Groucho's Deli excellent sandwiches. Great service would highly recommend 👌

The salads and sandwiches are delicious and filling. ------------------------------- This a go-to place for great salads and delicious sandwiches and sides. The tea is usually on point too.

We went in on Saturday, 2/25/23. The thin girl with dark hair and long nails was working the counter. She had a poor attitude and was annoyed that we wanted to stay and eat there. It was 8:15 p.m. When we asked if we could eat in, she answered: “ eat in? I guess.” Then she left the counter and went in the back room with her phone and slammed the door. When she came back out, the cook in the back came out and asked her a question. She turned around and snapped at him: “the deli is closed!” When my food was ready she threw it on the counter and didn’t say anything. The other girl was very nice and said: “your food is ready”, and she gave it to me. I felt sorry that she had to work with the other girl. The bad part of all this was that I didn’t tip because of the nasty girl. I didn’t know if they shared tips and I didn’t want that rude girl to get any money from me. Sorry I had to write this, but that was my experience. I’m from out of town, and that was a poor example of hospitality.

First time at this location. They were very fast. I sat ordered the "My Wife's Salad" and it came out faster than expected. It was three of them working and they handled everything excellently. They were young too but they did such a great job handling the drive through orders and in store orders. Job well done!

We ordered catered lunch for our staff training. Ordered was placed Wednesday. Ordering online was very detailed and easy to follow. Today when I to picked up our lunch. Although the staff was very busy , they were very friendly and had everyone lunch packed neatly with their names. All the orders were correct and freshly made. I did not have to wait at all. The staff loved their lunch. Groucho's Deli thanks for being top notch!

Good sweet tea and sandwich followed up with good service, how can you go wrong.

If you're a salad lover must go, like right now. They are very good and they give you more than enough. Plus their sub and sandwich are yummy.

One of the best lunch spots. Food has been great every time. A lot of the guys from my work go here and they are so fast we are back within a half an hour. That is with dining in! The wait staff are very polite and attentive. Prices are really good. Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots in Florence.

This place has gone down hill majorly. You apparently can only order online now and even then they can't get an order correct. That wouldn't be a big deal if the customer service wasn't so awful. It's more trouble than it's worth.

They always get my order right and that food is so good with that formula 45 sauce.

Ordered a Turkey Reuben on Swiss with pumpernickel. Had been here two other times and loved the food. They gave me a pastrami Reuben which I thought was Turkey. Ate half of it because I hadn’t eaten since six am and was starving. Asked if they could remake me half a sandwich and they were super rude and nasty to my daughter and I. Girl said they could remake my sandwich and then another girl came out and said they wouldn’t because I ate some of the sandwich. They also messed up my daughter’s salad after she asked for no balsamic and paid for extra ranch and added chicken to it and that it not have balsamic on it. Girls in the kitchen were the rudest people I’ve ever met in South Carolina. Won’t be back. Ever. Do yourself a favor and go to McAllistair’s instead.

Groucho’s Deli is one of our must haves at least once a week around this house! We love it!! The staff is always very pleasant!!!

I called Groucho’s today to order a Togo lunch. I was surprised to receive an automated message regarding a new order online option. I pressed one and immediately received a link via text message to place my my order. The process was very simple. My order was ready when I arrived and the drive through process was a breeze ! The Groucho’s staff was friendly as always. Great experience and love the order online enhancement!

I mostly get the salads, they're so good! I esp. love their dressings- Formula 45 is my fave!

Griuchos was recommended to me by a customer. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months and have had nothing but outstanding experiences there. The crew is personable and professional and the food is wonderful. Today I had a BLT and a powerhouse chicken salad both of which were awesome. I have snf and will continue to frequent this location as well as recommend it to others

Groucho’s never disappoints me! My order is always correct. They are a great reprieve from burgers and chicken.

Had a large order for a work lunch. They had it ready on time and even thought of things like cups, ice, etc without me even bringing it up. Super helpful and pleasant team!

I got the "My Wife's Salad Bowl".... It was delicious and a big salad 🥗... Enjoyed the ranch to, it has herbs and it was thick and creamy. Loved it!!!! Definitely would recommend. Only 8.99. The best deal and taste in Florence, SC.....

Picked up a very large order on a Sunday. The order was perfect. Used the drive thru window. Order was ready when they said it would be. The employee made sure to tell me which bags had the extra stuff ordered. The food itself, fantastic!

I order my food online and was literally right around the corner. Online said 10 mins, but it was ready in less than 5mins. The my wife’s salad was delicious too 😀.

Workers where not wearing mask . They looked at us like we each had three heads when we walked in wearing masks. When I asked for a menu all they did was point to the wall. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will not be returning to this location . I felt very disrespected would have gave less stars but they only go down to 1.

I really don’t like to handle things on social media, but I’ve tried several times to call the restaurant. The phone doesn’t even ring, and the voicemail picks up but says it’s full. Not sure what is going on with Groucho’s these days. Had trouble placing order in app and kept getting an error. After trying it 3 times, I tried it without the rewards, and it finally went through. No big deal. We can always use the rewards another time. Got the order home, and it was completely wrong. When I checked my card to dispute the claim (since I could not get in touch with the restaurant) I was charged 4 times! I received 1 confirmation email.

My food was a disaster,I waited over 30 minutes for my incorrect order (all while others who ordered after me received their food). I informed the manager about my food being made incorrect and I was given a lack luster apology. I would've given 0 stars but that is not an option. Please save your money.

My husband and I stopped by here on our way home from the airport tonight. We love to support local so we thought we'd try them and I have to say, we loved our sandwiches.
