I moved here 8 months ago and needed to find a really good vet for my 6 year old golden retriever, Bear. Numerous people recommended that I take Bear to Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital and I am so grateful that they did. I absolutely love my veterinarian, Dr. Tolley Rice. She has been beyond amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure all of my questions/concerns are answered. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel reassured that my baby boy, Bear, is in the best of hands. I am so grateful to have her as Bear’s Veterinarian. Thank you Dr. Rice for everything you do! I am so thankful and appreciative for you. On that note, let me continue by saying that The entire staff here at Carolina forest veterinary hospital is absolutely amazing and their customer service is top notch - I mean it’s absolutely phenomenal! I am so grateful for all of you and want you know how much it means to me to have such a phenomenal vet that I can trust will always take the best care of my baby boy. My dog is my entire world, so again, I cannot thank y’all enough for everything you do! Y’all are absolutely amazing!

The absolute best Veterinarian I have ever been to! They have everything under one roof. Totally took care of my 15 year old Lab mix u til she passed in 11/21...now they will be taking care of my new puppy! Can't say enough about how great Dr. Gainey is 😍🥰

I would like to thank Jennifer and Victoria for their sweet dispositions, their patience with our questions and their thorough explanations of what we need to do to help our fur baby feel better. The whole staff for their kindest and especially the Grinch!! He made the whole day feel like we were surrounded by family, the silly side. Lol!

I felt that everyone wanted our dogs to be there. Dr Jen is amazing, she was gentle and quiet with our puppies. She is one of the best vets I have ever met. The reminders were very helpful. They even cared enough to call the next day to check on us. Everyone answered our questions with out any hassle..

Dr. Lu is the kindest veterinarian. The staff is always welcoming & helpful. I’m so happy to have found Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital when we moved here. They are thorough & hands on with our crazy crew.

We would NEVER think about taking our Beau to any place else. The whole staff are caring and compassionate. We have used Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital for 15 years. They have always treated us like family and provided our pets with outstanding care.

Everyone is competent and professional, but you would expect that from any veterinary group. I love the way they care for my dog. Everyone, from reception to vet tech treat her with gentleness and care. I get a phone call the day after any procedure, including after simple vaccines. I feel comfortable asking questions. She’s has 2 teeth cleanings here. After each one I get a report card with pictures and explanations about each procedure. I’ve been squeezed in for an emergency visit. We moved to SC five years ago. Three days after we moved in we had to take our dog to an emergency vet. After treatment they recommended Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital. We’re so glad they did!

Yes, Danielle was Amazing With Our Dog! She was patient, kind caring, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond! A fantastic interaction and it was greatly appreciated! The front desk staff are always excellent as well!

Our sweet Coco went in for her updated shots and exam. Dr. Kristick and staff are always wonderful to both Coco and her parents. She's had 2 surgical procedures done here and wouldn't go anywhere else. She will be boarding their in two weeks so I'll let you know how it goes 😉

Carolina Forest Vet is the best! The staff at the front, the vet techs and the veterinarians always provide excellent care for my dogs. Dr. Luh is the best but you really can’t go wrong with any of the veterinarians!

Dr. Jen is awesome and so are the vet techs! , especially amber and Lenny! The girls at the front desk are always helpful my favorites are: Fonda and gerllyn , Manny ! they are all very nice though! 7

We have been coming to CFVH from the time we got Loki - he will soon be 4. Every single staff member (& there are just too many to name) has been kind, friendly, helpful, patient, & caring. Loki loves them all & I think he knows everyone that works there - but he especially loves his vet - Dr. Gainey. The trips are less stressful when your pet loves their vet & the whole staff. He loves going to see them. CFVH is definitely Loki’s home away from home.

Staff is friendly. Tech that handled Toby was extremely friendly and her and the doctor answered all questions I had. The hospital followed up the next morning to see how Toby was doing. The vaccines and medications are expensive, but that is the price of having “man’s best friend”

Wonderful veterinary hospital. The staff are extremely pleasant and truly care about the pets and their owners. I was impressed on my first call to make a new pet appointment. Manny collected all of my information and said "welcome to the family". This place truly feels like family. Dr Jen was so kind and caring during our visit. Looking forward to years of care at this facility.

Dr Rice is the absolute best! She is very caring and empathetic. The staff as well are caring and compassionate. They are always quick to return your calls regarding concerns about your pet. You can tell how much they love the pets they care for. Carolina Forest Vet. Is the best in the area!!!!

Dr. Teague is a great vet. She takes her time, listens and gives great advice. Her and the office were so kind to me when my previous dog passed, I have never forgotten that.

This is a good vet. I haven’t had any issues trying to get an appointment for my animals. Most recently we had our cat Leo suddenly vomiting and not eating. We were able to get an appointment in with Dr. Luh really quickly, the same morning. We have had to come in multiple times because Leo wasn’t improving- not their fault, of course. The whole time, the receptionists, vet technicians, and Dr. Luh have been gracious and caring for our cat. They are very thorough and personal, and professional. Some vets rush to get you out of the door, but this one does not, thankfully. I cannot recommend this place enough! And I know that the other doctors here are just as amazing!

When we called with a sick dog and they didn't have any appointments available, they had us drop her off for a vet to see her when they could. Two hours later they called and had already checked her out. They were so nice and caring to our sick fur baby. We really appreciate them. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet was great!

Everyone at Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital has always been exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My older dog went from 133 lbs and could no longer stand up to 105 lbs and running around the back yard. This is all thanks to Carolina Forest Vet being able to diagnose him with diabetes and hypothyroidism and getting him on the right medication and food! He’s like a puppy again and I’m so thankful 😊

This was my 1st visit with my dog! Everyone was exceptionally friendly which I think puts off good vibes for the animals!! Brian was a super nice tech who made this visit exceptional with my dog! Dr. Teague was also amazing; she was very thorough & super sweet! Prices are very reasonable as well!! I would highly recommend this place!

Scheduling has become a big issue. Booked weeks out. In order to have a pet seen urgently for an infection, best option is drop off. Staff is very busy and sometimes explanations are not communicated well over the phone regarding appts. Taking a few minutes to answer or explain to customer the why instead of scripted response can go a long way to alleviate frustrations. Did drop my dog off for an ear infection. Staff was able to work her in quickly. Overall the experience was good. Would recommend this vet.

Best vet hospital around! Prices are reasonable, it's very clean, and they have a variety of products and services. The ladies out front are so very very nice and helpful! I also love the vets . They great doctors! They're very knowledgeable, they think outside of the box. They don't try n sell you anything extra like most vets I know. Everyone there is always so kind and courteous. You just can't go wrong with this vet hospital!

Dr. Kristick is one of the best vets,who treated and took care of my cat Sparkles. His knowledge of her condition and the treatment he gave her was outstanding. CFV even gave me a follow up call from Brian, who displayed care and attention to my questions and responded quickly with advice from Dr. Kristick. They are one of the best!!! Thank you, Lisa Glusko

Such caring staff and Doctors. My Edie has many allergy issues and they have been so patient and kind to her, even with her stranger danger behavior. They always call and check up on her. Brian is like a dog whisperer and is so calm with her. Highly recommend!

I feel like I have to leave a review. We lost one of our beloved pups a couple days ago. We have been using this vet for a couple years and they have worked with us and cared for our dogs so well that we recommend them to others regularly. They performed a surgery on one of our pets, helped us in coping with cancer on another and seen one of our dogs in an emergency after a massive seizure. They fit us in when we needed it the most. Unfortunately our senior girl had cancer and we had been keeping her comfortable for a while when we realized she just didn't have the quality of life she deserved, we decided with our vet that it was time to let her go. They placed us in a very comfortable space that was easy for our pup to get into, gave her a comfortable space to lay and did everything on our time. We got to let her go peacefully and this vet did the utmost best they could to help us through it and accommodate as much as possible. We will keep coming back with our other senior dogs and whatever pets we choose next because they really do put in the effort to care for you and your furry family members. Thanks CFVH for taking care of our babies.

First time at Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital and I found that everyone I spoke to was ready to help me from the receptionists to Dr. Price and her assistant. You may have a bit of a waiting time but that is made up for with the time the doctor gives you, which I really appreciate and what I was looking for in a vet for my dog. She tried to answer every question and was very patient. All of them seem to be understanding if your dog is anxious and they also seem to be gentle with your pet. I know it's only my first visit and I hope I still feel that way when we need them again.
