechon restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised with the food which was delicious! I especially liked the okoy salad where the deconstructed okoy isn't oily or greasy but light and crispy. I think the serving size is just right for the price. The servers were also very attentive and nice. Would love to come back soon to try their other items.

Overall great experience. Service excellent. Bryan made sure we got everything we ordered. Loved their ribs.

I'd call this one of the few bulalo restos that have credit card options. An air-conditioned area - with an option for al fresco in case you have a pet with you. Reasonably priced and unlimited refills for bulalo broth. Their chicharon bulaklak brittle basket elevates the bulaklak to a spot in heaven- kaya ingat lang 😄 Adding this spot to my fave list of restos in Tagaytay.

Place was okay. Service was very good. Ribs was superb. Bulalo steak was simply okay. Fresh Olympia was humongous. Food price is typical Tagaytay (bit pricey) but serving is quite big

Always finding time to get back here whenever we're in Tagaytay, good food and value for money. We usually order Steak Bulalo, Okoy Bites & Tawilis.

This is a fantastic place for updated Filipino comfort food. I’m not a ribs fan, normally dislike barbecue sauce, so I’m glad they have an “original” recipe. It was fantastic, especially with their signature sauces—the ribs sauce and the kapeng barako sauce. We also enjoyed the Sizzling Laing (must!!!), the Bulalo Kansi (fantastic) and even their Tanglad oil for the rice. It is a little pricey, pero di ka naman titipirin. For the quality, serving size, comfort, and cleanliness, well-worth it. Will return.

Great food, attentive staff

Crispy pata was over cooked, it was hard to eat. Pancit was too salty, gambas was great and tasty, rice was dry. 4/10 quality of service.

To all meat-lovers passing-by Tagaytay City, this place is a must. Wide array of meat dishes appropriate for the cool Tagaytay weather. Their ribchon is to die for served with different sauce to suit your taste buds.

Good food. Definitely a must to visit when travelling in the South. Aside from the ribs, the dayap cheesecake is a must try.

Stopped by because it was raining and I was cruising on the motorcycle. I'm glad I did! Since they were a ribs place, I went ahead and tried their ribs. Two dipping sauces, coffee based and lemongrass based. I was suspicious about the coffee bbq sauce but it was delicious! It was like Sweet Baby Ray's but has a coffee flavor with it. Excellent.

Food is excellent. Definitely a meat lover’s paradise. Try the Tanglad & Coffee-bbq sauce.

That was yummy. A unique take on the baby back ribs and bulalo. An absolute must try. Make sure to use the tanglad sauce on your rice 😋

The most tender pork ribs you'll ever eat in your life! Highly recommended! Try also tanglad oil, bangus belly and bulalo but people come here for their tasty ribs 😍

The baby back ribs are the best! Enjoyed the experience of dipping it in the different sauces. They all tasted great! The price is worth it. Boyfriend really liked the kapeng barako sauce. Even the pumpkin soup & the honey mustard dressing is amazing~
