I signed up because of a promo they had at my gym. The billing was messed up from the beginning and got charged way more than I should have. I had to talk to 3 different people to get it sorted out. I had said no pork or fish and they sent pork to my house during the holy month of Ramadan. I sent photos and complained and they could only say “sorry, we will refund you for a day”. Nothing along the lines of: 1. We will replace the meal. Or 2. We can deliver for you. I was told and confirmed multiple times that delivery would be $1.5 per meal ($9 in my case) but was charged $15.99 each time. They also sent me meals that had stickers on it and when I reached out to complain, no resolution was provided. Needless to say, kinda expensive for frozen meals, portion is not a good size and they mess up and don’t fix issues. Better if grabbing hot food elsewhere. Stay away. I will not take the review down until issues I have are resolved.

OH MY GOD!!!!! this food is freaking delicious! Plentiful! and FRESH!!!! I feel guilty eating it. I finally found what I wanted i tried it all. Nutrisystem sucked preservatives, nasty food this is REAL food, I don't even need to season!! I'm finally gonna reach my goal without giving up taste and quality. I calculated what I spent on my own and in comparison with Jet fuel 2 meals a day I am paying LESS!!!!!! I'm telling you try it!!! and lets not get me started with customer service Jeeeez every single person has been beyond the call of duty amazing!! My New Yorican girl MELISSA is the OUTSTANDING. Before I knew it I had a small change to do on my account and there's no way you can be mildly concerned or upset because she just exudes professionalism, customer service and an all around "I GOT YOU attitude!" In JETFUEL as I say being a business woman "there are no problems only solutions" and believe me this is from the heart I'm tough and they are on point!!! Love it !!!

The food is amazing and the portions are well done. I absolutely love Jet Fuel services. The food is well seasoned and I can customize my order based on my dietary needs. I get excited every week knowing that I'll be tasting something different! I definitely recommend Jet Fuel to everyone.

I had the meal plan with Jet Fuel for a while. They promote in their bags and everywhere that they are healthy meal plan but the truth is that the meals arent healthy at all. Pork, chicken meals are full of oil that you can literally see it. They also have a pasta which they call chicken pizza full of pepperoni and cheese? Not healthy at all. Many exclusions I had and they would send the wrong meals. I had the athletic weight gain plan, which they say includes fish, shell fish, chicken, pork and meat but 99% of the time they would not give you fish. Lastly I had shrimp and I got food poisoned so bad that I was two days with stomache ache. I dont recommend Jet fuel meals.

I have to say the customer service is absolutely amazing. I had a real sweet girl Jhanette help me with my meal planning. What a great experience. The food is really good. I was impressed. Definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service and easy to get a hold of if you happen to have any issues with your meal plan. Which does not happen often. Now in regards to the food, the quality and taste is great. I am not vegetarian but I got the plant base to cut on the amount of meat I eat and also loose some weight. The food is fresh and season just right to add flavor. The presentation of the food is restaurant like and the flavor as well. Also the 3 deliveries a week keeps you eating fresh meals. I am honestly impressed on how well they have everything figured out and can’t wait to try the keto plan. Keep up the good work.

This is my first time using Jet Fuel Meals and I'm using it to try to lose weight. I opted for the Keto menu, and it's been great so far. The meals are delicious and satisfying, though the portions are smaller than what I'm used to. I'm only 2 days into the program, but I'm really happy with the service thus far. The company reaches out to me often, and the meals were delivered by 4am on Monday, so I was set with food for the next two days. I love that I can exclude the foods I don't eat in my menu, so no dairy and no pork. And I'm really looking forward to what other meals they have in store, and the weightloss that's sure to come from this clean eating.

I am very happy with the service that Jet Fuel Meals provided. Always on time at my door and I was ready for the week! Meals taste really good, all fresh ingredients and home made flavors. The food variety of each delivery is what I like the most, every meal has different sides, sauces, spices, some with meat, chicken, shrimps, really good! This is our first week with Jet Fuel. So far it has been great... a little more money than making lunch ourselves and a LOT more variety and flavor! This is the pork loin ala cilantro. Delicious, and the side veggies are always fresh and well seasoned. And having lost 35 pounds on a Keto diet, I was not ready to go back... and with these meals I don't! Keto with all the taste and excitement of luxury meals!
