Would have been nice to know we were in the middle of renovations during stay. No pool and construction workers everywhere. Price didn't match stay.

Ms Glinis (front desk) was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. The entire staff was great. Breakfast was good and rooms were very clean.

I would give the room 4 stars but the tub/shower in the king room should be a walk-in shower and more importantly, updated. This one is grimy! The rest of the room is nice and its clean. Front desk attendants are very courteous and welcoming.

My son was ate up with either bed bugs or fleas. I called several times for the manager to call me and never got a call. Finally gave up. This was back in January. Never again! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Convenient location!! Rose, Marvin and John took great care of us during our stay for our Family Reunion! Very nice facility, breakfast, pools and patio area w a bball court and fitness center. Housekeeping was extremely courteous to us...thank you all!

The front desk employees are friendly and helpful. This place has a great location. You are in walking distance to a Sam's, Cracker Barrel, Hook N Reel, and WalMart. Also, it shares a parking lot with TownHome Suites. The rooms are the traditional Residence Inn sizes with full size refrigerators, half stoves etc. The hotel may be a little older, but it is very clean and the amenities are solid with an indoor pool, fitness center, and an outdoor basketball court. Lastly and very important to me, the breakfast is great! Each day they had non pork meat options. I loved the quiche, the hot grits, waffle maker, oatmeal, danish, coffee selection, and the list goes on. The culinary crew takes pride in their duties and the area is very clean.

Great place to stay. It's right next to Town Place Suites so if your crew had a better chance of remaining together. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff are great. Great location as it's right in between a Sam's Club and Walmart. Only thing I think needs improvement would be the wifi could be faster. Considering I'm always in a hotel for work, a faster more robust wifi would be great.

Really enjoyed our service and stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be staying again when I come back to visit family!

This Place is AWESOME.. Breakfast is great and they have CHOCOLATE MILK.. We enjoy our stay so much.. it always smells clean and fresh. I would recommend this for your next visit To Fayetteville. <3

Girl's trip. We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Accessible to Restaurants, Mall and shopping. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Very good breakfast as well. Nothing bad to say about our stay or experience.

Good central location with acceptable dining close by. House cleaning was different. For extended customers linen exchange was only every other day and frequently they didn't change it until the third day. Pet friendly with an okay light breakfast available daily. The bed was very comfortable with an adequate amount of space. I was there for two weeks and it was good.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The breakfast was also pretty good.

It’s under renovation- construction (mid June 2023) and not a pleasant place to stay. See photos. No reason they could not have put this fact that they were not functional on their website. Not worth the couple of hundred dollar price with tax and with a AAA discount for a 1 bedroom per night. Marriotts are usually excellent in my experience.

My family and I loved our suite and the breakfast was really good. They were still renovating the lobby area when we were there. The pool was closed. I rated them four stars because they were not accommodating when we were promised accommodations. We were promised roll out beds if needed but when we checked in we were told that they don’t know who promised that but they no longer have roll out beds. To top it off we had drove very far and kindly asked the female receptionist on duty that day for a hour early checkin, we were refused so then we decided to ask again 30 minutes prior to check-in and not only were we told no but the receptionist was so rude and nasty when I asked any question about the room. Her answers were short with me, no smile, not friendly or welcoming at all. So that encounter was certainly not what I expected as a rewards member so for that reason I give them a 4 out of 5.

This is an old hotel, currently undergoing renovations (2023). The rooms are dated, but I hope the refresh changes that. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are no issues with the location.

I love staying at Marriott and especially At residents inns , however this time I didn’t have the best experience . We paid a lot of money for just one night , we was told that there is no late check out because the board is full which is crazy because we called at 8 am and we were only asking for an hour more to just rest up and collect ourselves, it was 11:10 and they came knocking on the door with an attitude then called the room saying do we need to stay another night , the staff is so rude at the front desk , they treat you based on your Marriott status.

This was our second stay at Residence Inn. The front desk folks are very helpful and pleasant! We fully enjoyed our stay. This Inn is located close to restaurants and shopping locations. The breakfast crew did a great job! Hats off to Residence Inn crew!!!

Dogs barked all weekend Update: made a noise complaint twice. Your front desk clerk stated that you were trying to locate the owners with no success both times. I travel frequently with my pet. NEVER had to be contacted for this reason.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in for an extended period of time. if you forgot anything at home. Walmart and Sams club are a 2 min walk away.

The dining experience was great Ms. BRENDA was great. She spoke to everyone, whether they spoke to her or not.. housekeeping, not so much.

Good hotel and nice rooms. Most staff was nice however my purse got stolen right out of my room while we were still checked in. The whole time I felt like they were just running through the motions and did not care if I got my things back or not. I recommend these hotels but maybe not this location if you value your belongings.

All the rooms are very clean the rooms are different and more homestyle separate for bedrooms and a fireplace and a kitchen it's just wonderful place to stay I still stayed in hundreds of hotels and the staff is wonderful the place is clean again and I highly recomm end to stay here exercise room a pool the breakfast is fine and they have a keys here there's really excellent for breakfast it was a great stay. In regard to that person's pocketbook being stolen that could happen anyway it can happen in the church so no matter there just use wisdom and praise the Lord amen

Update: I raised score from 1 star to 2. The manager reached out to me to apologize for the stay and credited me with my points. She did advise me that the hotel is slated for updates and most of the concerns would be addressed. Horrible experience. Too much to list. I have photos that Marriot should be ashamed of. The staff was cold/rude at first but I wouldn't let up and eventually, she opened up and cracked a smile. The room was falling apart, stained carpets and couches, one closet door, large screws protruding from cabinet walls, the shower was a wreck and gross, dining chair was ripped and falling apart. It shows very well in the photos but not in the room we had. The hot tub was out of order as well. I do have to say that we felt we were treated differently than other patrons (some other reviews mentioned the same thing). Maybe cause we are from the north, not too sure, but I am overly friendly to everyone no matter.... didn't get the same feeling in return. Made a complaint to Marriot and they gave me 5k in points after I had to redeem 20k in points to stay here....complete waste! Oh and try to find a number to call Marriot to complain...good luck I will stick with Hilton properties and customer service!!

The manager/attendant I spoke with showed some racist attitude towards me I have an accent but speak fluent English when I first called to make the reservation the person I spoke with had clear difficulties understanding me. Messed up my reservation never apologized never ever sent an email to confirm although she said she did she even kept repeating that I had booked the room for one adult I might have a foreign accent but to turn me around like that the reservation was made for 3 adults and 3 dogs initially then only 2 dogs ! The room is filthy old and in horrid conditions.
