What an awesome visit. I had the Kung pow shrimp and chicken with pork dumplings it was off the charts. Five stars is not enough. To top it all off I had an excellent server named Brandy, be sure and ask for her on your next visit, I know I will.

My server was Madison with the black hair and she was 100/10! Super attentive, sweet, and treated us so nicely. The food was great and our drinks were always refilled without having to ask. Also the bartender Brandy is such a sweetheart! Great conversation with her. I felt like we had been friends for years. The atmosphere is always nice in here and the seating is very comfortable. I will definitely dine in again asap!

Just moved here 5 weeks ago from New Orleans. We’ve eaten at this PF Changs 4 times. Love it! But our server today Mr. Xzavier was incredible. He was attentive, funny and the food was awesome! Our favs… Changs Wonton soup, Changs spicy chicken and the fried banana rolls with pineapple coconut ice cream was delish!!!! We will be back very soon.

Never heard a bad review about this place and I see why now. Food is absolutely amazing. We got the Tempura Calamari, Dynamite roll, Spicy miso ramen, and miso glazed salmon. With the two pomegranate lemonades that we got, the bill came up $74. So it can be pricey but it was well worth. I like the music that they play in there. Be prepared for it to be packed, if you go on Saturday. Plenty of seating and it's not cramped. They serve alcohol as well. Great place altogether.

First time at this restaurant and we loved it! Good food, beautiful place that makes us travel with the theme songs. Attentive service. We love kids food!

My husband & I ate her tonight first time ever. Pics looked amazing… we ordered 3 items for $48. The egg rolls were RAW!! The meat to the Mongolian beef was garlic to death & cooked hard -too long. Never again…. The heat & eat frozen in stores are ten times better. And cheaper!

Definitely not all it’s cracked up to be. Super expensive and over rated. also, we were told that the portions would feed 2-3 people family style. That is a lie. Pork ribs were completely FAT and no meat. Pineapple rice was gross. The fried rice is bland and the noodles were as well. Spicy chicken was not spicy and honey chicken was decent. However, our server did a really good job. That’s the only reason I gave the two stars that I did.

PF Changs is the best the food is great but most of all our waitress Jocelyn was amazing she was very kind and took her time to serving our needs

My wife and I came in on New Years Eve, and everything was perfect. My wife and I have never been to this establishment before. Our server Kenady didn't disappoint she gave us great recommendations. Her service was above and beyond anything we could have expected. The food was great, but our server truly made our experience absolutely amazing!

Jocelyn and Mary are so nice and I would come back just to have them as my servers. They were kind, respectful, and speedy. Loved the food and the servers made my experience 10 times better.

Really struggling with their service. Staff who show up to work and do their best should be commended and treated with much respect. Unfortunately, so many chain restaurants like this one are short staffed these days and the service suffers terribly because of it. On more than one occasion the wait time for a pick-up order has been way off, most recently over thirty minutes, and an entree was completely left out of the order. Some will say it's a sign of the times. I say, management and leadership needs to keep working hard to find solutions. Hopefully they do as we should all want businesses in our community to be successful.

For people looking for a fine night of fasting this is the place to go. Egg drop soup was thick and syrupy like gelatin. The spicy general changs chicken was spit out immediately… I’ve had better chicken from a gas station. The tofu pictured below was… bad. At least the soy sauce was good. Unfortunately, 0 stars wasn’t an option. Gordon Ramsey should visit this PF Chang’s location.

I love coming to PF Chang’s as their staff makes the experience. We were greeted by Zeke and you can tell how much he loves his job. He went out of his way to explain the menu to us and provide his personal recommendations. He takes pride in what he does and provided exemplary service to our group to ensure we had everything we needed. His energy was infectious and PF Chang’s is extremely lucky to have a staff member like him that truly cares about the customers.

Our waitress was super attentive and kind! We had a great experience. The seasonal hot filet mignon wontons were very delicious!

The service was amazing, very friendly staff. The food was good. I would go there again. However, I would try a different dish. I had a coconut mojito, the chili crab, and pork belly rice. Tempura roll was appetizer.

This is the first PF Changs I have been to, but it won't be the last. We weren't very hungry and opted to split a meal with my husband. The sweet and sour chicken was so good that we decided to try another dish, Mongolian beef. It was equally as amazing as the sweet and sour chicken! Brandy, our server, made wonderful recommendations and was so nice! She was such a blessing! Her attitude and care for her customers made the entire dining experience wonderful! We will definitely dine again if we are ever back in the area.

Came here for a dinner date with a friend. I’ve always heard about PF changs but never went myself. I was excited for my virgin first time. Sat at a table quickly, but the server didn’t arrive for about 10-15 minutes. We finally got a server after waving another one down and started the experience. We ordered some appetizers and entrees and I’m afraid to say I don’t remember which ones. The plates were single serving size and expensive for the quality. The sauce was overbearing and made the food inedible. One of the dishes that was not supposed to be spicy was spicy. It was just an odd experience and the best part of the meal was the dessert, some chocolate tort thing. Anyway, not great at all!

Dishonest bartender! I had a very unpleasant experience with this PF Changs. I had a $23 dollar bill, I left an appropriate tip, took my receipt and left. The next day I see my credit card has been charged $12 dollars above and beyond the actual bill! Someone had changed the tip amount! This is inexcusable and shouldn’t be tolerated. When I contacted the manager she acted very nonchalantly and basically made me feel like this wasn’t a big deal. Maybe this happens often at this restaurant. Be sure to keep your receipts and check your credit card charges if you eat here. I will not be back.

I was very disappointed to come into PF change Bar, and a kid is sitting her being loud. He was about 3 years old. I thought it's a law against kids sitting at the bar. When I sit at the bar, it is to avoid being around kids because it should be an adult environment. I felt like I was at a kiddy park with a loud, annoying mom also. The bar was dirty I we had to ask her to clean it and the dirty plates are just sitting at the bar. I wasted my time and money today and I am very disappointed.

So let me get this straight, it's Father's Day weekend and your beer taps are down? Really? Okay well the first server we had was well when he showed up (10 minutes after being seated) he was okay. Fine, and to answer the question about Beer, if I want bottled beer I'll drink at home. It's a special occasion to go here, and it's taken a step back. The green beans are better frozen from the store, they were at best a glob a grease. At least the fried rice and honey chicken was good. The second server was definitely better than the first, they traded before we ordered late lunch.

Today we visited PF Chang in Mt. Pleasant. The food was good. The server was quick. The portions do not seem as big as in previous visits to other locations. Thank you.

Carlton is one of our all-time favorite servers at Mount Pleasant. P.F. Chang’s. He completely always gets our order correctly even my crazy Tea blend!

Awful food. Gross and unappetizing. Check out the spring rolls that I couldn't even touch - such a turn off. Chicken was thin and chewy, and even after eating left me hungry. Portions are too small. Even the fortune cookies were inedible ... so stale that they wouldn't snap, only bend. Try my luck at the $5 all you can eat Chinese buffet next time. Their springs rolls look better than this. What a joke.

We had a late lunch, our meal was delicious they were not very busy so no trouble with seating. And our meal came pretty quickly.

The waiter was definitely not very attentive.However I did tip but purely out of habit not service.First time here not impressed with food. Spicy chicken wasn't spicy at all a bit over cooked somehow takeout at my local restaurant is far better that being said I may in future try again to see if there is a difference in a diffrent menu choice. So for now it's a mew🤔 for me.Upside great atmosphere my adult beverage was delicious 😊
