Good but I can’t find what I come for

Arrived at 2.10pm on a Saturday to be told “ we are not taking orders anymore we close at 2.30pm” 🙈

It was unfortunate they ran out of the new Blancpain collaborative watches when I visited, but the service was friendly and good, the staff expertly replaced the battery and a broken part of the strap of my very old Swatch watch and gave it a new lease of life. The store had interesting collections like Dragon Ball Z.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Get your battery changed and watch polished for free!

We loved this store. The service was great. Their multilingual staff explained to us really well the mening behind their various collctions. It's a special store because they sell limited edition watches that we can buy only in Lausanne.

Very rude lady at the cashier.. I walked in and stood in line for so long.. to ask about a specific watch.. and when I came to ask her she replied in the most rude way possible,, like how dare I ask about this watch.. She also gave me attitude for not saying good morning.. even though I was so polite with her and asked with a smile knowing how hard it was to find this watch… Never coming back here again, the lady was rude and said remarks that were uncalled for.
