Went to the store and wanted to purchase a rug. It was the model on display and had a few snags in it. I asked for a discount. The lady assisting me said that she could give a small discount and would take it to the front. I went to pay for the rug and our cashier could not find the discount on the tag. She wanted me to go find the lady who “said” we got a discount. I gave a description and we waited for over 10 mins. I would not lie about a discount and I should not be expected to find the woman. I left while still waiting for the staff. The clerk was not helpful.

I shop at this location quite often and have spent quite a bit of money here. I am a TJX card holder. Today, I tried to use a $10 reward voucher and it would not work. It was just issued to me. I asked the manager, Lane, if she had a way to override it. She told me no, that I would need to call Synchrony bank and ask to get a new one issued. I am sure she had the ability to override that as how else would she correct items that ring up wrong or are damaged. It’s not about the $10 as I was spending far more than that. It was about the lack of custom service and that is what upsets me. And she was not even nice about it.

This HomeGood's location is just like others however it has more items in it and is usually packed.

Friendly, well stocked store with lots of variety and great prices! I cam to this store after a very negative experience with a rude male employee at the Cary location, and I had a much better experience at this location!

I’ve visited several times. This is a very disrespectful customer service staff and highly micro aggressive towards people or color and especially black customers. They get a lot of merchandise but do not have sense to make walkways safe enough for people to navigate the store… the organization is cute until you realize you’re bumping into it all fragile pieces. They intentionally take up your time at the register if you ask for a mark down. The mark downs are always a damaged item but the store will argue with you and gaslight you saying the item “comes like that”…disregarding visible damage. Back to customer service —they need training! Yesterday I watched a lady who had just checked out hauling a whole bunch of heavy fragile pieces—no staff offered to help her. I noticed a $150 glass lamp she had slipping out but…my hands were full too so By the time I ran over, her item fell and busted before she could even get out the door. Only person the black lady by the door and other black customers came to assist her.

I've been to a lot of home goods and I can honestly say that this one is the most amazing one ever! The place is PACKED WITH GOODIES. so many amazing items. Like the shelfs are literally.over flowing with stuff. I can get lost in here for hours. They've got furniture, kitchen, art, etc. The staff is always ready to go and get you through the line as fast as possible. This is nice because sometimes the line can get long. Wear a mask, obviously. I got these cute thank u cards for like 5 bucks !

What’s nice about HomeGoods (not this one specifically) is that it’s dog friendly. A lot of people don’t know that. This store typically has a great selection and stays pretty organized. My only complaint is a lot of the heavier objects that are stored on rolling carts get put in somewhat inconvenient spots. The aisles being tight also makes it tough to roll the carts. But all in all, this is a pretty stocked store to browse in!

The staff is friendly, and there's a wide variety of options available for all seasons. They regularly update their items, and the home decor selection is fantastic. In addition to furniture, pet items, photo frames, and kitchen items , but the options available for home decor is awesome.

I’m going to be honest: this store blew my mind. There is such a variety of things it’s almost overwhelming (and may be overwhelming for some people). As their name suggests, they specialize in home goods (i.e.- lamps, pillows, decorations, artwork, rugs, electronics, etc.). Believe me there are tons of options to choose from. Walking up and down the aisles alone would take well over an hour if you looked at everything. I love the store and loved shopping there but my one complaint is they have next to no floor lamps. They have desk lamps all day long but only several floor lamps and that was a disappointment because that’s why I went in the other day. Oh well, still an incredibly fun (and dangerous) store to shop in!

They have everything you can imagine for your home. I just wish the store was a little bigger so there is more room for multiple shoppers to shop comfortably.

I have never been disappointed every time I go in the store. Always tell my friends about this place.

This shop is really hit or miss. If you go on the weekends, it’s hard to get a cart through the aisles since they are so narrow but during the weekday it’s so much better!
