    Please someone at the cooperation or district office listen and Read the Numerous complaints about the Pharmacy Manager and several of the Pharmacy Techs are Rude, Don’t Care about filling a medication my physician wanted me to start taking ASAP due to a severe infection. The medication was called in at 14:00 at 18:10 they hadn’t filled it yet. This was after I called and my wife went to the store at 14:50. They said one hour well that wasn’t the case. This isn’t the first time my family has problems with medication filled in a timely manner (Should not take three days for a popular medication that they have in stock and is filled by there dispensary system) The Manager is Rude, Nasty, doesn’t care about customer service at all!! I’m not being rude are impolite in any way. Always spoke to her with respect. Pharmacy Techs are just as bad. Seems to be the ones I’ve always seen there. The newer one employee are much nicer and caring about the customer. There isn’t enough room for me to tell you what myself and family have experienced but what I’ve seen other customers treated. It really amazes me they have any customers. I have CVS Caremark Insurance so that’s why I changed to this CVS it’s been one issue after another from day one. Normally I never complain or ask to speak to the manager but I had enough that was a mistake a huge one in front of Luther customers I was talked to like I was stupid and uneducated according to her because I said that I’ve waited three hours for a antibiotic that my physician called in a couple hours before I could drive home. After calling to make sure it would be ready when I arrived. Well after waiting another hour they still hadn’t filled the med. My family has owned a pharmacy since 1952 and still open today. Spent numerous hours filling prescriptions as a tech of course under my brother or fathers eye. I have never seen any pharmacy treat customers so badly. You may want to know I live in another state now so that’s why I didn’t go to my fathers pharmacy he’s 94 years young but still helps and chats with customers. We did business with the local CVS when we needed medication we didn’t have in stock and they were always polite and professional. This CVS is the Pope’s managed pharmacy I have ever seen. If anyone would like to talk to one so I can tell them the numerous problems my family and friends have experienced at this CVS please email me. I’ve seen to many customers treated and disrespected by some of the Pharmacy employees. It’s amazing it’s still in business. Sorry I’ve been long winded and probably made many grammatical mistakes but I’m not feeling that great because I’m still waiting to get my antibiotics 24 hours later hopefully it’s filled when they open. Oh that’s another problem they want come to the drive up window until your car runs out of gas.. Than you hope someone reads this and all the numerous bad reviews this store has.

    If I could give a negative start I would. I shouldn't have to wait 45 mins on the phone for someone to answer in the pharmacy department. While i was waiting for answer I drove up there to see how busy they were and they were not busy in the pharmacy. They were able to chit chat with each other but not answer the bleeping phone!

    This pharmacy is horrible nobody seems to know what they are doing every single time I come to this pharmacy I have a problem. Cooperate really needs to come and see what’s happing with this pharmacy the pharmacist should be ashamed of his staff!

    Can’t ever get anyone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. I have waited up to 30 minutes and longer to speak with the pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous this store needs to be closed up. This cvs should have been closed down instead of Walgreens in Mullins.. ITS A Disgrace..

    Not sure why it's taken them almost 5 hours to fill two small scripts but this is insanity. I called them 2 hours after the scripts were sent and I got told they were going on lunch but they'd be doing them as soon as they got back so they'd be ready by 2:30. Still hadn't heard anything around 3:45 so I called again and got told they were doing them right now....here we are almost 5:00 and still nothing. Chain pharmacies, such as CVS, are supposed to have those scripts filled within 15 minutes of getting them so not sure what the issue is....

    Was getting prescriptions delivered from this location for over 6 months when suddenly they called me and said they wouldn’t be able to deliver them this time because the address they had on file for me wasn’t the one I’d gotten deliveries to this whole time, but an address I lived at when I was 16 years old?!?!? Asked if they could change it, they said they couldn’t. Changed it on the website and they said it didn’t fix it and to call back tomorrow. Every time you call you will have to wait an hour for them to pick up and sometimes they pick up and immediately hang the phone up. Now I have been out of my prescription medication for over a month.
