Mike and Paul are great people to work with. I brought my Turbo Levo in for repair (Failed TCU). They were able to determine the issue and had it fixed in 2 days. They actually had the parts in stock! They worked with the Specialized Rep to get the issue resolved. They kept me in the loop the whole time. Just for reference I purchased the bike out of state. The next purchase will be from Paul’s! Give these guys your business they sure work hard to earn it. Update: Mike in service is a rock star. Once again they came to the rescue! Replace the rear hub after I shredded it. Great service fair pricing. Most importantly they consider the overall cost! They don’t upsell they recommend and let the final decision to the customer. I like to shop where owners and staff are relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel important and appreciated as a customer. This describes Paul's Cycling and Fitness. I don't think there is anything they wouldn't do for a customer. Pauls is a first class source for Specialized bikes, accessories and service. The also have a big assortment of Specialized Electric Bikes for a customer to choose from. I am a senior and having such a huge selection and someone willing to work with you to find the right fit and right model is like hitting a homer. Regardless of your age don't hesitate for a moment to think you can't ride a bike. There is no pressure to buy anything except what you want and you can try them out in their big parking lot. Denis is one of the owners and you couldn't ask for a nicer and more knowledgeable Specialized cognoscenti. His daughter Kayla has been so helpful and an incredible source of information. I definitely understand why Pauls has been in business for such a long time. Thanks to the entire staff for being so helpful. I am loving my Specialized.

Top notch bike shop, my favorite in town! These guys are super knowledgeable and have helped me through many a bike debocale. Just make sure you talk slow and use small words with Mike and Bob, I think they're a little soft in the head.

I need to amend my original post and wish I had not posted it as quickly as I did because the owner, Paul responded to me immediately and listened to me explain what happened. Then he drove to my house with what I needed and even brought me a extra tube. I regret not having waited to express myself publicly and given him the opportunity to respond to my problem. It is very obvious that the owner cares about his customers. I want to thank Paul and will be their customer from here on. I am going to bring 3 bikes there for some service. I am highly recommending Paul's Cycle and Fitness

There are still great people in this world and they are one of them. My family and I were traveling through and needed some help with our cargo carrier they were a dealer for. They went out of their way to help us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for anything they sell!!

These guys get it. I am a novice cyclist with a very novice mountain bike. Paul's technicians fixed my problems without gouging me and were pleasant, professional, and down to earth.

My wife and I first bought a recumbent exercise bike from Paul’s cycles and fitness and we’re very pleased with the attentive service and experience they lent to our decision to buy the unit we did. When it came time to replace our bicycles Paul’s was the first place we went to to look for a new bike for myself and an E bike for my wife.Dennis and the guys there were very helpful, explaining all the different models they had and my wife was able to ride several different bikes. After shopping other shops in the Greensboro/ Winston Salem area we came back to Paul’s cycle and bought both our bikes there and have been extremely pleased with them. Dennis was also very helpful in helping me pick out a very good bike rack for our new bikes, as the E bikes are a bit heavier than traditional bikes and we needed to upgrade from our old bike rack. All the staff at Paul’s are friendly and very knowledgeable. They also helped us find additional bike trails in the area to ride. If you’re looking for a bicycle , or exercise equipment, you should definitely go see one of the staff members at this family run business in Winston Salem.

Dennis and company took care of me as a newbie MTB rider. As a heavyset tall rider I was worried about getting fitted for a bike but they got me squared away. 10/10 recommend
