I do not even know where to begin - Y’ALL! 10/10!! When my fiancé and I started talking about what kind of wedding band he wanted, he decided he wanted something more personal and sentimental. He thought it would be cool to somehow incorporate sand from the restaurant we went to on our first date/same place we ended up getting engaged, a shell from a beach we went to on our first date, soil from our first home, and a rock from our wedding venue and making them into the ring. We had ideas about how it could look/work, and searched so hard to find a company that could bring this vision to life for us. Rustic & Main did just that! From the start, I called and spoke with Carolina who was SO helpful, informative, patient, and kind. She talked me through the process, went over all the options, was transparent with pricing, and then emailed me a list of everything we had discussed. When we placed our order, she double checked for us that everything looked right and ensured we would be getting exactly what we wanted. Phoebe was the craftsman that worked on our ring and we could not be more impressed with her work! The top layer of the ring is the sand, the middle layer is the rock and the shell, and the bottom layer is the soil. When we told them our ideas, they were confident they could make it work and make something unique and beautiful and they did just that! They truly can make your vision come to life and make super unique rings out of so many different items! Ordered our weddings rings a few months ago...we got them tried on once to confirm fit.....officially put them on Oct 11th and absolutely love them..my now wife is way happier with these then any diamonds. Was great we were able to look and choose colors and themes and customize to our likes. I will be back in a year to pick out an anniversary ring.

I want to say this company is amazing to work with! We placed an order that arrived with the ring stolen from the box. Called them and without hesitation they made another ring and delivered it at NO Charge. The second ring arrived and the UPS driver placed it on a gated front porch with dogs who ate the entire box. We never found the ring….. we filed a claim with UPS and a third ring was made. It arrived today just 3 days before our wedding and it’s absolutely amazing! As a Veteran I wanted something unique, and symbolic to my service and that is exactly what I received. Thank you Rustic & Main!!

It’s a beautiful ring but I incurred damage from normal wear and apparently did not inform them soon enough. Now the repair will cost $75, if you purchase from them you need to let them know immediately if there is damage to the ring so you can attempt to avoid the high repair costs. And be delicate with it, it’s wood and I feel as though my ring was not damaged in an “incident”.

Prone to scratches way too easily! The resin used in my ring makes the material that I picked to appear incredibly darker than what it should be. The scratches incredible way too easily, I end up wearing a back up silicone ring ($50) and can’t wear this ring ($800). Also, I received an email asking for a review of the ring in exchange for a free leather ring. The email only states to “simple just send an email of your review”. I’ve been following up with R&M support since April, it now mid October and customer support is now telling me the “they do not accept email reviews”,”go on a just now provided link to leave a google review. Too much of a headache for free leather ring and a “nice ring that I will now probably have to have serviced monthly for daily scratches.

I ordered a custom ring for my fiancé and it is absolutely perfect. The communication from Carolina throughout the process from helping me decide and find the right material, to placing the order, and making sure all the details were correct was great! The quality, appearance, and comfort of the ring are 5/5, and the personalization options and customer service can’t be beat. Can’t recommend enough! The ring I ordered is a 3-inlay, wide center, with providence lavender, Jack Daniel’s (center), and imperial diopside (green) in a titanium band.

Love this company! I ordered my fiance's custome ring and it was such an easy process. The customizer portion of their website is very easy to use. They sent rings sizers for free to get an exact fit and made it really easy to update the order with his size. Customer service has also been very helpful. I haven't received the ring yet but I trust that it will be amazing!
