We loved this store. The service was great. Their multilingual staff explained to us really well the mening behind their various collctions. It's a special store because they sell limited edition watches that we can buy only in Lausanne.

Very rude lady at the cashier.. I walked in and stood in line for so long.. to ask about a specific watch.. and when I came to ask her she replied in the most rude way possible,, like how dare I ask about this watch.. She also gave me attitude for not saying good morning.. even though I was so polite with her and asked with a smile knowing how hard it was to find this watch… Never coming back here again, the lady was rude and said remarks that were uncalled for.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable asian staff member...will certainly go back and highly recommend the store.
