Great place if you are REALLY serious about your recovery. They have a staff like none other. They ACTUALLY really care unlike "Mindpath Health centers Aka Carolina Partners in mental health ..who dropped me when I needed them the most...this place will not turn anyone away...they genuinely want to make an impact on the community against the plague of addiction and so they know that most people struggling to get help make excuses not to get help..like..."they can't get an appointment" THEY ACCEPT WALK-INS HERE!!! that should speak volumes...on top of that they will not turn anyone away bc they do not have cash ready to throw down....seriously...life is better with them...at least for me...I feel better and better every week...and before I found this place...I almost lost complete hope in the "medical community" and myself in general.

Today makes exactly 1 week since I found out about Eleanor Health. My health insurance introduced me to Eleanor Health. Since the very first day, (being only just 7 days today), this Health Service has gone over and beyond any other skilled agency I have EVER dealt with. I've had business relations with many, many offices, companies, organizations, etc throughout my adult life of 30 years. Surely I've had good relations with the representatives or agents of other businesses, but nothing compared to Eleanor Health. The day an agent from Aetna, my health insurance, randomly called ( I had previously just been discharged from the hospital), I was asked by the agent if there were any services she could help assist me with. I asked her what type of services is she referencing. She began telling me that Aetna is partnered with Eleanor Health that can provide many personalized health services and/or treatment programs. The agent began naming a list of services that are provided. While listening to her, she mentioned a treatment program that Eleanor Health provides. I expressed my interest in it and explained why. Very quickly, I was speaking to a health advocate from Eleanor Health. I discussed my reasoning of interest with their services. She gave me information on it and scheduled a Zoom, video chat appointment for my husband and me to have with her the next morning at 7am. Our appointment was on time and just as planned. She was very patient, had great listening skills, provided all contact information for herself and two other contacts we possibly would need at some point. She answered questions we had and obtained our contact information. She informed us she needed to reach out to therapist who dealt with our needs and would follow up with us to provide the information. Before completing our call, she scheduled us another appointment with her for the following day, same time. (My thoughts of how our health advocate was so diligently working for our benefit was amazing me). At the next days appointment, she gave us the information of the "couples therapist" we would be seeing at our next appointment. She already had the appointment scheduled and it was just 7 days away @ 9 am. (There's something very important that I'd like to insert here. Our health advocate with Eleanor Health is - Tara; and she has really impressed me. She proves her words with her actions; and she puts the interest of her patients as top priority) After the appointment with the couples therapist, Tara had an appointment scheduled to see her the following morning at 7am to review and follow-up on the previous days appointment. This same treatment is what we're still receiving.... And we know that every time we join in to a zoom call with Tara; we'll be greeted with a big & happy smile and a beautiful personality as well. Every business needs a Tara for every patients contact !!! Tara has forever left a mark on our hearts; not just because of her sweet spirit; but also for the agency she represents. Eleanor Health has also been impressive. Just for the short time I've dealt with them... This organization knows how to treat patients and will be greatly blessed in return !!! After I have had more time dealing with Eleanor Health, I will post an updated review. I'm expecting the same generosity, but I'll have more inspired moments too share 😁🤗

I can’t say enough great things about Eleanor Health. They are helping me get my life back on track and after 15 years of being on pain meds I can finally live the way I was meant to. Every day is a blessing now, I use to think I needed medicine to get through life but now thanks to them I’m realizing how much life I was missing because of opioids. The nurses, doctors, therapists, and everyone in between are so helpful and willing to go well past their expectations to help me become a more productive person. They are totally about helping people with their addictions and not in it for the money, like most other places. I have been telling everyone about Eleanor Health and my family is forever in debt to them. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is stuck in addiction and wants help. Sincerely Chris-

Eleanor Health has been an absolute GOD SEND for me. They’re #1 motto is Harm Reduction, and that’s exactly what they do. They’ve never turned me away, they are extremely flexible with scheduling/changes in scheduling, and they’ve gone above & beyond to ensure that I wouldn’t be without a prescription/medication in the event of something going awry. Every interaction I’ve had with a nurse/PA/doctor have been 5 stars across the board. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this clinic, they are truly amazing. As someone who’s been through the wringer in terms of bad clinics/doctors, I can honestly say that Eleanor Health is the place where I feel safest and most taken care of. They’re not in it for the money, and it shows through their hospitality. Thanks for all that you guys do, and for being a part of saving my life, (metaphorically and quite literally as well!).

Beware. I was with EH for about a year for Rx management. I asked for therapy and they paired me, a 42 y.o. male with a female in her early twenties. She may be effective, but this kind of match shows little to no thought into the pairing. I met with her once and then asked to meet with a male therapist. I had to wait 3 months to meet with him, and one week before the appt. the meeting was cancelled and I was assigned back to my original therapist. There was no explanation, no phone call, no notice, nothing except a name change in the appt description in the portal. I never did received therapy during my time with EH. There were two other times my appt was changed and I received absolutely no notification. There were two instances when my pharmacy would not fill my desvenlafaxine, pointing out an issue with how the prescription had been written. I had already been taking it, and before I could get the problem resolved, I went through a week of brain zaps before starting over and waiting a month for any efficacy–twice. The issue may have been with the pharmacy, but it was never cleared up. Before my appts with my prescriber, I would keep getting voicemails saying it was Tiffany and to call her back. No other information. I also received calls by employees wanting to check me in and take vitals over the phone. This was always unprofessional. I could tell at times the person was driving in her car and not paying any attention to the call. I was supposed to have one final appt with my provider next week. EH sent me a letter dated 11/2 and post marked 12/30 that asked me to update my insurance because my plan would change with the new year. There is no way to do this in the portal. I called; no one answered and I could not leave a message. I started a chat and never got a response. I sent an email, no response. Then I received an email saying my appt had been cancelled. I called and no one answered. I tried to log in to the patient portal to communicate with someone, and I was locked out. I went to my WakeMed PCP who is fine taking over the med management. I will meet with her every 6 months instead of every 1-3 with bs check-ins. I can schedule and communicate with them online, because it is the 21st century. I advise anyone not to go to EH. They were basically the only MH provider in my BrightHealth network taking new clients. If you have to use them, get yourself stabilized and get the heck out of there. This was the most unprofessional demonstration I have ever seen in 27 years of receiving various levels of treatment from over 10 different providers.

Coming from someone who was lost and broken, I have never felt judged, looked down on etc. Since going to Eleanor. I will say Dr. Mark McGrail is hands down the best yet. He actually cares. He takes the time to listen and come up with a plan that will actually work.

I have been a patient of theirs for about 6 months and have not experienced any problems. The treatment I have received so far has been stellar.

👍👍 This clinic is wonderful in so many ways. They've walked me through getting the process started for infertility, then birthing my daughter (did the group classes which were wonderful), and maintaining my OB health. 😠 Avoid this place if you can. I only stayed here for as long as I did, because it was my first time in treatment and I didn't know any better. Now that I've been to other treatment centers and received better help, I know how bad things were at Veritas. For context, my stay was two years ago. First...

🫤 I first want to say that treatment is a privilege and I am grateful that I had access to the levels of care that I did. Many of the Vtas staff both changed and saved my life and I am grateful to those individuals. That being said, I also left Vtas with more trauma than I came in with. Vtas does not...

😠 They won’t prescribe anything that helps me and they show up to my apartment to threaten me uninvited and won’t leave when I ask them to. They threaten hospital commitment for simply being smarter than them. They told me to drink beer.
