Excellent place to eat …. We came in and the store was clean everyone very courteous and Ms. carol done an amazing job keeping the dinning area clean and all the tables wiped and she was very helpful assisting customers getting additional items and condiments. People like Ms. Carol make this establishment worth the hr and half drive I made to eat here!!! Thank You Carol for your amazing customer service and willingness to help. Side note some members of management were sitting beside us as if doing some training and the blond manager was a little rude to a young lady asking about an application she had put in….. Maybe her customer service needs a little polishing

This “8 piece nugget” meal seems like a joke :( My box of nuggets included 1 normal sized nugget and each small nugget piece counted as one nugget I guess haha Very sad to open the box and see this. I ordered online and the food was ready really fast but I don’t think I will be returning to this location just based off this alone.

This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. Paying and expecting a full large Fry, just to have to half full and sauce filling it. The Chick-fil-A I fell in love with, didn't cheat you to save a profit. Not happy at all about this, seeing how my sauce was placed. I'm sure this has been done to others before.

Whew child. This sandwich was horrible. When they fix the issue I'll edit my review. Lack of flavor, wrong chicken patty, mildly burned, half a piece of lettuce, missing tomato and min pimento cheese. Never been this disappointed. Service was good. It was super busy. Like lines out to the street busy.

First time at this location. There were employees outside taking orders, which was a first for us. Ordered the Peach milkshake, which was delicious with bits of peaches mixed throughout the shake. I was also a little concerned because it was so Hot yesterday and these employees were outside. I was told that they swap out. Good service here was friendly and I would recommend.

Only fast food restaurant that I've never had a bad experience. Food is always hot or almost hot. Never had an issue with staff. This applies to every Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. The price is on the high end but no bad experiences ever is worth an extra buck or two.

Mini breakfast nuggets bread be raw sometimes some nuggets are so tiny they're not even nuggets then stick them on top of each other any old kind of way and they all sticky you can't enjoy the biscuits individually

This is one of the best Chick fil-a’s i’ve been to, On top of the great food and service the atmosphere the workers create is great. I spent the week here in fayetteville for work and on our second visit Shirley one of the managers already had our names memorized and greeted us with a smile and made sure we had a quality experience. I would recommend this location to anyone and to the owner Shirley deserves a raise!

I had to finally leave a review. Hand down this location during the busiest lunch hour has the BEST chicken sandwich compared to any other location. The chicken is crispy and so good. It’s worth the wait.

never had a problem here until i came home and pulled my fries out of the bag tonight, they were extremely underfilled:( always check y’all’s food, they were hiding under my sauces.

Great location, food, and service. Would recommend going inside the restaurant and ordering rathering than going through the drive thru, it saves you a BUNCH of time.

Normally always great, the staff is always nice. Unfortunately probably the best in town and they are a fast food place, but kudos to them.

Stopped by to get breakfast after getting off my shift in the ER. Was told that even though they open at 6am that nothing would be ready until about 6:25am and was asked to wait 15 minutes because they didn’t have anything ready yet. I saw multiple employees walking in from their cars, I’m assuming late, while I was in the drive thru. Sad to be losing business because the employees can’t show up to work on time. I love Chick-fil-A but I’d recommend driving a few extra miles to a different location that’s professional enough to at least be open at their designated times.

Chick-fil-a is always a top notch place for food. The service is always polite, but with this location the single lane drive through at the end makes it take a bit longer than usual. Otherwise a great place.

This location was one of the better experiences. Quick, polite service. Energy in the store was positive. Upbeat. Food was hot, fresh and tasty.

It looks and feels like a gas station. Way too many flies flying around and landing on every surface, including cups and food. I ordered the salad because the chicken has no flavor. The salad is just OK. I will never understand the hype.

The food is always yummy and the service is great. They were super busy with the drive thru line wrapped around the building. But they moved us threw very quickly. I felt very sorry for the kids working outside because it was 105* outside but they did a great job.

Please workers, it's unsanitary to put condiments on french fries. The girl who was taking my order didn't say my pleasure afterwards. I know she was taught that in orientation. Keep up the good work, it show's.

Chick-fil-A has the efficiency of a corporation but always courteous with a home-town feel. This location is just that. Speedy service, but employees are still friendly and respectful. Food is always good. 👍

This place is fabulous the food is delicious and doesn’t taste like fast food. The people that work here makes you feel like you’re the best guest visiting there restaurant. I will recommend everything in the menu.

The chicken tenders were rubbery. It was not very good. I remember the chicken being very tender and juicy. If I would have had time, I would have drove back to the window. To make things worse, the fries tasted old. I haven't had Chick-fil-A in about 10 years. What happened?

Everything is good except for the chicken burrito. Unfortunately on this Raeford location they are very stingy with the chicken they put on the burrito . I bought 4x burrito at once & all of them had 1-2 very small chicken pieces on the burrito. In addition this location is also stingy on their fries. Other wise good location it is not as busy as the Fayetteville location. Chicken sandwiches are good. Servers are good.

Best store I've been to! They are always so fast, that your car barely brakes at all. As someone who now lives in NC, where stores are slow there, I appreciate the fast service back home.

Ordered on the app for the first time. Slightly confused in pickup methods so waited in a curbside spot, checked in and waited. When I saw a notification for new rewards I assumed food was coming. In the end, I checked inside and my order was ready at the counter. The food was good and fresh as always!

This was the best Chick-fil-A experience I've had in a long time! We came late (about 45 minutes before closing) and there was no wait at all. The staff was all surprisingly cheerful and attentive even though it was so close to closing. Our order was ready in no time and it was completely accurate.

This was my first time going to chick-fil-a. I started by greeting the employee and informing him that this was my first time. The employee (Conner) proceeded to say "what can I do for you"? I am thinking, " gee there is no menu... Do I order a #7 and hope it's something I eat"? Conner didn't offer suggestions or even hint to a menu item. My son ordered... I had my phone in hand as I was pulling my card out. Conner asks " do you need to add money to your card", if so I can send you to the window. 👀 👀 👀....What in the HOT HAM AND CHEESE is going on at this SO CALLED FANCY CHICK'IN EXPERIENCE. I will tell you....the way I was treated was worst than the idea that the company misspells chicken. I was totally at a loss for words. All the hype about customer service at this place, I didn't see an example of stellar customer service or even decent for that matter.

Service was quick and professional as always. The Chick-fil-A staff was clean well dressed and spoke clearly as well as listen closely. It was a great visit.

2 stars because food was great. Otherwise, service sucked. Went through the drive thru and the girl who took my order barely made eye contact or spoke, acted more annoyed that I was there. Skibo location always has polite and punctual people, will not return to Raeford Road location.

Great location and also the amosphere were nice and services were good and also the members are very nice.

This place provides just what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Excellent service, fresh food and slightly higher prices than everywhere else. The kids love it, the wife loves it and I just want to eat something.

Impressed how fast how they took my order in drive thru went. Young lady that took my order was superbly nice and helpful. I didn't know what to order so she made some suggestions and when I got my order I was quite impressed. My Chicken Club sandwich was freshly made, bacon was crispy, vegetables were fresh, and the buns were warm and perfectly wrapped neatly. I asked for my waffle fries to be crunchier and no salt, and they delivered!!! And the vanilla shake..WOW! WOW! WOW!!! Worth the price...worth the visit...made me do a happy dance...and my stomach was happy too. BTW..the staff are always..always friendly and polite! I love it.."My pleasure!"

Shirley was GREAT!! I was alone with my toddler and 11 month old and she checked on me several times, got a high chair for me & a to go back for our leftovers! She told me to ask her for help anytime I come in. With a smile & great attitude, there’s not much of that now a days - especially in fast food. Always great service at Raeford Rd CFA - thanks again Shirley you rock 😁
